7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day. Day 32: Autoflowers are showing signs of flowering. They are showing pistils. A little concerned about space. Especially considering I'm gonna veg 90+ days on the 707 Headband.

So she grew 53 cm this week!!!!!!!!! Over 20" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally out of headroom. Hopefully gonna be awesome. 😎

Day 84 This smaller plant shows compact and balanced growth, with several short stems supporting evenly spaced leaves. The leaves are a healthy green color, slightly lighter toward the new growth at the top. The plant appears to be in an early to mid-growth stage, with developing shoots that suggest steady progress. It is potted in a well-aerated fabric container, and the soil looks moist but not overwatered. Overall, the plant seems healthy, stable, and properly maintained.

7/21 Battling a strange deficiency that has spread to one of the buds, almost positive its a calcium issue so I gave #3 a 1l of water with cal-mag. Things looking great otherwise. 7/22 cut the bud that was having strange issues and there was no mold inside. Dried it for a day, smoked the most messed up part just to see and it was fine so unless it was a heat issue I have no clue what happened. Otherwise everything is still looking great 7/23 Cut a couple of the main colas because quite a few of the trichomes were turning amber. It may have been a bit too early, bit I will monitor the rest of the plants to see how the develop.

Day 1 of week 8 , about 3 weeks left until harvest. The buds have a higher percentage of amber pistils. The buds are getting a bit wider and their hairdo is a bit less spiked. Some minor issues with low humidity in the seedling stage. Once past the seedling stage this was a very easy grow. After my daily reservoir change I noticed after moving a few buds that yes i'm smelling licorice . It smells exactly like licorice sticks . I also get pine and some other spice, maybe cloves. My carbon filter still keeps the smell under control but opening the tent gives you a good slap. Buds look close to being ready . I will do a trichome check Sunday and a video. OK I took a few trichome pictures today at 8 complete weeks (Saturday ). This is my first photo period grow so I want to go close to the 10 week Cropking suggested flowering time.

Let’s Go Day 67 from seed !! So this week went real great! 2 Ogreberrys an Bruce Banner started getting flushed! The rest will follow up and start flush next week ! Today the 3 will continue getting flushed while the 3 others get there dose of nutrients, PHd at 6.5! Let’s grow lil ladies let’s grow!!! Gave the photos a haircut today. Removed some fan leaves and lower branches that wouldn't amount to much. Gave the branches to my horse because he loves them! Tried enticing the ducks with fan leaves but they weren't having any of it. They prefer lettuce, not "The Devil's Lettuce"😂 I added in a little 5-1-1 fish fertilizer to my feeding regimen as well. Still picking off inchworms. And as you can see I made it to the hardware store and put up this baby almost completely by myself. I only asked my husband to hold the center roof panel support while I screwed it in. Couldn't have been better timing since hurricane Dorian came through yesterday and we had plenty of rain. Of course it didn't fully protect them but the majority of the rain hit the roof. And then it got down to 49 F last night. It's really Fall now! This girl is frosty and she ain't near done, those pistils are like a white walker! So looking forward to this finish, because it's gonna be better than last year for sure!

Plant has doubled in size and has budlets growing all over. Top dressed at day 14 yo keep up with food and also did a heavy defoliation and removal of branches that was not to the top of canopy. Almost out of room vertically but I have faith I will squeak out this grow without light stress. No bugs, no wierd growth this run.

Noticed spots on leaves. I think she might have a calcium Or manganese deficiency. DAY 16. TOPPING DAY 18. removed 2 top leaves to clear light for undergrowth. Day 19 definitely think i have calcium deficit plant. Will be adding some cal-mag nutrition in next couple days. Say 20. Major fan leaf pruning. Hopefully new growth will explode soon.

Im doing a bit of defoliation, moreover the leaves that covering the buds, i cut some small branches on the bot of the plants, to keep energy for the distal parts of the branches. Every 2 day approximately, to no stress a lot the plants, I pinch the apex of MD1, MD2 and BB1, that my secondary branches go up, until the height of the apex central. Nutriments : 2,0 mL/L of rhizotonic, 2,5 mL/L of cannazym every watering. 2,0 mL/L of terra vega every 2 or 3 watering in case of they need (N) until the final of the strecht (first 2 weeks of bloom). I will put 5L every watering (pots of 18L) and I will analysed the drain of every plants to check pH and the fertilizer amount. Im really proud of theses plants, they are strong, resistant (the trunks are huuuge, moreover the Moby dick from Dinafem) and so healthy !! The MD 3 has reacted really really good with the topping ! Im impressed and quite sure do topping next time ;) I hope they will give me the best of themselves !!!! Lets wait the final of the strecht 😉
