10/27/22 watered with nutrients 10/31/22 Happy Halloween 🎃 been watering about every 2 days.

Not much changed this week. The plants are getting bushy and didnt have much of a stretch yet. Still trying to do a little light stress training to fill in empty spots in the canopy. Bud sites are definitely starting to develop and they're starting to stink just a little more.

Week 6 At the beginning of the week I simply finger pressed the new node growth to begin separation and branch direction. 3 days after the last topping, I set up the tomato rings and attempted to tie down train the branches. In retrospect I should have given another day of growth before trying to tie to the new nodes. One plant made the LST training without issues(green tomato ring), however I snapped 2 center colas on the second plant(orange tomato ring). From experience I know that these will not produce tall colas since it happened so late in Veg, so I decided to completely remove them and will monitor for any new growth on those nodes to remove it. So now Im growing an 8set Mainline And a 6/4 set Manifold: Mainline : is a planned topping and defoliation of every cola that makes all topped splits have roughly the same distance to the roots for water ways by removing all other growth along at the same point on any cola. Ideally this helps generate mostly equal buds along the whole cola after each topped split and then the whole plant without having to use scrog nets and just local support ties instead. In a Mainline you remove any other growth that would otherwise need those water ways to grow as well, so Manifold: is the same thing as Mainline but in Manifold you leave a few branches to grow from a lower start point on any cola and then remove everything else. Ideally this gives mostly the same benefit as Mainline but if planned correctly allows you to be finished topping in just 2 separate topping days rather than 3 separate topping days. (I am using it here to correct this late veg mistake in my breaks) The tie downs are positioning 6 of the colas to grow out flat until it can reach the outer bend of the tomato rings where I will allow them to stretch straight up in bloom. 2 cof the colas will have the lowest node of braches growing up in the middle for a total of 4 branches. However in the 8 cola plant I am also training 6 to the outer ring and 2 colas to grow up in the center of the ring. Feed this week was again an auto pot reservoir feed at 400ppm total before add-ins. I used 360ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and 40ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe above). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to all feeds and ph balance this week was for 6.3. Next week will consist of more LST training with a simple move of the wires as needed. Feed will increase in total ppm and bloom mix and I plan to reduce ph to the 5.8 range slowly, so about 6.1 this week and 5.9 next before flip on week 9.

Hello. This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. Man have these plants taken off. Man what a stretch. I've only seen sativa's grow this tall this fast. Some of these plants have 6 inches between leaf nodes. Wow. Got to get in here this week and do my final trim/prune. Paying attention to taking off the sucker branches, Opening up the middle for better air flow. And taking off some top fanleaves off for better light penetration. And putting another string around them to hold them together. They are getting tall. It's pretty damp around here, got all sorts of mushrooms growing out of the ground around here. Don't know what they are. And I'm not going to eat them. Took one, of the large brown ones to the mushroom club a few years ago and he said it's no good to eat. Won't kill you but you'll be sitting on the can for a while. It's been time for my 3 1/2 year cancer check up. Went to the ENT doctor yesterday. She couldn't find anything to be concerned about and I feel fine. Get another app. in 6 months. April. then not another for a year before they finally clear me to say cancer free. Still taking my RSO at 1/2 strength these days. .5 g a day. Feel Fine. 😃 Showed around my main grow room in the video. I'm not doing a diary on these plants but want to show you my best plants. Got some fungus gnats flying around. Was gnat free all summer, but they came in, in the fall. Got some nematodes from Amazon but the package seemed dry when I opened it. Don't know if any nematodes were still alive in the bags, but I mixed it up in water and applied it to the roots. So we'll see. Probably old stock. Been sitting 1/2 the summer in the warehouse heat. 😒 Got my seeds picked out for the next diary. (see pics) I've got room for, and I think I'll do 16 plants, to find the best/strongest one. I'm growing indicia's for my cancer, but I really love/miss sativa's. So I'm going to try this one. The description sound great. Up to 36% ( hope I get close) and tastes of pineapple and lemon. OK. Son 6 white truffles, 6 Apple&Bazzokies de GBSTRAINS y 5 GG4 de GBSEEDS que se empezaron a germinar el 15 de mayo por la tarde sobre las 19:00 Todas nutridas con BOOM nutrients jejeje Todas las semanas iremos viendo los cambios y la evolución, los riegos y las flores que vendrán :) El 16 de mayo del 23 sobre las 07:00 de la mañana pase las semillas del vaso con agua, a los tapers con servilleta. Ahí estuvieron 24 horas mas haciendo un total de 36 horas germinando para después, pasarlas a las macetas de 1 litro. 22/05/23 actualizado, meto unas fotos mas de como van las semillas después de 7 días desde que se empezaron a germinar en el vaso de agua. A día 22/05/23 llevamos 7 días desde que se empezaron a germinar. ACTUALIZACION DE ESTADO: 30/05/23 Subo unas fotos después de 8 días. Llevamos 15 días desde que se empezó a germinar las semillas en vaso de agua. A partir de aquí, empiezo a contar semanas de crecimiento. Trasplantaremos a maceta definitivas de 7L dentro de una semana o 2.

Update: 29/07 - Thought I would include a short video which shows that I have quite a small space to work with and my setup. She’s looking good and seems happy, swelling away in her garden and is even starting to get purple tints! She’s living up to her name, the purple pheno is quite rare so I’m super chuffed. Welcome to week 10! As you can clearly see by the pictures, she’s doing well and covered in sugar! Pistils are still quite white although a few are starting to darken, trichomes are becoming increasingly cloudy with a few that are amber but still a small amount. I am going to harvest a bit later to grab a bit more CBN. Buds are fattening up and she’s turned out to become a real stunner, for a first grow I’m sitting quite proud of myself. Day 0: soaking the pheno #1 in a shot glass of water for 18 hours Day 1: Giving build a soil light a try and gonna experiment in transplanting from a half-gallon plastic pot to a 5-gallon fabric pot.

This is the final week for plant #2 ,#3, #4 ,#5, #11 , #12. The other six will be kept in veg until the first six harvest. I also collected clones of the plants listed above just in case I come across a really good pheno to keep as a mother plant. Today I switched the first 6 into a 12/12 cycle.

Well, not the biggest yield from my little mainline...28g of keeper buds and 28 grams of trim and little buds for RSO. The smell from the buds is hard to pinpoint. A little pine, a little sweet, a little chicken soup. Very much on the earthy side and affects are smooth and sedating. 100% some chill, social smoke or great for anxiety.

Week 10, and Syrian is the first plant to be harvested. Just gave her a trim, and now she's on to drying.

Had a cold, slow growing week this week. Night temps dropped down pretty low a few nights before I noticed, had a cold snap and I recently took my heating vent out of the tent, so I rerouted one of my AC exhausts trough this tent to heat it up again. I also had a bit to much nitrogen in my water mixture so this also slowed them down a bit, I diluted the nutrients in half but removing half of the water and adding strait water. There coming around now a few days later. Gonna be moving them to the big 4’x8’ tent soon(week or so prob till the tent is empty) with the RDWC 5gal bucket system and 1000w HPS for flowering. Gonna let them grow up a bit still before be start there LST, don’t wanna stress them yet after last week and there still staying low and bushy, not quite long enough shouts to pull over yet.
