I am impressed with the result, and I don't really believe that I will ever be able to improve it :) It was a truly amazing journey with FastBuds Gorilla cookies auto, my house is filled with a wonderful sweet smell, the buds look really full and very very shiny :) I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) the girl coped with high temperatures and high humidity throughout her growth, which is why I was afraid of rot, but everything went well!!!! She is amazing. smoke review and dry weight will be up very soon, good luck to everyone :)!!!

Day 24 she’s looking beautiful. I’m super happy for her. She’s great had a growth spurt. Excited for her her little pre flowers are showing. I chose not to train her since she was a late bloomer. We shall see what she has to show. candy 🍬

second week of flowering done. They were stretching like crazy. Installed a 3rd net to keep the stretch under control. Jumped from 35 cm to 83 cm in 2 weeks. They giving me some headache because of the hight. Should have send them 1 or 2 weeks earlier into flower. But it’s a lesson how to handle or not handle hybrids and sativas. Over all in was quite relaxing just adding water/ nutrients and doing some defoliation. So far so good. it’s quite easy to keep them on the same level with 3 nets. Still learning how to handle certain situations and conditions. But so far I am happy. They have got a massive need of Kalium at the moment. Should have given them more TA -Grow nutrients. But that’s party of learning. Really happy about the aeroponic setup. Really like the full control of the grow medium. (Compared to soil it’s easier for control freaks). Really water efficient compared to dwc/hydro/soil and changes made take effect pretty fast. Really nice oxygen supply at the roots and overall nice control possibilities regarding to roots and medium/solution. A possible downside could be that u can only use mineral nutrients and no organic nutrients. (We want some bacteria and fungus but not these ones that break down organic nutrients. That is more a preference thing than anything else. Good made hydro can compete with soil easily but most ppl put to much in there and ruin it any way. (Don’t want to trigger its good that everyone got its own style and evolves it in his needs and conditions.) The maintenance effort that is required for aero is a bit higher than soil and dwc but it pays off. (Personal opinion but numbers proof it) Looking forward to the next weeks and flower build up. 12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I had to add the extra carbon filter to the room. I've got some pics up top of that. Happy New Year! Next time I post it will be in 2024! Have a great night and be safe! I got a comment on the bushy-ness and I got self-conscious and gave her a trim. Lol I have been going bath and forth for a while and that gave me the push to give her a little trim. She looks great and is growing really quickly. Ill update with more pics as it goes along.

05/25/2020 All are growing well,but #2 still is weird. I might reppot and check the PH. She is most finicky plant of the 5. Although she did put on 8.5 " of growth the best out of all the girls this week! #1 grew 7" up to 17" #2 wow ! 8.5" up to 20"! # 4 grew 5" up to 12" # 5 grew 6" up to 23" and topped her. Topped all this week, so super cropping will begin next week.got to keep them low and wide. Mid week update #4 in hydro is a male, I will harvest his pollen and hit a branch on each female plant . Also #2 maybe a male.... Each plant is getting .5 gallon per day, hand watering. I will make video of pollen collection.

Here they are, finished! The plant in the smaller tent definitely packed on much more weight. The issue with the other plant was being in a 12/12 tent and having a taller plant in there which was hogging the light. Still got beautiful smelling flowers. These were all taken in the last week of flowering. Super happy with the new setup that I put in with the Mars Hydro light! Very nice plants but they did take their sweet time in the beginning.

En la próxima semana ya probablemente instale la malla scrog y pase a periodo 12/12 para floracion. Se puede ver algun ligero problema de fertilizacion (exceso) en la punta de las hojas, pero no parece algo realmente preocupante, ya que en general la planta tiene un muy buen verde como se puede comprobar en la foto de las hojas cortadas a luz mas natural.. Tambien he abierto un poco mas el gotero ya que los dos ultimos dias no he identificado agua sobrante en el plato y el coco es mejor que drene para liberar exceso de sales

this week buds getting fat. everything as usual. end of this week gonna give second compost tee. buds are sticky some areas hard to reach therefore impossible to defoliate. I love growing forest.

Still trying to maintain the optimal VPD. Unfortunately the summer starts to hit hard and I had to have some AC running. Haven't nailed the numbers and it will be worse in the following weeks.

