Pulled her a bit earlier than I would have liked, due to pest pressure

Things are happening!!!! The large container plant is starting to take on shape and put the gf some nice side branches. 5gal fabric is stretching but not a lot of sideways growth yet. They seem to have loved all the spring rain.. But the recent sun has really sprung them into act

#WEEK21 - HODL Bad news. It's not time yet. still. i think. 😔 And scratch that, i am not harvesting early because of some theoretical schedule / information on the internet. But.. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? 😱 Well, trichomes haven't changed a bit again, at least to my perception. Only the top most buds of SMC show a few amber ones, although the plant feels a bit "crunchy" and matured now. Therefore a lot of the lower buds grew fresh calyxes, and a few upper ones, too. Someone was right around here, probably should have removed a few more of the lower buds after stretch. But there's also a good cop: i found out my phone can take rather decent macro shots (though resizing of growdiaries doesnt seem to work well, will put a bit more effort in in the upcoming entry). It's on the edge even to check the color of trichomes. And holy moly, SMC is so photogenic, like big "ooof" 😍. Lively colors all around, frost like a tree on christmas (can you please tell me what to do, when leaves are 100% covered in trichomes, shouldnt be this A+ material was well?). Skywalker on the other hand is the "shy one", however i am sure is going to shine soon. Also very lovely coloration on top buds. And the smell starts to mature as well: Skywalker super fresh lemony, SMC sweet-fruitiness with a touch of coolness - tempting! Forgot CalMag this week. Shouldnt matter at all that close to the end. In fact the tips of some leaves started to turn a bit rusty. Cant believe it has been 10/11 weeks of flowering so far, going to need a break after this run for sure. 😜

January 20th: The trichomes on pheno#1 (purple) are about 60% cloudy / 40% clear. The trichomes on pheno#2 (smaller plant) are about 50%/50% cloudy/clear. The trichomes on pheno#3 are around half/half, as well. I might be harvesting them in the next few weeks, depending on how everything goes. Light intensity: 75%

Woche 6 – Stretch des Todes & Kontrolle behalten Diese Woche hatte es richtig in sich. Der Stretch ist komplett eskaliert – vor allem bei der Blueberry und der GMO. Beide haben in nur einer Woche rund +40 cm hingelegt. Direkt dahinter kommt die Hyperion, die ebenfalls ordentlich Gas gibt. Runtz und Purple Punch bleiben dagegen ihrem Stil treu: kompakt, buschig und kontrollierbar – perfekter Kontrast im Raum. Trotz des starken Wachstums konnte ich das Canopy sauber ausgleichen. Alle Pflanzen stehen jetzt auf einer Höhe und laufen stabil bei etwa 40 cm Abstand zur Lampe, was aktuell perfekt funktioniert. Beim Gießen zeigen sich klare Unterschiede: Die Blueberry ist weiterhin extrem durstig und zieht den Topf schnell leer, während Purple Punch deutlich weniger braucht. Das Handling der 15L Töpfe läuft inzwischen richtig präzise. Untenrum habe ich weiter aufgeräumt, damit die Energie gezielt in die Tops geht. Die Struktur ist jetzt schön luftig und fokussiert auf die Hauptbuds. 👉 Fazit: Massiver Stretch, saubere Kontrolle und eine sehr homogene Fläche – genau so soll’s in der Blüte aussehen

These things are growing out of control! They’re getting so close to the lights it’s insane. I’ve had to drop the lower slightly to prevent burning. These things are just so robust. They are extremely stable genetics and can handle most anything I’ve thrown at it intentionally or not. They just have a really remarkable vigor. Easily they’re nearly double the size since I started flowing exactly 14 days ago. I see calyx’s but no noticeable flowers (or balls) thus far. Should be any day now they finish the stretch and start to pack on the bulk. Some EC issues but nothing really too crazy or anything. They’re drinking a lot. Easily a gallon per day each. Really I’ve had no problems. Highly recommend growing these if you can

EC Wert müsste etwas korrigiert werden mit CaLMAg, Entlaubung wurde durchgeführt, wuchs ist gleichmäßig bis auf eine AH die ich nachträglich als Steckling bekommen habe.

Mixed nutrients today. Last night I added 2 ml of oxy science h202 to 18L of Kamloops City water filtered through our homes water filter, no idea what it does exactly lol. I put an air stone over night and let the water bubble off any chlorine and the rest of the h202, I use microbial mass so I just wanted to sanitize the water but not kill my soil. Mixed in bases first into 21.7 C ph 8.1 Water in the morning. Important not to mix concentrated solutions, I used syringes that I rinsed well between products. I find that with this product you just follow the instructions and it’s pretty awesome results.

