Background: This is a small grow in a 20" x 36"x 63" tent. Growing 2 sour diesel from seed in coco/perlite medium using General Hydroponic nutrients and primarily following feeding schedule as listed here http://gh.growgh.com/docs/Feedcharts/GH_FloraSeries-DTW_03216am.pdf . I'll be substituting "h3ad formula," i.e. 6 ml GH FloraMicro : 9 ml GH FloraBloom per gallon, for the first 3 rows in the pdf and also be skipping Diamond Nectar, FloraBlend, and FloraNectar. See pic above for nutrient list. Note: Second time attempting to grow this strain. Bud rot destroyed majority of previous grow so this is a redemption grow, hopefully. Lesson learned from previous failure - two circulation fans do not counter high humidity especially for the big buds over 3" wide. On chop day, after vegging for 3 months and flowering for 100 days, the insides of the buds closest to the stems were full of white cotton candy. Couldn't spot it from the outside at all. So lesson learned, and this time end of flower will coincide with low-humidity winter as opposed to the summer. Week 1 - Nutrient regimen: 6 ml GH FloraMicro + 9 ml GH FloraBloom per gallon. Used at 1/3 strength diluted with dechlorinated water. Solution ph'd to 5.8. 9/5/2019 (V1) - Sprouted yesterday and moved under 273 watts of vero 29 LED today, dimmed to lowest setting. Used rapid rooters for germination but would have preferred peat pellets since they stay can stay upright without support. 9/10/2019 (V6) - Fungus gnat larvae infestation! Transplanted to solo cups on 9/6 (V2) using ready mix bag of coco and perlite. Using 1/3 strength "h3ad formula" for first week and fed every other day. Growth appears stunted compared to previous grows and stems needed additional support to stay upright with circulation fan on. Feeding until runoff showed major infestation (see video #1). Can only guess coco mix bag was contaminated, since no adult gnats are visible in tent and yellow sticky card is empty. This has got to be my record for early fuckups! Attempting to treat with neem extract mix (dosed used 5 ml neem oil extract : 500 ml water) and a layer of diatomaceous earth on top (see V6 pic). Hopefully this treatment is better than not doing anything and letting those squirmy baby bastards take over. For a plant this young and without adequate root support this is a gamble. Also bumped up light a bit to 13000 lux as read on Light Meter v3.1 app by Trajkovski Labs using Samsung S6.

Um Schimmel vorzubeugen haben wir nochmal ein wenig entlaubt. Das Durstverhalten wird auch geringer. Die Purple C. K. im Garten macht sich gut. Day 43: I pulled the LED to the most possible height and she keeps stretching, thus I had to bend the main branch with LST clips to keep some distance to the LED to avoid light stress. Day 44: Today was cleaning day of the reservoir and a new set of nutrients are applied. I'm quite curious how they support her. I also removed some foliage. Day 45: I noticed some tip burn at the leafs of the main bud. So I checked the PH in the reservoir and noticed, that it is off and adjusted it. I hope this supports her. Also, it might be a bit of light stress, as she is pretty close to the light (~ 25 cm). Nothing else to do today. Day 46: I refilled the reservoir today. As I noticed, that the PH was off the last time, I lower now the PH from 6.4 to 5.6. This should also support her to consume the nutrients, as I use 50% coco. Day 47: Nothing to do, today. Day 48: I removed some fan leafs. Day 49: Last day of the week. She is really thirsty now. I decided to lower the humidity to 65% to get a VPD of around 1 kPa. Day 126. Really day 90 from seed, part of Control Garden. Amazing how they Bulk, 3 weeks of veg only, crazy strain ! If i ever wanted anything from this strain, she was like "Let's do it ! " 8 sisters were amazing, now i used last two biggest beans and those had no training, no light, nothing, but went into absolute overdrive smells amazing, branches hard to hold while trimming ... Love them, maybe this time taste will be better, different nutes used ... Its so funny to hear branches slowly bending and cracking under own weight with no support left ... Amazing sound for grower ;)) Control Garden is an absolute success even with Strawberries hermie part .. Cure day. 250 g total. Insane for 3 weeks veg, one cola lost to budrot, no direct light and early harvest which led to a bit airy Monster Bulk buds, she could make 150 easy without budrot and one more week of flower ... Will update on night shift ;) Day Unknown. Decided to try out finally last girls for diary records, but ... After a month of intense cure buds got angly/pyramid type forms ... ????? Any idea ? First two weeks moved at least twice a day.

Sorry for not uploading i had some ups and downs in my life, and with the college is really hard to work all those things together. But now i am back and going to hustle really hard.

Good plant overall, wish it was a bigger plant because bud structure is very nice Had a little bit of spider mites but took care of it quickly, overall handled the heat very well and this one had no bud rot Will run this stain again since I have some more seeds, hoping for a bigger phenotype next time :)

This big, beautiful healthy girl has switched to flower. Cooler night time temps are yielding some red streaks on her stems. Excited to see what these flowers will look like. She smells fabulous! She was given some Coast of Maine 5-2-4 around her base yesterday, and I have some BT arriving tomorrow to thwart those pesky inchworms.

I believe these seeds were supposed to be auto's but nevertheless, I chopped them on day 121. A total dry weight of 234 grams. As far as the smoke goes, I enjoy it and it's what I would expect.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la tercera semana de crecimiento de estas Black Rainbow de Seedstockers, salieron las 3 de 3, 100% ratio éxito. Aplicamos varios productos de Agrobeta, que son increíbles para aportar una buena alimentación a las plantas. Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de crecimiento. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor y trasplanté directamente a macetas de 7 litros, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento. So this week i will be repotting the ladys in 5gal fabric pots with clay pebbles and a mix of biobizz light mix soil and all mix soil. I will be starting to use 4ml/1l of water of biobizz roots. I'm thinking of doing a 6 week veg on these ladys as I will be doing a 9 plant auto run in the 4x4. Happy growing guys.

The flowering process look not affected by this episode and harvest is approaching. Brake Pad Breath: almost ready. Pistils are rusty colored, buds are thick and dense, firm and sticky. Subtle fruity aroma: tonic and stimulating. Most advanced plant: will be the first harvested soon. 2L watering / 2 days flowering booster finish + water flawless finish + water Flash Back #2: ending the flowering cycle and starting maturation. Last plant infested by insects, may be the plant is reacting by accelerating the flowering: buds are not so dense compare with the previous plant. Recovering good and was less injured by caterpillar than the others. Pistils are long and the flowers will enlarge soon: need almost 3 or 4 weeks to be ready.