Hey yall, Temps were high, but under control now. My girls were droopy despite having moist soil. After a good compost tea they bounced right back. Pistol hairs are showing, haven't grown this specific cultivar before so the bud structure is a but different than others I am familiar with. Let's see what she does moving forward. I am not a super fan of these genetics. Already have new seeds I am ready to start once these ladies are done. Over all the Strawberry Diesel from Beaver Seeds is not a noob grow, you need to have your grow dialed in. And really be careful with PM. I am keeping humidity as low as I cam while still maintaining a decent VPD. Challenges with this strain definitely turns me off. Looking forward to a new cultivar, already have some genetics from Michigan, those cats are really something else, they are hellbent on being better than the West coast. And they are in my humble opinion 😌 ☺️ Pure Michigan looks good, also Honey Sticks Genetics out of Maine is killing it, their Bananaconda 4 tested over 40% total cannabinoids. They want like 3k per cut, so that won't be my next, but looking forward to new genetics nonetheless. Anyways made some new ferments, remember to use equal parts organic sugar, Jaggery is best, that is the closest form of sugar to the sugar cane plant. Cover with paper towel, 2 to 3 days later let gravity give you all that juice, don't squeeze it to get more. Keep that juice in the fridge, that is your food. Then add water to the solids and keep at room temperature for 3 months to make a vinegar. That is your cleanser. First week of flower and she is doing great. I upgraded my tent and lights for this grow on Wednesday. I received my Gorilla Grow Tent and Spider Farmer SF-4000 and set it up for my plants. She seems to be loving the new light and space. She grew around 10 inches over the last week and is almost done stretching. She is bushy but i plan to defoliate a bit this coming weeks. She is a thirsty lady too, I am feeding her everyday at this time. I am happy with how she looks and is growing. excited to see how much bud she can get off her. This is the last update for the mexican airlines. she was a bitch to grow but delivered nonetheless! buds arent huge but theyre hard and have a very loud sativa like, fruity smell. no doubt that this smoke will be phenomenal. ill wait for a few more amber trichomes tho. last time she had 0 couchlock. and a very creative head high. so i know theres room for another week. 🤓 Crystal Meth is huge and bulking up nicely. the cola in the back is like 35 to 40 cm long. 😅 and thats not even the main shoot. i think its 2nd node side branch. Sep 7: Gorilla Cookies is doing great. It’s the biggest of the four plants with the most uniform manifolding job, it’s also the furthest along in flowering and will be the first one to finish. Hopefully by later this month and that we get lots of sun to drive trichome production. Still doing the 730 nm far red light at dusk as a bloom booster, and I’ll keep doing that until the end. And don’t take flash pics of your buds unless you’re then immediately using a far red light to put them into dark mode. Sep 9: bit of defoliation of lower branches and buds to direct plant’s energy upward and to maintain good airflow especially down low. Used my last bit of Cal-Mag as a few leaves on each of the plants was starting to show a minor calcium deficiency. Sep 10: beautiful weekend is probably the best one all summer with nice sun, no smoke and perfect room temperature sort of weather. Sitting here a minor gust of wind blew her over. This the fifth time a plant has blown over lately but first time for this one. The 5 gallon bags are big enough for what I want but still easy to move around to maximize sunlight. A drawback is the small pot needs to be stabilized by filled buckets. Sep 12: these buds are forming quickly and she is ahead of the other three plants by at least a week. Raising odour level to normal which is probably pretty loud for other people who can still smell most things. The tops are starting to look white when viewed from a distance so that’s pretty cool.

My biggest harvest yet, 385g dry oh my god. Never thought hydro could yield sp much so fast. And fastbuds genetics helping me achieve that. The strain is so potent we smoked a joint 4 people and had to put it out bwcause everyone got so stoned. Wonderful. But curing now so im looking forward to those terpz and maybe a little else you never know what surprises beholds. Hsy out!

Hi cannafam👋 519growgirl here. Auto Overdose is now 98 days old and by the look of her flower I would say she has around another 3 weeks till she finishes. I added the UVR40 light bars to the under canopy to boost her lower flower production. She has a bit of tip burn so I backed off her Clyde nutrient from 24ml per 6L to 20ml per 6L. I will also be removing CalMag from her feeding this week to ripen her flowers. I will be flushing her with water only for the last 2 weeks. #halfheartcauseyoucompleteme

Finaly the strech is over and now they will start to focus on making buds.
