Hi people! Well, after the last LST, she certainly didn’t pinpoint her final shape .. she almost covers 1 square meter .. there are very, very, very many buds! the smell of vanilla baking) is very pleasant and sweet! trichomes slowly begin to shower buds)) maybe it seems to me! but according to my observations the products of Barney Farm always give the highest result! both during growth and during flowering! at all stages! and most importantly, the resulting buds always blow away the head of any inveterate smoker !!! Barney You are the coolest !!!

Ph meter is broken so I’ve just been feeding plain water, going to try order one ASAP. I also forgot to lower the light a few days ago, checked on them two days ago and three of them had fallen over so I had to tie them up with garden ties and adjust the distance of the light. Fastberry seems to be a bit behind the others, I might have overwatered a little bit the other day, hopefully it bounces back sooner than later. Ph meter has come will be feeding nutrients for the first time with their next feed

Things are looking real good now. Blueberry is in full stretch and she’s gonna be a big girl. Grapefruit coming along real nice after early struggles. I am having some issues with light burn on my blueberry, but I think it’ll be alright. Absolute explosive growth from the blueberry monster this week. She’s up to 43 inch and I’m loving the spacing she has. As you can see, not very much lst going on here, but that’s how I like it. Grapefruit has been chugging along real nice. Just starting to flower now and she’s a bushy gal. I’m really looking forward to the flowering weeks ahead. I think these two are gonna be pretty.

D57/FD29 - Thing going grand with the Cookies so far (enjoying growing these Cookie Based Strains). Smell from it is divine! Touch a stem and its a lovely citrus smell left on you for ages! Noted in a previous comment, like a perfect sweetness, fresh lemonade. You'd wear it as an aftershave alright even!!! :P They're drinking a ton but not taking on as much feed (as I've come to expect now in flower) so dropped the base and bloom by 10% (same recommended ratio of 1:1) and kept the PK9/18 booster in there at what would be recommended strength for this week...its the same as last week but week 1 (week 4 of flower) of PK9/18 should have been double...didn't want to overdo it as when I used recommended strength 1st time I got it, it created some serious root zone acidification (Which could have been all the K getting used up but was a mare getting the pH up from 4.something every day!!!). Did my usual root flush/wash before adding feed as the EC had crept up to 2.2 (and I know from experience, that starts messing with your numbers if you don't wash that out right) and took about 50L-60L to get the tank to 0.3EC (base is 0.2) was was a lot of salt sitting on/in the roots. Had a ton of underscreen dead leaf to pick up and just cut some wee straggly offshoots (I know, bad idea this late in flower but they were basically dead/no nutritional value left so basically a bug magnet). Still waiting on Bluelab to send me the RMA approved pH pen...been 2 weeks now since the RMA was approved and still no postage - using an "essentials" pH meter and just dipping in Calibration Fluids between each feed add to ensure some accuracy (As you can see from my recipe page, I like to know what the feed does to the pH - also gives an idea on what they're feeding on when you see pH swings in a different direction that expected). Geeklight also got back to me. In all fairness, I've been dealing with them direct (Got the light fixture from Alibaba, direct from China - big gamble, right???) and they have been more than helpful. I have been telling them about the light randomly coming on at 5% (lowest brightness) and provided evidence; turns out someone else now noticed the same issue with the Remote App controlled variant too and they believed it was a loose control board/wire. They said they did some stuff and that fixed it but I also thought mine was fixed by forcing the dimmer to 0% and it still randomly happened (even though it didn't do it for weeks) so the other person may still get a surprise!! 😋 So, I took out the driver today, pulled out the control board and all wires seemed good and no looseness in the control board (although it does look slightly bent as the Spade for the IR/UV switch isn't fully bedded in). But, like I say, in all fairness to Geeklight, they're posing me a new control board tomorrow from China AND giving me the longer driver cables so as I can put the driver outside of the tent! Give me a bit more room for my Flower Initiator (and hopefully UVB Tube) and great to see them honouring the Warranty. RHC Seems to be flowering nicely as can been seen from the pics. Stacking well, buds coming along. Slight pinkish tip to the pistils on some buds but not the shocking pink as you'd see in the sales pics...hopefully it goes there though! Also noticing a bit of an early frost on a few flowers...like real good frost! And this is only day 1 of week 5 (I know, I do this diary arse about face)!!! Hoping Geeklight get this driver control board and longer cables to me quick so as I can get the driver out of the tent as I'd really like to get the UVB in there to frost them up in a week or 2!!! May only be getting about 9" clearance though so dunno, could be dangerous!!! 12" is the lowest recommended...but then, I could do the 15 min burst lighting (On 15, off 45 min every hour) so lower the risk of burn but get them more exposure (but lowers the lifetime of the tube). They get UVA from the LED's on the light at the moment for a 1/3 of the day and have been since early veg so should be hardened to it by now!!! Anyway, think that's enough s**te chatted by me!!! So as you can see my girls suffered a bit in week 3 but are on the mend. I've continued to LST them tying down the new growth sites and either tucking or removing the fan leaves to allow light to penetrate to the new growth sites I'm going to veg for 2/3 more weeks then flip them Just did a complete water change and stripped down the whole system to clean the water pipes air pipes and air stones. After visiting my local hydroponics shop they recommended a organic ph up and down which I thought sounded good less chemicals in my grow what's not to like about that. However once I had used them I quickly realised they had issues I was constantly checking and adjusting my ph levels as they would drop to 5.3 and over the course of a few hours would rise to 7.4 upon checking my water pump I found my filters where completely blocked so I flushed them and put them back in and it seemed to work fine until the next day when I checked again and yet again they where blocked. I think they had reacted with my other nutrients and caused a brown funky sludge. I have scrubbed each bucket and reservoir to get rid of the gunk then used disinfect on all the equipment and the grow room. I've uploaded a video so you can see the condition my girls where living in. Hope this helps anyone in their future grows

