FastBerry (FastBuds) 14 days from sprout. Started a light nutrient feed this week. About quarter strength of what is recommended. Also added neem oil to soil drench as I noticed a couple of gnats in the air and don't want that to become an issue.

05/27/2021 Its been a while but all is well, the red light only seems to have encouraged lots of new growth. But I think I'm going to stick with 25-50% blue spectrum and 100% red for the finish. I'm kind of disappointed that she has no distinguishing smell, but she was bred for resistance to PM specifically. All the good stuff will come once i have stabilized consistent PM resistance. (Work in progress) Then the good stuff will be worked in..... If needed. Ps. I do believe it will likely be 12+ weeks of flowering to finish (Hope she has a racy/trippy sativa side) fingers crossed🙏

Edit from 19th May. Literally 00:09 Pre-Flowering. Fat Banana looks like Hermie. Royal Critical = clean pre-flower. Edit from 19th May. 16:26 Fat Banana had balls sack and pistils growing all over the place. I nuked everything that had balls on it. I left only top node with pistils. Royal Critical is full of pistils, no balls. Now I wish I had photoperiod seeds instead of automatics. I would give Critical 1 extra week in veg. She is around 10-15cm smaller then Fat Banana. I switched the lights back to 400W. Edit from 20th May. 14:45 I think 32C is maximum what these plants can handle. With 600W I was reaching 34C on some top leaves and that could possibly turn the Fat Banana into hermit (she was the tallest). I open the tent a little (front doors), I put big-ass fan on second gear blowing strong wind through the mesh-window of a tent. I put the lights straight up to the ceiling, I literally can't put them any higher. Fat banana is now 58cm tall and around 80cm away from the light. Royal Critical is now 41cm tall and around 100cm away from the light. 50% Humidity 28C under the canopy/on the ground under the leaves 31C Air temperature. Well, I reckon the girls have reached the end and it's time to chop. Trichomes are mostly milky (some amber), so now it's a matter of getting some free time and cut them down. Thanks to all those who follow me on this journey. It won't be long til I start a new experiment in Piquillo's Lil Lab. Of course I will updated before putting them in jars. Happy growing! 😉

Added some CO2 to help with photosynthesis while at higher temps. These ladies really blew up at the end of last week and this week! The smell has really starting to be noticeable and pistols / flowers are finally showing! Side note I finally got more seeds to replace the one I lost early on. These ladies are really starting to become a treasure. Ended my LST this week.

Week is good so far not much to stay just seeing what becomes of this clone # happy growing

At day 18 i topped her. I’m really curious how she’s handle the stress. In the next few days I will bend her down a little and installing a net to hold the plant small. We are ending week 3 shortly! She handled the topping very good. No signs of slowing down her grow or any deficiency. I did some LST after topping but one of the main branches snapped half through. She damaged side still performs exactly like the intact one. I try to be patient and careful with the bending of this branch. I taped the location and try to not bend it hardly anymore.

Heavy rain all week again due to freak storms, very limited sunlight. Notice leaf mites and some sort of caterpillars eating away at them

Day 106 12/25/2021 being of a new week and this will be more than likely the last week this lady gets any nutrients thinking Wednesday. After that will start flush with collected rain water. After checking trichomes they were about 85% cloudy about 10% clear and 5% amber which is right where she should be since the end is coming fast. Day 110 12/29/2021- Started flush today and will continue to just feed rain water until next Wednesday. Will cut her down next Friday 01/07/2022.

The buds are still growing and I have already discovered the first amber-coloured trichomes on Bruce Banner and S.A.D. #4. I think the harvest will be ready in 2-3 weeks. Until then, I will continue to observe the trichomes with the microscope.
