1/11: Fed today, but didn't have time for a photo session. Both plants look great. Really fattening now.👍 1/15: Was gonna feed today, but life got in the way...tomorrow it is... 1/16: Fed today and took some photos. Que pasa familia, vamos con la cuarta semana de floracion de estas Rainbow Melon feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Tenían algo de shock por el trasplante pero ya fue solucionado. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Las flores empiezas a formarse y progresan a buen ritmo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Well holly shit this plant is huge it’s just keeps getting bigger and bigger I’ve been just feeding with rabbit shit tea and water but mostly water ph to 6.4 I cage her and did a net and then I just did a nother support net I. Probably going to have to do a nother one before it’s said and done she is not showing in signs of flower god knows how long this plant will get it 10ft 2 in right now and growing like crazy So this plant is over the gutter and still showing no signs of flower wow definitely my biggest veg plant I’ve ever grown and it’s probably going to be my biggest yield per plant this plant is 8 ft at it widest point and over 10.5 ft high for me this is just huge I no Cali guys grow much bigger plants then this but over here in Maryland we don’t see shit like this very often if ever so I’m proud of that 😂😂😂 I’m just having a great time this year playing with my marijuana garden I’m hoping for a really great yield All plants hopefully I hit 15 to 20lbs altogether that’s all 11 plants combined weight dry

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Fight with high humidity. Any advice?

Auto Opiym is in flower and with some cooler night temperatures in upper 50s low 60s the buds and leafs are changing colors🤩 The feeder leaves are yellowing and the sugar leaves are changing to purple 💜 . I top dressed with 2 tbsp bloom soil as fertilizer. Her limbs are spindly ans can't support the weight of her buds. I added a hoop to support branches but many just bent over the wire. I don't see many amber trichomes so I wait.

6th week of Flowering: The ambient temperature have risen last week and the plant took it well, timing is impeccable perfect for last stretch. Buds are getting bigger, frosted and the smell is developing nicely. A touch of purple is spreading across the heads. I keep the same ratio on the nutrs side and will upload more pictures midweek.

Spiderfarmer humidifier got my 2x4 dialed in almost immediately. If it performs this well over time I'd recommend it greatly. Had some trouble with light burn because I briefly cranked up my light and uv at the same time lol. I stopped that. Thinking about flowering soon. If anyone sees this, what do you think?
