Had some family time last week and unfortunately caught covid with all the symptoms. I've been bed bound since Monday and today I'm starting to feel slighty better. Not asking for sympathy 🤣 but this explains why some of my girls have switched on me... Looks like all 3 Frosted Biscotti have gone into reveg. Obviously have a light leak but think I've sorted it now. The mystery is just well under feed as I've run out of Bloom and big Buds and its also gone into reveg. The other coco ones haven't gone into reveg and almost look done. Biscotti Mintz and Bahama Bussdown look 🔥 well impressed. The mutant Biscotti Mintz (soil) has come along nicely and looks amazing. I don't get why that hasn't revegged as its surrounded buy the others that have. The 2 at the back, (Bahama Bussdown) ones taken a slight knock and revegged and the other one has just got to heavy and collapsed. Again looks near enough done so now need to think of a plan of action for curing as tent will be occupied for at least another month. So I think that's it with the problems 🤣 .. Apologies again for not getting back to anyones dairys over the last 2weeks. I'm going to spend the weekend catching up with you all and sorting out the tent as long as I'm covid clear. This lady tends to stay small, but the she has quite a explosive veg time. She will not grow tall but she will produce many side branches that will continue side branches. There for the plants can be very leafy, and will produce unnecessary shadow that will block the canopy. Due to blocking of the canopy after the 5 first CM high chance useless pop corn bud will develop. So with this strain it is very important to train her wel and make sure the light can penetrate the lower branches aswel, if you want to have enjoyable sweet dense buds all of the plant and branches. Have a good grow!

Moved into the big tent under my good lights and they are really rocking now. Going to give them a full strength flowering tea this week because i'm starting to show a little K and P deficiencies starting, but only in the mexican airlines. Either they got the weak part of the soil batch, or they are just heavier feeders. Knowing fast buds, they are just hungry girls! So far so great, the fruity funk smell is really picking up this week and the structure of the bushier pheno looks like i'm going to pull roughtly 90-100 grams dry off of her if she bulks up well. Super excited!

Welcome back to another week, finally decided to flip to flower as these girls do grow pretty quickly in DWC. Aiming for some nice quality buds bit also a decent yield of at least 1 gram per watt of light. Nutrient solution has not been changing to complete flower schedule yet but I will be sure to switch it over in a few days. The crucial part now is keeping the EC and pH in a good range to avoid any deficiencies or Nutrient lock out. Let's see what the stretch brings the first few weeks. Stay tuned, and I'll be back for the by the end of the week to report some video feedback. End of the week has ending with a heavy defoliation session. Plants were getting bushy and covering potential tops so that needed to be addressed. For now, it will be selective defoliation once they have recovered, which should be in 2/3 days. So, I threw out Fruit Diesel and Bruce Banner because of insufficient development. I still made a mistake, it is better to plant 4 plants under such a lamp, but not 6. I installed a dehumidifier, the humidity reaches 60% - no more. All the same, in a hot climate air conditioning to reduce humidity is not possible.

Heeeere we go! Sorry for the late update! This is when I start the flush! I believe the plants are pretty much ready at this point and doing this will just improve the final product! Doing this took me a good chunk of time, mostly because I didn't know exactly how much of water I was going to need (it was a loooot 😫) and how hard/tiring it was to pH it as well. In the end my calculations were off, as I needed far more water than what I had (lol) so I didn't manage to do a full flush... but I still managed to lower the amount of salts and residues to a "decent" level (around 850 to 1500 ppm). I also used flawless finish so I suppose than even when I didn't use enough water that solution alone was enough to help! Besides that the rest of the week was quite calm and relaxing. NY Diesel Auto Feminised is an auto-flowering version of the celebrated New York City Diesel. It is mostly indica while also displaying some sativa-like cerebral effects to accompany the deep relaxation that it provides. NY Diesel Auto grows to a height of 60 – 100 cm. tall and develops plenty of side-branches that produce nice, dense buds. Growers can harvest yields of yields of around 600 gr/m2 in just 60 - 70 days from germination. This strain can also be grown successfully outdoors due to the hardy ruderalis genetics. The scent is very dank with notes of diesel fuel. THC production is in the region of 14 – 16% while CBD levels are around 2%. The overall effect has an initial cerebral quality leading into bodily relaxation and a sense of wellbeing while not being physically incapacitating 10/5 Dropped two NY Diesel Auto seeds into a shotglass of room temp spring water. Placed the shotglass in a dark warm cupboard. I will be preparing the medium today as well. The plan is 24 hours in the shotglass, 24 hours in a wet paper towel, then straight into 3gal fabric pots that have already been cooking for 2 days. They'll go under 18/6 with RH at 60% to 70%. 10/6 One seed has a tiny tap root and is still floating in the glass. The other seed fell to the bottom but has no taproot. Letting them stay in the shotglass another 12 hours. 10/7 Diesel #2 Half inch tap root and she sank to the bottom of the shotglass finally. I wet the coco-perl with PH 6.35 room temp water with Fish Sh!t in it. Let's grow Diesel #3 without Fish Sh!t for comparison. Diesel #3 She has a miniscule taproot and it's black. Could just be film from the seed case where it cracked. I put her in a damp paper towel and stuck her in the dish washer. We'll check back in 12 hours. 12 hours later, no change. Then I realized I forgot to put it in a zip lock. The paper towel was still wet tho. Put it in a zip lock, will check in the morning. 10/8 We have a taproot on NY Diesel #3. Put some Azos in the drop site and sowed the seed. Half a shot glass of water to seal it in. 18/6, 67% RH, 80°f
