A step back recently: Started a final flush (2 days in), and decided to start feeding her again - thanks to some great GD input! 250 ppm at re-start and will work my way to 500ppm? She's still rockin' along - like nothing happened. She topped out at 350 ppm without tanking PH, so she is stable here. PH is now swinging down fairly quickly last 12 hours. Drained off 1/3 of reservoir and get reservoir down to 250PPM. 5 days later, major PH swings down again. Mixed another fresh reservoir. I am using Zero Water 5 gallon system, and just realized the PPM coming out was 100, and PH at 3! If I am at 100 today, that means these filters have been shot for a while, maybe since start of my PH issue. There is also interesting information about when zero water filters reach their expectancy. They put out fishy smell and otherwise. I will be watching my filters more often and taking more notes since this ZeroWater 5 gal system is really the way to go if you are only growing a plant or two. Filters are a bit spendy but when you take time, gas, convenience etc. its a no brainer (if the water coming out is zero:) - I get about 15 gallons per filter (175ppm from tap). Day 70. It’s been about a day since new res change. Steady Eddie at 250 ppm and 6.2. I’ll let her drink the bucket down a good ways if things remain stable with a drift down. I doubt it though, 5 gallon is fine for 12” autos but at 2’ she really needed 8 gal. Time to up the R&D on the cabinet! Also checked Zero Water again and filter is now putting out 200ppm of 3.0 water. New filters installed! Hope she finishes soon, the top of her canopy slowly getting cooked over the last 10 days. 8" of light distance is too little. PPFD 2000+ at the top, but leaf temps are in the upper 70's. Gotta hit a decent DLI on these lower buds - without nuking the top nugs, right?! As the week concludes, she’s in a fresh bath, at 250ppm @ 6.0 and running stable again. New water filters installed so zero water variable removed. Last serving of half+ teaspoon of GH dry KB ripening, and will reduce ppm by 25/day until I reach 10-15%. 1-2 day flush, if at all.

Buds are already getting nice and dense. Thick coat of trichomes is already glistening. Flower production has been very on point! Very hardy colas flying off these girls. Very excited for this one. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as these ladies are booming with flowers. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Day 50! Start of week 8! I am watering with only 3800ml water and enough Bokashi Tea to get my PH to 6.5. The Bokashi Tea is derived from fresh Mango, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Banana, Apples, Basil, Potato, and Inoculated Bran. In my opinion, “Terp Sauce”, helps insanely with the terps and many other things. Camera work is not my strong point. Day 53 Gave 3800ml of water with only enough Bokashi Tea to PH water to 6.8. Day 56 Gave 3800ml of water with only enough Bokashi Tea to PH water to 6.8.

Hi!!!! week #12. 1-2 weeks lefts Im waiting for the lower buds to fully flower. Stopped fertilizing 1 week ago, harvest is coming. ...........

Adding this cal mag ish stuff seems to an instant difference. Plants filling out, less yellowing. The 3rd plant went from smallest to biggest and is now flowering. Still looks different than the others, this group helped me determine this plant may be more like the mother plant. She is so strong, can’t wait for her to mature.

Looking closer and closer to being finished with this one.. I lowered the ppms down to 600. May need to go lower most the tops look like they are finishing up. This one is pretty massive filling my 5x5 tent pretty good and the root production out of this 6" net cup is pretty gnarly. Definitely not lacking any quality either. Buds smell delicious and are super sticky.

A few of the lower leaves have been removed and light LST applied. From this week onwards, 1-2ml Top Max is added to the water in addition with 2-3ml Bio Grow. The lamp is 70cm above the plants and runs at 60%. the measured values with the Photone App: Ppfd = 700 DLi = 50 -19.07.2024 Visual control Soil felt dry, the plants were watered with 500 ml of water each. -20.07.2024 Visual Check Soil still felt moist -21.07.2024 Earth felt dry 3ml BioGrow and 2ml TopMax to 1 liter of water both plants were watered with 500ml water the Skywalker haze worries me a bit when you look how big Mango smile is -22.07.2024 Visual check Surprisingly the Earth felt dry after one day so both plants were watered with 500ml water -23.07.2024 Visual Check Soil still felt moist For the next watering,i will increase the amount of water per plant to 750 ml -24.07.2024 Last day of the vegetation phase / pre-flowering. We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our Rainbow Sherbet has a beautiful package of seeds, colorful that really makes you want to grow it. The genetic conditions are all there and at birth everything went smoothly like hemp oil. If you have placenta problems read below. It is an indica predominance if it does well we will send it to the AWC competition and see what happens. WARNING: Placenta Problems ---- ALWAYS look very carefully at the seedlings, if the seed or the placenta prevent the opening of the cotyledon leaves the plant dies after a while. Remove it delicately as if it were a condom or almost. I apologize for the example but it gives the idea to remove slowly delicately please. WARNING: If you choose biodegradable pots choose the largest possible and not paper/cardboard ones there are peat which is the main component of most of the soil we use. If you want to avoid transmitting vibrations to your neighbors I recommend you install one of these gym floors under your growboxes, I did it and I also feel safer not to disturb. They are easily found on Amazon in different thicknesses, I took a gym model that is assembled like a puzzle, they are also found in children's shops, they are those floors that are assembled to make children play safely, or to train and to avoid vibrations from equipment or of any kind. I've no idea what is wrong with this plant. It's like it's diseased, all the leaves are wrinkled. One leave has decided to only grown on one side? Perhaps it had an argument. I've moved the light away but it's not looking good so far.
