6/8 Haven't had to water yet (besides the two tens and I should've held off). It's an overcast day. Perfect for the plants. I've noticed more off shoots of 3 pronged leaves so a few plants will reveg but thats fine. I'm happy with how things are going thus far. These are certainly very resilient strains. I've done some SLIGHT LSTing. EDIT: IT'S BEEN A NICE DAY TODAY. A LITTLE OVERCAST BUT SUNNY AT TIMES. PERFECT WEATHER FOR THE GIRLS. THEY ARE LOVING IT OUT THERE! 6/9 And the girls are lookin' Fiiiiiine. In all seriousness everything is doing pretty good. Even that overwatered pink kush runt in the 10gal is coming out of its little funk. Some of my FIM's turned out amazing! With the reveg of some of these I'll definately have my hands full. Very grateful for smart pots and well draining soil! We've gotten some harsh rain but the girls all seem fine. It's the wind today that's a little worrisome. I may stop over later. I COULD put up tarps around the cage as wind blocks (and have before in the past) but it increases the humidity of an already extremely humid day. These girls are strong. I'm sure they'll be fine. I've found that the tarps typically hurt worse than they help. 6/10 56° at 9am. Shook the plants off. Medium wasn't soaked though. Luckily we had some wind. It's not raining now but it's going to have showers for half the day. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 80's and sunshine so if that comes through things might workout alright. I still haven't had to water this year besides that one gallon on the tens. If I do something I'll update. I'm considering light stepping the two pink kush's in the 10's. I'll need to do more research. 6/11 BEAUTIFUL DAY! Windy too which helped dry the grow bags. Plants are growing at a rapid rate. I've yet to have to water. A few more days like this and I'll have too. It was in the 80's and is still 75 at 5:30. Bags still have heft to them and I can still feel moisture. They got tons of rain. I'll keep an eye on them. Thus far I'm pleasantly surprised (knock on wood). 6/12 Everything looked great this morning. It's a little overcast and 69° @ 8:45. I mixed water planning on watering but decided against it due to the weight I was feeling. My wife said it rained hard last night for a little while but the topsoil was dry. It did look disturbed though. Luke it got PELTED with rain. The medium looks dry but there is still some weight to the grow . I'll be back over later and I'll check things out. Overall plants have made a great transition even in this bi-polar weather extravaganza. EDIT: WENT BACK OVER AT NOON AND EVERYTHING WAS LOOKING WONDERFUL. ITS 80° AND SUNNY WITH A STRONG WIND. MY MK ULTRA IN THE 30GAL LOOKED LIKE IT COULD USE SOME WATER AS WELL AND I FINALLY GAVE SOME TO THE 10TH PLANET IN THE FRONT ROW. BOTH THOSE PLANTS WERE BIGGER THAN THE REST AT TRANSPLANT AND IN A SLIGHTLY LARGER CONTAINER. THE FRONT ROW SEEMS TO DRY OUT FASTER FOR SOME REASON. I HAD 3 GALLONS MIXED UP TO START WATERING BUT AFTER CHECKING EVERYTHING ELSE I DECIDED TO GIVE THE FRONT ROW (THE ONLY ONES THAT WERE LIGHTER) A LITTLE WATER. I USED TWO GALLONS FOCUSING ON THE KUSH'S IN THE 2 10'S. THIS WAS MY WAY OF MEETING IT IN THE MIDDLE. IVE LOOKED AT PREVIOUS DIARIES AND I THINK I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. NO RAIN IN THE FORECAST FOR A WHILE. I NEED TO REMIND MYSELF THAT PLANTS THIS SIZE USE MUCH LESS WATER THAN WHEN THE BAG IS ALL ROOTS. 6/13 It's windy as hell! I would've thought that the bags would be dried out by now! I went around and it seemed like they still had weight. It was also cold last night and is 63° and sunny at 11am. It's not getting any hotter. I DID water the two plants in the back row as they seemed a LITTLE lighter than the others. I split a gallon between those two and didnt water the rest. I figured I'll let tje wind dry them out some more. I know what they feel like when they are totally dry. I don't want to get to that point but it's easier to fix than over watering. Go8ng through the plants I found that there's a point that has like three tops on it but the thick stalk continues up and there are FOUR or FIVE more TOPS!!! I've never seen anything like this! I'm interested to see how this one turns out. Man I wanted to put some pictures up. Everything is doing so good. Maybe when I start a new week it will let me. Pictures are day 23 above soil I dropped temp set point on INKBIRD ITC-308 to 23C and narrowed range to 1C high and 1C low. The humidity was getting too high before the 25-26C max temp point kicked in and exhaust would vent. Mositure build up at bottom of tent was main issue as temps outside the tent are -2 to -10C. So the air closest to tent walls rapidly cools and moisture condenses out. VPD..... cold climate growing. Shed growing.

Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, the RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level I set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches the desired RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always release more water into the air; therefore, the RH% of the tent overnight will increase, as long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential, which will work wonders with mass flow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. Week 11of flower...I got a new 70 pint dehumidifier and that fixed all my humidity issues instantly! I dont see any mold or mildew, so I think I dodged a bullet. I let the girls stay in the dwindling nutrient solution for an extra two days, until Tuesday night. I swapped out with flawless finish and uc roots for the flush. They probably could have had another 5 days or so and got a few more amber heads. I'm Chopping Saturday morning. They smell amazing, a lemony strawberry diesel.

19.08.2024 officially D140... the additionnal week, have been benefict to this fat lady. as i can see some ambering trichrome on the remaining cola. so far so good she get is second harvest. the 3rd and final harvest should be in 1 or two week, as i will need space in the tent for the camperberry clone, and will give the time to the leftover small and unripped nugget to finish their job. the 1st harvest is dried a d have been trim for total weight of 121.5g. it already smell more fuity that its little sister, it have been put in a growbag for a nice curring. the 2nd harvest give 1454.6 g of wet sticky bud expecting 180g of dried flower as they are more leaffy and have more stem comparing to the 1st harvest. the 3/4 pound is still in sight.

💩Holy Crap💩 That was so much fun , it's full on winter where I am and it kept me busy , and come on there's nothing like growing your own stuff. I had a blast as it's been at least over 10 years since my last indoor grow , and it was fun , I had used all of my old techniques and equipment and it worked out just fine , so I was glad I had a ruff idea of what to expect...... Final thoughts Gonna be honest about that grow , it should me just how far Genetics have come, 10 plus years ago before I stopped growing indoors , all we had was like lowrider auto and greenomatic auto and maybe few others but they were horrible...... but this auto produced quite well as expected it should with the size of my medium and my soil base and very little nutrients, which is what I had hoped for from the start , cause I didn't really know where to start in terms of Genetics as I have been out the game for awhile but I'm super glad with the results and some gratitude needs to be sent to CanukSeeds , they came through as it always starts and ends with elite Genetics👌 ........... I can't wait to start my next grow diary, so keep an eye out , there's gonna be more to come , I'm going to try some really interesting cultivars........ PS. Great growth and , I really picked at the lady’s this week and crazy hydroponic store visit.. was a memorable start of the week . But yeah these advanced nutrients are really expensive and they do a great job just thinking bout switching back to hg and emerald harvest.. but other details this week is that they like the lollipop and de leafing. last day de leafing will be Monday morning . At the middle of the 3 week but to me more like beginning of week three cause I don’t count the first week in flower but yeah looking good great growth and I they smell pretty freaking good

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

Hi Guys, Grow Diaries for whatever reason won't allow me to upload my complete harvest video which is a real bummer because I mainly do the videos for my YouTube channel but decided to also include them on grow diaries to give other growers who might be considering growing the same strain in the future. Still going lol. Still not too many amber, but I cut down one of the smaller side growths to dry and test. Keeping up with just water, probably could have added nutes for quite a bit longer, but oh well next time haha. Couple buds moved onto a light bulb and burned pretty badly. Be careful out there!
