Will report back with a smoke report, but this thing smells incredible and budded extremely well. Didn't have much of any issues with pests. Got a BIG 4' plant from only super soil in a 5-gallon fabric pot. Tons of resin. Very impressed with these automatic genetics from Pride of the Lion Seeds... and I'll definitely be growing another one of them in the spring.

NOTE: Measuring light distance from top of net rather than top of plants for consistency. - Plant were developing nice broad leaves, but were refusing to grow any taller to push through the netting. So, I raised the light 3 inches and switched on both blue and red lights to allow them to stretch through, which did the trick! - Placed a lot of stress on the plants this week trimming and training them to grow throughout the ScrOG netting and removing lower branches that were not receiving as much light to allow the top leaves to get more nutrients. - NEGATIVE: switched off the grow lights to get natural color photos and forgot to turn them back on until several hours later! :-O My babies are too young to flower at this point. Hope they stay in vegetative state without any serious impact. Fingers crossed! - Been experimenting with clones from clippings. Last week didn't do to hot, but this time I got two nice long pieces and trimmed off the majority of leaves to give the roots a chance to develop without fighting over nutrients from the leaves. The trick this time was 1) sufficient size of clipping, 2) minimal leaves, 3) dipping the base in mycorrhizal fungi concentrate, and 3) placement near the humidifier to ensure leaves get sufficient moisture. This marks the start of week 4 for these wonderful lady's . I'm going to be slowing up on the nutrients and the watering noticing some stuff I don't like seeing . For the growth difference in 1 week all I can say is WOW I'm getting very excited to see what the future holds for these young lady's !!! I'd like to thank every one for their continued support! I've learned so much in such a short amount of time because the community is KICK ASS . I'm going to be repotting these fine young lady's into their final homes at the end of this week! The Girls are EXPLODING Switch to Bloom nutes has been made, The Stardawgs have absolutely taken off. The runt which was discoloured and small seems to be stacking up nicely behind the rest. The Two which have been mainlined are now showing their potential with the main two colas looking like 2 fat bum cheeks! 1 has been untrained as an experiment for my own conclusion to the old age question.. 'can you train an AUTO?' The GG's are still growing rapidly but seem to be slowing down and bud sites have gone from a few pistils to little crumbs of furry goodness!

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

Sorry, was doing some more expansion and re-arranging day 12 and 13 so no pics. We got some rain so all plants have been given a treat. I believe of the 5, I already see (2) I do not like the traits of and will go with the 3 that are most obviously bushier and stronger looking. Mom shot up fast and you can see the length and weaker, smaller looking leaf structure on the day 8 profile picture. Dad was stocky and bushy... so we are on our way. I have included a glimpse of the Aquaponic garden that the Indo plants get periodic feedings from. Once they are being fed... But for now just Neutral or rain water. Now these should be Photo plants as the dad was Photo and therefore the Auto gene from mom is Recessive and the Dominant Photo gene should kick out the Auto correct? If I understand that correctly I have to say I am amazed how these plants are coming up. They are acting more like an Auto (as far as speed of development) in my very Limited Opinion. It's very exciting. The pots they will be going into have BuildASoil cover crop that is coming along amazing and it should be an easy transition once they are ready. Day 90: Buds are foxtailing like crazy and they are starting to get more tri's really nothing else that i can tell at least. Girls went through hell and back but we still here lol. Thanks for looking and happy growing. 😁

So this week I have been defoliating the big fan leaves shading the undergrowth in order to promote lower internodes. I hoped to get the EC in my run off lower to give them a nice flush before giving them flowering nutes. At the beginning of the week I was still feeding with an EC of 1.2 and run off was down to between 1.3 and 1.5 and there is clear signs of nute burns on some of my leaves and all the new growth is very light green. So I'm going to flick them at the beginning of next week. Happy growing! 👊👍

Days 35-42 (Day 36) Some minor problems starting to arise here. A few times this week it got up to 90+ degrees which I think may have caused a bit of heat stress in some of the plants. I’m seeing a bit of cupping/crinkles on some of the fan leaves and some of the new growth is looking pretty gnarled and twisted. I hear windburn can cause this too so I’m turning my fans down to low speed. This could also be a problem with humidity so I’m going to turn off my humidifier, dim the lights and raise them. During my last feeding I mulched in some worm castings but it seems like they’re keeping the soil/coco from drying out. Pots are still decently heavy and even the surface is still quite moist but they aren’t showing any major signs of overwatering. I figure it will only be a few weeks before the castings break down so I will just leave it. A few of the plants are starting to show yellowing leaf tips which is probably some kind of micro nutrient lockout from my PH being slightly too high. It could also be from nute burn so I will water in 6.0 until I see some runoff. Although the most likely culprit is potassium excess. I’ve been feeding potassium almost as much as nitrogen so far. I know that can cause the yellowing of leaf tips by locking out trace minerals. It can also cause leaf problems like crinkling. Excess K can even cause water retention! Will water at 6.0 until run off next watering. The lst is coming along nicely. It was a good idea to remove the first two sets of branches (not leaves). Now I have 4-6 perfectly even stems coming from each plant that I plan to top one more time each. (Day 37) Today I’m going to vacuum, clean, wipe down and spray all my equipment in the tent. I’ve been letting the floor get quite dirty and I haven’t had the chance for a thorough clean since last round. I’m kind of surprised I haven’t seen any powdery mildew yet. I guess the prevention spray is working because the room has to be infected from my last crop. (Day 40) I was reading that you can foliar spray whatever you are deficient in for an immediate uptake. I‘m going to try that with my current potassium excess since it locks out trace minerals. I’m going to foliar feed a bit of phytoplankton at 15ml/L and some MagnifiCal + VeloKelp from Remo nutrients both at 5ml/L. The cal mag is not organic but as long as it’s not going into the soil and doesn’t contain chlorine I’m fine with it. I’m also going to be changing the light cycle to 18/6 for the remainder of veg. This will be their first dark cycle so they can properly foliar feed. Edit: humidity shot up to 85% a few hours after foliar spray. I went to top dress everything today and I mixed up the plants while doing so! So the ones I was unsure about I gave 1 extra tablespoon. I won’t top dress again for at least 10 days. Might give a light tea sometime next week. I also tilled the shit out of the top of each pot. It had a hard crusty layer on top that was keeping the medium from drying out properly. I’m not going to water again until everything is bone dry. Then I will water until slight runoff at 6.0 ph with some Dr. Marijane bacteria/root probiotic. I’m starting too see a lot more of these abrasions on some of the bigger fan leaves. It almost looks like thrip damage but I’m 100% sure it’s not a pest above ground. It could be bulb mites, which I found in my worm castings but I can’t check until the roots are more established in their pots. The leaves themselves are cold and feel damp to the touch. I haven’t even seen a fungus gnat since I last fed. I’m hoping it’s related to the K excess and clears up with the troubleshooting. (Day 41) Just ordered a wire cube rack to prop my plants up with and help evaporation/root warmth. Each cube is 11.8”x11.8”x11.8” and it comes with 16 cubes. So it will fit just perfectly in my 4x4. Depending on the size, I might order another one for the flower room where I would need 25 cubes.

December 2nd: Week 6 has started, hopefully last week of veg, defoliating, started feeding Sweet Candy, reducing humidity... more to come Tuesday night and it's end of week 6 or day 42, they are doing well, about 16 inches tall and bushy but I feel like another week of veg wouldn't hurt, hoping to get them all around 18 inches tall before I flip Comments and likes appreciated, stay high
