Final week of veg. Seems like a lot went on. As you can see, the canopy is virtual all even. The branches that were tied down 3 weeks ago were allowed to let go and reach for the light. In contrast, the taller and much stronger branches now became tied down. This took some work - these branches are thick and sturdy - pulling on them too much I am afraid will detach them from the trunk. That happened to the Gelato. It took a little bit of repositioning the wire garden ties everyday to achieve this. I'm happy to send them into flower like this. Speaking of Gelato. Her soil has been hot from the beginning. She has shown signs of high nitrogen levels and the run off from the pot is never clear. I purposely held off from feeding her nutrients bc of this, until this week. A day after feeding veg nutrients at 50% strength, there was yellow-browning and burning new growth leaf tips. This occurred for about 24 hrs on a few leaves then did not get worse. Next watering cycle will get only cal mag. Of note, the pH of any liquid going into Gelato has been consistently at 6.5. A few notes about the environmental conditions. According to VPD charts, the temperature / relative humidity ratio has not been ideal for vegetation. What would have improved the environment would have been the addition of a humidifier to reach about 60% RH at temps around 65 degrees F. Now, we are on to flower...

Доброго всем дня Сегодня 89 день жизни моей дочки. Ровно 4 недели как перевел на цвет. Рост прекратился в начале этой недели и я решил убрать азот. Но прежде я ее промыл хорошо, вывел все накопившие соли с горшка, и ее корней, думаю мне это удалось. На выходе из горшка вода показала всего 111ppm! Так же на этой недели стали желтеть верхние листья, считаю что это и за недостатка кальция. По этой причине стал добавлять CALiMAGic. Я его всегда использовал когда пользовался линейкой удобрений от General Hydroponics. Вообще в конце я напишу свое мнение о использованных мной удобрений, может кому то будет полезен мой опыт. Forgot to update yesterday but I switched the lights to 12-12 and she’s stretching healthily (4DAYS)! She’s bushed out so much I figured it was the right time to flip as I have the others that had reached my ideal time of 6 weeks! I’ve removed grape ape as she was too small but gave her to a friend to finish so she’s still documented on grow diaires thanks to @godg420 stay tuned for flowers 💐

Hey Farmers , it’s your friendly barn rat BONEY ! Just hanging fire this week . Having a bit of a time with my one purple kush plant that’s located directly in the middle of my tent . That one has been a struggle , keeps looking like a nitrogen deficiency to me . All I’ve been doing is hitting it with a foliage spray of one tbsp of Epsom salts to a gallon of rain water . At the start of the week I watered with rain water with a mixture of cantaloupe and brown sugar that had been previously fermented to a 1:1 ratio .

12/5 They're starting to get taller and develope more leaves. The gorilla zkittlez has some weird markings on its leaves. I don't think it's something I need to worry about because the plant seems healthy but it's worth noting.

Trichomes are turning amber slowly. Had some pH issues which the leaves did not enjoy. Also cut back on the EC - down to 1.3 now. Harvest next week!

After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Clones are very health . Almost time to put into 5 gallon fabric pots for there final growing medium. Should be flipping to flower in about 2 weeks .
