Week 4 Bloom 31/08 - Mass defoliation day, #1 was suffering from the amount of leafs it had, #2 was not as bad, has filled its own structure out nicely and outgrown #1. Flushed and changed water. Upped the liquid potash. Added a tiny bit of CMX due to #2 showing a slight magnesium deficiency. Switched from PSI to cyco silica due to running out of PSI. Humidity and temperatures have been near perfect, 28-38% RH and 20-25 degrees celsius, extra exhaust ventilation helped a lot.

Here we are in what it will be the final week... I am now at day 61 and I'm considering to cut at the end of this current week... in 2 days basically... I recently bought a scope that allows me to check the trichomes and I can see all milky ones, I also posted some videos of it, please guys let me know your thoughts... Beside this buds are hard like rocks and smell still pretty intense and I cannot wait to taste this short but bulky phenotype. I decided to give her few more days, so next week will be chopping her, this mostly cause I watered her last time on Day 61 and now I am basically just waiting for the soil to be dry. I count to put her in the dark for 48 hours at Day 65 and finally chop her at day 67, I cannot wait to update you for the harvesting part. 5th week of flower, the plant has stopped growing and focused on the buds. Both plants look nice, I’m hoping the 3 gallon plant gets fatter before the end though.

Finishing up my first week of my micro sea of green grow in my 2x2 tent. Due to some overwatering that happened on the day I planted the seeds (I usually spray until they come above soil, but this time I used the turkey baster which was a big mistake) I had to dig th out a bit so they didn't suffocate in the dense soil. Because of that, the shells on the seeds didn't have a proper chance to pull off in the soil, so all three had to be removed with tweezers which I believe caused some stunted growth in at least one of the seedlings. Time will tell for the others, but exciting times ahead with these genetics. I saw purple colours in the first set of true fan leaves, so should be a colourful plant in the end!

The big day is here! 😎 Today, March 28th, 104 days (15 weeks) after germination, I have harvested my first indoor photoperiod plant. It has been an incredible challenge, especially managing it in the middle of a winter environment, but the results speak for themselves. 📏 Harvest Data (Wet Weight) -Total Wet Weight: 56.5 grams (15.7g + 40.8g). -Final Height: 40 cm of pure density. -Status: Rock-hard buds and an impressive resin layer. -Dry Estimate: I estimate that after water loss (60-70% less), the final dry weight will be between 14 and 17 grams, given how dense the buds are and the cold conditions we’ve faced. 🌡️ Process Summary -Managing a grow with lows of 12°C for my first indoor photoperiod experience has been difficult. I am aware that a climate control system would have been ideal, but the budget is what it is 😆. Despite the limitations, using lukewarm water for irrigation and controlling the lamp height were vital. This plant has been a great learning experience, and I am sure the next one will be much better, applying everything I’ve discovered during these 15 weeks. Now, on to a slow and controlled dry so the flavor is as spectacular as its look! I want to wrap up this diary by thanking everyone who has joined me during these 15 weeks. Your likes, and comments have been an extra motivation to pull this Critical through despite the cold challenges. It has been an incredible learning journey, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my first indoor photoperiod plant. Week 6........... Getting frosty Edit: on day 41,I already have amber but it's still packing on weight. I don't know what to do at this point.

Lots of growth over the last week. She's doubled in overall size. Hope she'll start flowering very soon. Can't see any pistils yet though. The colas are bulking out and there seems to be plenty of possible bud sites. I'll be keeping a very close eye on her this week and keeping fingers crossed for pistil growth. Little sister is aiming for the stars. She is very tall now in comparison (35cm vs 22cm) and is starting to fill out with foliage.

This plant is getting close to the finish line. She doesn’t have the tightest buds I’ve seen but what she lacks in tightness she makes up with loads of trichomes and a nice sweet skunky smell. I will likely take her down in the next couple days. She has been a pleasure to grow. Zero issues with mould/mildew or bugs! A true winner when it comes to resistance! Cant wait to chop!! Found mold on my plant. Since she is now pretty close to harvest time, this was her last watering and I will now try to dry her out slowly over her Last week. Probably gonna harvest next week if nothing goes wrong from here on out.