Entering the final stage of this run.. in other words, late flowering. Just giving 1600ml of RO water enriched with Ca and Mg. Guess I will feed a last time with Enhancer and Green Power tomorrow.

New week ! :)

Last week was a short one, decided to chop them on day 80. Both plants weigh at 800g wet, hoping to get a bit over 100g dry. They could probably go for another week to get fatter, but I was feeling ready looking at the trichomes. Hope the dry slow, I can't get RH above 50% so hoping that won't be so bad.

10.05.21 Anfang der 7. Woche alles läuft ganz gut hab heute wieder gegossen für jede Lady 4,5 l wasser mit Zusätzen bis auf lady #2 die hat nur green sensation bekommen da sie den anderen voraus rennt mal schauen was diese Woche so bringt...... 11.05.21.................................................. 12.05.21 hab es gestern leider nicht geschafft den Bericht zu aktualisieren hab aber auch gestern nix an den Pflänzchen gemacht hab heute mal ein paar buds fotografiert und das erste mal geprüft wie fest die buds sind also gelato 41#2 ist wie ein Felsen die anderen 3 Ladys sind eher fleischig aber dennoch fest (fast wie ein Hüft steak Medium rare) sieht auf jeden fall viel Versprechend aus und der Duft an den fingern nach dem prüfen, ein hauch von zitrone trifft auf leichte Minze mit cremiger Dunst note schon ziemlich geil muss ich sagen freue mich schon drauf wie ein kleiner junge auf sein Eis...... 13.05.21.................................................. 14.05.21 hab mich dazu entschieden nur noch alle 2 Tage was zu posten ab jetzt passiert nicht mehr viel sie wird nach und nach fetter und die trichome sind zum größten Teil milchig werde Sonntag die Spülung beginnen das währe dann Tag 57 nach flip und somit tag 49 der blüte, demnach sollte ich an Tag 63 fertig sein plus 1 bis 2 Tage dann hat sie 9 Wochen blüte hinter sich und 10 Wochen 12/12 der breeder selbst gibt an 7 bis 9 Wochen flower sollte also hin hauen die Angabe bin gespannt wie sie am Ende aus sieht. Werde Sonntag mal versuchen die trichome zu fotografieren aber mein kleines Taschen mikroskop zu fotografieren während ich es an die Blüten halte is etwas kompliziert für mich hab einen ruhe tremor fehler sprich ich zitter sobald ich etwas mache was mit fein Arbeit zu tuen hat, nicht stark,aber ein Bild machen is da schon schwer, werde es Sonntag versuchen an meine Kamera vom Handy zu kleben mit Maler crepp und dann mal schauen ob es einiger maßen klappt..... 15.05.21................................................. 16.05.21 so liebe growmies und canna begeisterte heute war der Tag der Spülung hab jeder Pflanze 22,5 Liter Wasser verpasst so das eigendlich fast alles an Dünger und Zusätzen raus sein sollte die Suppe die am Ende unten raus kam war fast komplett klar wie wasser sein sollte. bitte schimpft jetzt nicht mit mir das ich so hart flushe, ich hab mir gefühlt 1000 blogs durch gelesen von Zamnesia bis royal queen über Humboldt usw. Zum Thema flush und da gibt es ja echt viele Möglichkeiten wie man das ganze angeht der eine giesst normal weiter halt nur mit Wasser der nächste spült mit doppelter Menge von gewohntem giessen und wiederum andere stellen die Pflanzen in die Dusche und spülen da eine ganze Badewannen durch die Erde. War mir da einfach nicht mehr sicher wie ich das am besten an gehe und bin halt am ende auf die idee gekommen wenn das wasser gut klar ist Dann Sollte doch gut gespült sein hoffe ich zumindest in ca 14 tagen hack ich die Ladys Dann ab ihr könnt euch gar nicht vorstellen wie ich mich auf den Tag freue wenn ich schneiden darf ist wie Geburtstag und Weihnachten auf einem Tag........

Flush is on! A gallon a day each of pH’ed tap water for the next week and a half to 2 weeks. Fall colors galore incoming! One is already going mad purple as I started it on the flush a bit earlier.
