Fun time with this gal overall! Definitely going to go for a proper run of BanDad, not 12/12 from seed - next. Didn't yield much individually, but between all 4 plants it added up to be a decent bit. Already got another BanDad in my veg tent at about week 5!

Its going amazing, start this week with flawless finish. Day 52 and it going amazing, buds getting bigger and bigger. I also made a clone of the purple lemonade and she is doing also amazing in my small grow tent

Hello Diary! This time on the "Farm" there are two new strains from Royal Queen Seeds, Watermelon Auto and Purple Punch Auto. In this diary we will dedicate ourselves to Watermelon. 😀 I would like to thank James of the Royal Queen Seeds for sending me these strains. 🙏 LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition A few words about Watermelon Automatic. The breeders from RQS set out with the intention of crafting a strain that lights the taste buds on fire. To achieve such a tantalizing terpene profile, they selected two of the most flavorful parent strains available: Tropicanna Cookies and Lemon OG. Both of these varieties are packed full of limonene, myrcene, and other fruity and earthy molecules. Watermelon Automatic emerged with a genetic makeup of 75% indica, 20% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. The speedy autoflowering strain managed to inherit all of the tasty terpenes from her ancestors. These are the characteristics, we will now see what it will look like on my small farm. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 16h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, estaban muy bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular. Top dressed Asman and Asal with a tablespoon of Dr. Earth Bloom and 3 tbs of worm castings. Added terpinator, microbials and molasses to calmag'd water. Benesh got fed last week with the same load/mix and is doing great. No defoliation or much training early this week. Did some heavier defoliation on Sunday to give more of the bigger and higher buds space. Will make a TCHA tincture off of the defoliated buds, which I will add to later. Lovely mint and chocolate aromas on my fingers after the defoliation.

Well after having issues with my 3x3 set up, I decided to move the 2x2 over to the main room and see if it helps get the humidity down. And it did. Went from 65% down to 45% the first day now it goes back and forth between 45% and 50%. Way better then 58% and 66% if you ask me. I also opened the tent up so that it can get a bit of the extra light from my other lights. Especially as one of the buds is up past the light. Lol been a interesting grow so far thats for sure. I guess I didn’t take pics for a full month! These pics were taken July 28th, 4 weeks after the last photos. Fed rainwater once every other day and used 1 tsp/gal recharge once a week with a small amount of liquid seaweed.

Obvesvacion por Maceta. Maceta 1: Mucha altura y poca expancion laterales, los cobollos se ven con ojitas muy chicas y definidas, no son tan gordos y comprimidos. Satisfecho. 😃 Maceta 2: Creo que tuvo un desarrollo como espere, con cobollos lindos por el medio y una punta imponente, ¿puede que podia ser mejor? no lo se. MUY satisfecho. 😄 Maceta 3: Fue Historia. Maceta 4: Petiza, con su unica punta que es igual al cobollo a mediana altura de la maceta 2, puede que haya sido el sustrato ya que tanto la maceta 3 como esta 4 crecieron de igual manera, poco desarroyo, mismos cuidados que las demas. Por ovias razones la regaba menos ya que no consumia tanto y deje de darle productos ya que no lo veia necesario. Decepcionado. 😑 Ahora voy a Cosechar. 😎

As the Ganja Farmer Seed's TKO is ripening and getting closer to harvest, I'm continuing to lower ppm levels while managing bucket water levels and ph. We're exactly at day 56 of flower (5/5/23) on Cinco de Mayo. The TKO reflects a flowering time of 60-65 days, so no more nutrients at this point. I'll continue to monitor Trichomes through next week (i.e., week 9 of flower). Once I see more amber (approximately 20-25%), I will begin a 2-3 day flush with straight RO water. At that point, she is ready to come down. The last bucket change end of week 7 strictly following GH's recommended dosage. That bucket change out brought an end to the ph swings she was beginning to experience. After the change out, the balance between water consumption, nutrient uptake, and ph is spot on. Specifically, while plant is up taking water, ph and ppm have maintained stability. She's looking and smelling incredible. There is a learning curve with DWC - no lie - but I've enjoyed the experience. She is an aggressive grower and challenging for maintenance. All in all, great genetics.