Wow these genetics are awesome the plant has grown so much in the last week after i put her into the bigger pot. The growth took off fast after I topped her and started to spread her out with the LST training . Been feeding her hard and I'm looking forward to how this next week is going to go lots of growth .. Welcome growers I have finished the first week of flowering with these three sisters of SORBET#4 🌿🌿🌿🍧 The plants are starting to show early pre-flowers and continue to grow quite well without too much difficulty.. Unfortunately, the appearance is not extremely healthy because of me, I was away for a few days and my self-irrigation system did not work properly, leaving the plants in shortage of water 💦 Maintaining the correct proportions between dry and wet soil is essential But they will recover anyway.. In this week I have slightly defoliated to allow the light to penetrate more and also better ventilation ✂️✂️✂️🍃🍃🍃 About the lights cycle 💡 We are now in a 12/12 on / off.. Always under two SP3000, from Mars-Hydro, at 75% of the power.. About nutrients 👇 I still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. The first one is still a little weird its stocky and stiff the 2nd one is lookin good. my ph meter broke and Hannah Instruments sent me a new probe. When I got it and checked run off everything was fucked up so I did a heavy flush on everything and a feed. Found some shit called Gnatrol on Ebay for the fungus gnats larvae added to the mixidk if it will work tho. Pictures were taken on Day 7 of Bloom

Welcome Back!💚 Nach der achten Blütewoche ist der Kampfzwerg allmählich fertig! Der Trichomcheck, zeigt dass so ziemlich alle Trichome milchig sind. Nur die Bernstein Farben sind mir noch zu wenig, daher bleibt sie noch eine Woche stehen. Sie zeigt ein schönes Blütenbild für ihr Größe. Die Buds wurden doch nochmal dicker und sind richtig fest und Kompakt. Ihr frisches, säuerliches Aroma hat nochmal etwas an Susezdazu bekommen. Für die Wachstumsdauert und das bisherige Resultat allerdings muss ich mich schon fragen, ob dass die Mühe Wert ist. Schauen wir Mal wie das Geschmacksprofil sich nachher Kennzeichnet. Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has completed the second week of flowering. The flowers are forming nicely, the areas around the flowers are a lighter green color, so it looks like it has Christmas lights on it. Cherry Pie has started to stagnate in growth, this week only 9 cm, now the plant will direct most of its energy into the flowers. The leaves are a healthy green color and so far they do not show me any signs that the plant is missing anything. Watering was every three days, I continued to add CalMg and Bio-Bloom Fertilizer. The conditions in the grow box are now much better. The temperature is around 28 degrees and the humidity is below 50%. Overall I am very happy with the growth and progress so far. Here is a quick overview of the week. 24/08/2024 - Day 31. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water. I added CalMg 1 ml/lit, Bio-Bloom Fertiliser 1.5 ml/lit and then lowered the p.H. to 6.0. With this amount I watered all three plants evenly. 27/08/2024 - Day 34. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 28/08/2024 - Day 35. End of the second week of flowering, or the fifth week from the beginning of vegetation. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. Grow Diary – Day 76 (Flowering Day 61) Strain: Amnesia Core Cut (Clone) Training: Topping, LST, HST, SCROG Nutrients: • Aptus Regulator: 0.1 ml/L • CalMag: 1 ml/L • BioBloom (Dry Amendment): 60 g (applied June 26) Water: pH-adjusted RO water (final flush phase) Lighting: LED at 60% Date: August 10 ⸻ Status: Forced Harvest – Pest Pressure Too High Today marks the end of the cycle for this Amnesia Core Cut—Flower Day 61. While buds are well-developed and aromatic, pest pressure from thrips and aphids reached a level that would likely destroy the plant if left for another 2–3 weeks. To preserve quality and prevent further spread, the decision was made to harvest early and clear the space for the next run. ⸻ Harvest Condition: • Buds dense and covered in cloudy trichomes with ~15–20% amber • Aroma at peak—intense citrus-haze with earthy undertones • Sugar leaves showing late-stage fade, fan leaves largely yellowed • No visible bud rot despite pest presence • Damage from pests mostly on foliage, minimal on buds themselves ⸻ Reason for Early Harvest: • Rapid increase in thrips and aphid populations • Risk of pest spread to other plants in the grow space • Plant already in late senescence; continued flowering would add minimal weight but increase risk significantly ⸻ Post-Harvest Plan: 1. Drying in a controlled 18–20 °C, 50% RH environment with steady airflow 2. Cleaning & sanitizing grow space to remove pests before introducing new plants 3. Inspection & culling of any nearby plants showing early pest signs 4. Planning next run with improved IPM (integrated pest management) from day one ⸻ Closing Notes: While an early harvest is never ideal, the quality of the buds at this point is still high, and the loss in yield is offset by saving the rest of the grow space from a full infestation. This run provided valuable insights into pest prevention timing and senescence management in the Amnesia Core Cut.
