This last week has been great. Buds are coming to the end maturing . Trichomes are approximately 80% - 90% milky with 10% Amber. Inside the tent the smell has increased a lot. I hope the foxtailing hasn't ruined the bag quality by much but should be potent as 👌

Loli popped my plants and installed a new screen. New veg light for my other tent arrives next week and plan to flower this tent. 6/5/2019 So bubba kush (back right plant that is tallest) decided to flower before light cycle changed. Im not surprised because all the other bubba kush seeds i got from growers choice did the same thing, but much faster flowered at like 3-4 weeks. This happened during my last outside grow. Worried a little that the 18hrs might be stressing ms bubba kush dont want a herm. Starting last night I am taking away one hour of light because i plan to flower next week when my new light arrives

Day 21 From Sprout - Rez Change Overall, very happy with the development over this past week. The ones that were already looking good at now looking great! The couple of “weirdos” (strange development of leaf/node placement) both have decent roots but are growing slowly. The couple that initially were throwing out more “jagged” leaves seemed to have settled in and are looking good now. Only 1 (back right corner) is iffy. Roots are slowwwwly dropping out of the basket but not yet in the water. Going to keep It around for now and see what happens. Continuing with Mantis @ the “always” rate of 5 ml/L. They’re loving it! Several of the “great ones” have 5-6 nodes developed, so I’ll top them back to the 3rd more and start training into a manifold since I’m going to give some of the others time to catch up. I’ll decide on training for them as we go.

Another good week! I fed them once on Monday. A final shot to boost them for finishing up. I am pretty certain they will finish within 2 weeks.I also watered them on Thursday and today (Sunday). I defoliated both plants earlier this week as well. For one, I needed to open the canopy up to help keep the humidity down but, there were a lot of leaves yellowing and turning brown. I was not feeding them correctly... in the sense that I wasn't watering enough in between feeds. There were excess nutrients built up in the soil and I believe that led to the nutrient burn. Also, this was my first and only feed without the Grow Big due to flushing for week 9. I followed the Fox Farm feed schedule... but, I think I needed to understand my plants better! I also believe I stunted these girls! One is about 24" tall and the other is 21" tall. Both on the very low end of the growth chart. Overall, I am very happy!! So much to experience and learn in such a short window of time! I've thoroughly enjoyed this grow! I look forward to the harvest and experiencing all that is to come! One last thing... Anyone use GrowBuddy and any word on what is going on with the current download? I've followed the drama around taking so long and all that (the new hardware soon to be for sale for 2.0)... but, the website now says the software is available for free and working on Macs and Windows.... So, I downloaded it last night and I cannot activate an account. Everything has a greyed over kind of look... So, I assume they took some part of their servers offline... Anyone know if this is accurate and has anyone else activated a new account recently? Thanks for any insight!! Peace!

These XtraKush are also finally starting to grow. It took them a while but they doubled in a week. Still a little bit pale compared to the other two strains. With a new top layer of first worm castings and then neutral organic cocopeat to combat the gnat problem and we seem to have fixed most problems. Temps are going down at night, I'm trying to fix this by keeping it warmer in the attic where the grow is. In the coming week, I'm going to train/manifold them, they are getting a bit big. Fendi 2 has a mutated fan leaf that kinda looks like a lobster claw. Some older leaves that started yellowing at the tips last week (I think it was a nutrient burn from transplanting from rockwool cube into soil), have gotten more brown and curled upwards.

I joined Grow diaries late in my growing career... I wish I would have found this site sooner.. Enjoy! I personally enjoy growing mephisto genetics. I was very happy with the toof decay grow and end result. I ended up letting this cure for 2 months. It is number 2 in my book so far for my adventure with Mephisto seeds. Walter white is #1. I grew this in colder conditions through the winter of 2019. Super dense buds loaded trichs, very loud smell, and great appeal! I have more of these seeds so I will do a start to finish eventually. Been a hands off grow so far. Just feeding and defol when I can

The lower leaves of the plant turned yellow I have two options that could have caused the lower leaves to turn yellow The first is a lack of nitrogen. In the last two weeks, I have reduced the dose of AD Grow fertilizer from 4 ml to 2 ml which contains nitrogen and i have not added AD B-52 for two weeks The second option is that I have a low-quality ph meter. I measure the ph with drops I don’t have digital one and there may be an ph error The plant was unable to absorb the fertilizer and a large amount of salts are most likely accumulated in the soil. one more detail:He was defoliated a few days ago. I hope that this problem will be resolved by next week and the plant will continue to grow at a good pace.

The smoke is beautiful! and that is without cure. Flavours of fuel and citrus coming through, hopefully they come out after cure. Buds are solid but not that dense. But trichome covered buds to the point that it was very difficult to trim for more than 5 minutes without cleaning off my scissors. Recommend growing 4 or more of these to get a good amount on hand. very little popcorn buds. will update with weights and smoke after drying and short cure. She was a pleasure to grow! likes the calmag. so frosty and greasy! When it has been a day with high temperatures don't be afraid to feed twice! While packing on the weight she can be very thirsty. If fed well she will reward you with frosty hard nugs! Give this strain a try!
