week three flower everything looks fine so far :D eight days after defoliation I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops gelato 1 threw some balls, but I removed them as soon as I saw them, I'll keep watching it!

Started flushing the biggest plant today the should have about another week & half left on it, all the other ones are still clear & cloudy! Fingers crossed everything goes good through harvest I have never flushed or done any of the harvest or cure process😅😬

All three girls are officially in bloom! 🌼 #2, our surprise LST candidate (thanks, fan 😅), has now also entered flowering, and is looking strong! #1 has shot up and is clearly the tallest in the tent, stretching like there’s no tomorrow. Meanwhile, #3 decided to skip the gym and focus on curves, she’s staying short but growing wide, even without any training 💪 Overall, everything is going smooth, healthy. Let’s see what these girls bring in the next few weeks!🌱

plant is in mid-flower stage. height got out of control, and tent is too small for it, but I hope, it won't cause too much poblems. plant looking good and deliciois. advanced nutrients doing its job 😍

Buds are really setting up nicely. French Macaron smells right on brand... and the Chem Brulee... my god! It smells like a Tropical Rocket Fuel. Amazong. The Pineapple Meatball has a really unique odor, but it is still fairly faint. Hoping that the neem/nute burn didn't somehow affect its resin/terp/bud production. It certainly hasn't seemed to affect the French Macaron and the Chem Brulee! This week, I sprayed 3 times with Dr Zymes, and it completely knocked out the small number of fungus gnats I was dealing with. Also released 4,500 ladybugs, and it's been fun watching them spread and work. Will probably stick with the once-per-week Zymes treatment for the next few weeks.

Everything went good again this week, girls Finally stopped stretching I think! Lol I pulled back all the shouts that ran for the light, now they are either pulled back enough to the side or tied down some to make it more even in the middle for the light and to keep the taller branches from burning as I cant go any higher with my light. These girls really exploded in size compared to my test Banana Bomb I started flowering 2 weeks earlier in a small tent under 2x180w LED lights to see how she stretched to judge for this big tent. Led kept her tight and small, these girls are 4 feet tall in some places! Getting some good bud site development though all over the place. Seems we have 3 of the same phenotype that are tall lanky and 1 different phenotype that is staying short and compact under exact same conditions. I also did a complete water change this week and we are keeping the EC around 1.3 as they are showing a bit of excess nutrients I believe, gonna keep her on the lower side to be safe and wait for her to tell me when she hungry for more. All and all it was a good week, no major problems and buds are starting to ramp up there size and development. That’s it till next week. Cheers! 💨

This week I just added water and did some defoliation of leaves that were starting to show signs that their last nutrients were being used up (browning and curling up). From my last grow I know this means we are getting close to harvest - my guess is within the next week my post may be about harvesting, but I won’t rush it. I can also tell we are close as some of the stems are starting to have trouble holding the buds up. Trichomes are clearly still cloudy on both plants but in the last couple of days I’ve started to see some amber in the trichomes in different areas too. Cleaned the plants up real good with defoliation and will see where we are later this week.

What to say about last week...I learned a lot about what NOT to do next time! the Northern Lights had all the leaves curl up and die on me so I decided to take it out and cut it...fuck it....a bit of a disappointing stick of nothing that prolly wont yield much, I'll add a 'Harvest for it next week when It's finished hanging. I messed up the watering (about once every 3 days) and gave em all (3) cal-mag instead of the overdrive I wanted to give...facepalm.... I guess that finished off the NL for good:P Anyway, the Diesel gals are looking healthy-ish... seeing some heavy leave coloration and curling but buds are looking frostier by the day! nice and compact, sweet smell, checked the trics but still waiting to spot the 1st brown ones, I'll try and keep em cooking till I feel its time (2 more weeks:P) 😁

Fastbuds Girl Scout Cokies really has a very interesting personality. Low and neat bonsai style after the Topping and a precise defoliation has taken on a very beautiful shape and the inflorescences are very white and consistent and it seems that they will become very beautiful as soon as possible.

