SO, the girls were doing so well into their second week I decided to do the unthinkable... OKAY!!! I followed everything I had learned from others I know, and studying non stop for months to do this right. I saved up money to get my equipment and I decided to give it a try. I found this site looking at pictures of amazing buds from so many different people and watching so many grow videos and always dreaming of having a good grow like I've seen people can do.(just never in person) I had no idea how this was gonna turn out. But..... It's looking killer!!! Honestly best looking smoke I've ever seen!(in person) And I cant wait to see if it can live up to its aromas and mouthwatering looks!

Well, this week has been eventful. What started with a fly deciding to lay eggs in my buckets with larvae swimming around and chilling on my roots turned into a bit of a disaster. I used very weak H2O2 (diluted 3% solution). To try and clean infestation, the roots didn’t like it, even though the actual concentration of H2O2 was probs less than 0.25%. Lesson learned 🙃 It has given some of them a touch of root rot (this is an assumption because I can’t figure out what else it could have been). So growth has stunted a lot. Just before the bug problem, I increased EC to 1.1, this was probably another mistake, the smaller girls at the back with a smaller root mass got massive lock out, potassium, mag and calcium by the looks of it, coupled with a few not so well timed PH swings out of the 5.5-6.5 range gave me a lot to combat this week. But, life goes on, they’re still alive (just about)... As this is probably the hardest curve ball I’ve had thrown at me since I started growing canna, I have cut back the EC to 0.56 to allow them to heal. Probably wrongly decided to top them all as they were growing past 7th node, either it’s gonna pay off, or I’ll be posting harvest details of 0g by this time next week 👽 I am on a stay at home holiday from work for the next 3 weeks, so looks like my babies are staying in the ICU and I’ll do my best to bring them back to life 😊

Unfortunate Week... Honey cream had a couple of "budrot" spots forming due to droplets of water dripping into the flower and not drying (99%humidity nights)... Thankfully those buds were cut down and she doesn't seem to be producing any more "budrot".. Apart from that, the smell is amazing on her. Power Flower is going nicely too, but seems to not have too much smell...

she's a beast and has grown really tall just hoping the buds will fill out in the next few weeks, I grew this strain a while back but it looked completley different to this and was half the size, maybe that was because it was grown in soil ??

She has a citrus smell with earthy tones. She has grown well in the solo cup. She is on ph water and will get harvested next update. Day 80, 2nd of December 2020: Hi there! Ladies are cool everything is alright. In one week buds strated doubeling and the developement is dope haha. The 2 Zamnesia ladies are pretty Gelato is so nice bushy and the smell is great as well. Kalini Asia will be a green pheno I think and she my be hermied a bit on me.... I am still waiting to see I see some strange develepement lets say. Sweet Seeds girls are dope unfortunately Red Mandarine and Tropicanns poison don't show any sign of colouting yet but it is okay even if they green phenos.... It may happen in the end of the flowering cycle let's see. Basically that's all I wanted to share. Oh yes... this one: All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week. Great job Sweet Seeds and Zamnesia! Nice genetics :) Lovely plants!

Didnt take a ton of photos this week. But flipped the light schedule to trigger flowering. The canopy has filled out beautifully. If i was more patient I would have vegged for a week or two more.

End of week 6 I have a slight deficiency in 2 of the 4 plants, very strange since all plants get the same conditions and nutrients. the gorilla on the bottom right shows no signs of nutrient deficiency. any Idea why? I think it was due to my fertilizer behavior... I did not have enough PK 13/14 fertilizer and should have given this fertilizer for at least a week. This was my first time with Canna Terra and I only had one starter kit at the beginning, which of course was not enough for 4 plants. I will havrest the Honey Cream next weekend, ill check the trichomes daily this week. i give her only water this week. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. In total the two plants harvested 91,3 grams. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the dried weed carries the flavor of this aroma also in the smoke! VERY PEACHY! All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎.