7/9 I armed up for my battle with earwigs. I bought and applied diatomaceous earth and added sluggo plus pellets to the medium and around the bags and cage. Then I covered the stems on petroleum jelly. I raked my hand in the same bag as yesterday and found a bunch of earwigs. This time I was prepared. I killed them with a 50/50 solution of 70% rubbing alcohol. I found a few more that I killed as well and cleaned as best I couod. Weed Wacker wouldn't work. This was after I watered. The blueberry was droopy af. It stood right back up after I watered though. It doesn't look to bad. I defoliated anything too bad. If I see ANYMORE signs of septoria I'm isolating that plant (probably should anyway) and getting a systemic to deal with septoria. I got the wrong organicide I guess. I got bee safe instead of plant doctor. Regalia is what I'd like to get but it's like $90. Anyone have any good advice dealing with pm and or septoria? I know I should defoliate a little more. 7/10 Plants looked healthy and showed no negative effects from the previous application. I have some defoliation to do and I need to go over at night to check out the earwig population. Found a moth larvae and killed it. With all these other problems and medical issues it's hard to get everything done. I believe I watered today. THIS IS WHY YOU AT LEAST WROTE THAT SHIT DOWN EVEN IF YOU FINISH. 7/11 I had a few teeth pulled this morning after a horrible appointment with my doctor. I believe I watered before I reapplied some sluggo plus and diatomaceous earth. I inspected around my structure directly after the extractions while still numb. I found and killed literally 100's of earwigs! At first I was using an alcohol spray. They are in the structure itself!!!! Where the fence attaches to the wood and a bunch of other places. I used what I had filled it again, stomped them left and right then I found a can or roach ant killer. I CAREFULLY sprayed bottom parts of the structure and they would run out and get sprayed. Damn that felt good. Especially since I've noticed some slight interior damage on a couple plants that seem consistent with earwigs. Small leaves turning yellow after munched. New growth being attacked. Ragged holes in leaves. I wanted to go back tonight but I'm hurting. Noticed some dieing leaves on my blueberry. I'm wondering if it's septoria. I'll update tomorrow. 7/12 WATERED THEN FED 3 GALLONS TO THE GARDEN. Large thunderstorm and hail possible tonight Still in pain but I defoliated all the little dead new growth that the earwigs are eating and anything blocking nodes or that looked infected. Earwigs eat the new shoots that grow the buds. People think they are harmless but they are far from it. Just wait till you have an infestation and they chew off all your budsites lol. You'll have a ten foot plant with MAYBE a six inch cola (if the left ya any) that will probably be diseased. I'd rather deal with mites. I can't believe someone said bugs don't spread plant diseases. Well....they do. I've learned more about earwigs the past few years than I would've ever cared to know. I've seen aphids ONCE this year and they were dead from the organicide spray. I did find a few earwigs on the medium dying so something must be working. I'd spray it with alcohol and it would just spasm but not try to get away. I imagine it's either the DE or the Sluggo plus. After the earwigs eat the shoots the small leaves turn yellow and die. Looking at the plants the look awesome. When you get closer though I can show you branches with no budsites and some other things. I think I'm dealing with it right though. This year pretty much everything is straight up Indica (80/20 or so). Real bushy plants. I'm thinking about whether or not to spend money on regalia or just get plant doctor. 7/13 I had a botanist that teaches marijuana horticulture look at my videos and some leaf samples. No septoria so far! I need to cut some foliage by the forest edge and dispose of it and clean the grow area and be more sanitary. A new pair of gloves each plant or wash my hands after I defoliate. I'm going to spray the shit out of the surrounding area and remove the back tarp like many have suggested. It's a calculated risk but I think it's worth it. I think p jelly is working but some earwigs are dropping on them or flying short distance from plants because I've seen damage. I was going to get the plant doctor but I don't need it if I don't have the septoria. I need to go dig at each corner of my cage and get as many earwigs as I can and dispose of them. I'll kill the ones that rise with alcohol/water or raid. 7/14 I took the back tarp down and put a barrier of DE around the cage and each bag/pot. Added a touch more around the base. I'm finding earwigs dying and I'm really thinking the population is shrinking. I shoveled around the structure and didn't find any. I need my new weed Wacker to show up so I can clean shit up. The other one broke. I've been much more sanitary and am using different gloves each plant before I just started washing my hands in between plants. I'm planning on going back and AT LEAST try using the push weed Wacker to clean stuff up and spray the shit out the treeline and around the cage. It rained hard last night and it's supposed to rain again. If I notice to much more damage I'll do an application of spinosid. 7/15 Rained and stoked hard all night. I weedwacked the treeline back this morning to cut down on vegetation that's infected or could be. I weedwacked around the cage and hunted earwigs. I defoliated what needed it and I can see damage from the earwigs. If you watch the video I made for a friend you can see. I also I sprayed a gallon of baking soda/dawn/veg oil on the plants by the treeline and all around the cage. Used a different bag each plant and washed my hands before defoliating. Things seem to be going good. Plants are stretching. They are in what I like to call the 'asparagus' stage where they REALLY stretch and drop leaves. I'll keep this updated.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die.
