Blue dream extreme has been growing very fast till this morning. She is showing signs of overwatering because she grew roots so fast, and needed more air between tips and basket. This is causing her to be droopy looking. I will pull about a half gallon to gallon of water out here shortly. My other issue is solution looks like it might be a bit strong in nitrogen. Hopefully she will grow into it soon at the rate she is growing. I topped her, and removed first node leaves, and branches. Growing her in a group grow under the Spider Farmer SE5000. Week 8 - 11/05/26 She got a well needed stripping and had her branches readjusted. Improved light penetration, improved airflow. she needs to get some more height on her. 3 more weeks left in veg i think, then she'll be ready.

The harvest of the first medusa F1 hybrid at day 93 after germination. The trichomes were starting to turn amber. I probably could have let her ripen for a bit longer. I am amazed how fat she has gotten, the weight of the flower is too heavy for the branches. Way to go RQS for breeding such a fast growing autoflower. She is already in the drying tent for 5 days now at a temperature of 19 °C with a humidity of around 55-60%. I want a nice and slow drying process to preserve the terpenes and cannabinoïds. This will take about 2 weeks in my opinion, when the branches start to give a clean snapping sound when bending. I will make a harvest blog once the flowers are dried and I have weighed the buds for the yield. This lady only received some LST and a little defoliation throughout the entire grow. I also dont flush the plant at the end since this myth was debunked by a scientific article. A flush is only needed if you overfed the plant. Dr bruce bugbee also confirmed this. The dry tent smells of hay/grass, which is logical because the plant still has a lot of chlorophyll inside. Untill the harvest blog! Check my other Medusa F1's for the progress of the experiment. Week Three (Day 14 to Day 21) Their height is between 12 and 17 inches. Explosive growth in Day 14 through Day 21. Required careful light management. Some are growing approximately 1 inch per day. We put stakes in the containers to support future growth. OG Kush autoflower doesn't like to be topped or fimmed. Autoflowers in general prefer no topping or transplanting. The stakes will allow us to support the plant and side branches. Plants continue on their Feed / Feed / Water regime. During week three they received one feeding of 750 ppm at 6.3 pH and a second feeding of 950 ppm at 6.1 pH. Plants have shown no sign of nutrient burn or stress. The 950 ppm feeding probably could have gone a bit higher like 1050 or 1150. The side branching is excellent. Highly recommend adding side lights to tents as they help develop side branching. It's all about lumens. Middle of the week some cannabis plants began to develop some pistils.

So here we go in week 7 of 12/12. I'm currently having issues with my pH meter, or maybe my tank is just way to high on pH. It shows around 10.0 and that's not good so I truly hope it''s just a fault of the meter. I'm getting delivered new one today so I'm immediately gonna retest everything and give them looooong flush with correct pH and EC. EC shouldn't be too high and girls are very brave so far, I haven't really noticed any signs of nut burns or pH burns. Let's hope it's not gonna go wrong until new meter arrives, Other than that smell is pretty strong, I'd say maybe too strong even for me and I usually don't mind the aroma at all :) Together with new pH meter I'm getting new HPS bulb (the old one has already done 3 grows over 3 years), and dehumidifier, because I have had some issues with mould during my previous grows. I'd say 3 more weeks of feeding and 2 weeks of flush and we should be done. I wish I switched earlier because 2 plants can't really fit there and I accidentally snapped 2 main branches so I definitely want to avoid this next grow. Thanks for checking.

Ok so I'm going too only feed pH water from here on out too force the plants too use up all that's in the soil , I am hoping I can carry them on now for the next 2 weeks like this before they are ripe ,

amazing growth this week from all 3 plants. The peanut butter cookies is recovering from the transplant. Both the auto cheese and auto cinderella jack have both started to show signs of flowering and have bushed out incredibly well. The pbc has had its first top done and has started growing 2 extra nodes. 07/08/2020 - training has been done on all the autos. They have recovered extremely well and seem to not be slowing down. Finally starting to see the type of flowers I have been striving for. After a semi unsuccessful first grow, this has been a huge relief. Both autos are now showing signs of going into flower so I will try to stop LST unless any unruly branches form. The peanut butter cookies has now started to fully recover from the transplant and topping. Will now allow this to flourish and grow as big as it wants as both autos should be done before its too big (hopefully)

FBA2502 Plants 1-6 Week 7 May 11– 17 FLOWER 3 Nutrients : Micro 25 ml Gro 10 ml Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/11 PH 6.56, PPM 1560, temp 69 2ltr each 5/12 PH 6.31, PPM 1120, temp 68 1 ltr each 5/14 PH 6.66, PPM 1280, temp 70 1 ltr each 5/15 PH 6.66, PPM 850, temp 72 1 ltr each 5/11 Defoliation, feed, pics & videos I made 4 gallons, used 3 to water then poured the runoff back into the rest in the bucket. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. Hey everyone :-) We arrived in the last week before the harvest 😍😍😍. I can hardly wait because both are beautiful and smell extremely good 👍😃. Let's start with the weekly overview: Flowering day 56 Both were poured with 1.2 l each and checked for their health. Flowering day 57 Today the tent was cleaned and the humidifier refilled. The trichomes have been checked and are about 80% milky and 20% amber. Flowering day 58 Both were checked, and the technology was checked for functionality. Flowering day 59 Today both were checked and fresh osmosis water was left in the tank. Flowering day 60 Again, both were poured with 1 liter. Flowering day 61 Today was a pure control day. The trichomes are now 30% amber and 70% milky (a few days until harvest). Flowering day 62 Today the whole tent was cleaned. And got the darkroom ready. In the next few days we will go to the darkroom. Of course, there will be a harvest update before the last update. Not a deficiency issue that I can see just the effect of the stunting. Considering harvesting Brandy cutting my losses and freeing light space for the others which we hope will pay off. Get some sleep see how it looks in the morning. 11/27 PM Brandy and the Runtz will be harvested this week as they are just ready to go and I want some of both :) Recharge and bio-bloom for Layla and Maggie just some water and a bit of recharge for Brandy. Week 7 of flower,room is a bit to cold but they are very close to finishing. 👍🏾

I’m adding a timer to my exhaust fan so it won’t be running 24/7 I’ll set it to exhaust the dry room every 3 hours for a half hr. I have my dehumidifier running in there so it’s not going to get above the set level. My only concern is mold, considering I only ever lose a few grams each harvest from mold I figure I should be safe if my humidity stays under 50 from here on. Would have went a lot smoother if everything was done the same day because the humidity would gradually go down on its own while the buds dry out however I have been adding plants as they finish causing timing to be off. Would have liked to just check them every few days. Now I’ll have to check them daily knowing some will be dry before others. Bright side is that gives me a break from trimming. It’s only me trimming so it’s going to take me a while. Roughly 25 plants each with a few ounces so I hope it’s only around 2000 grams to trim by myself

7 months after planting her from seed the day is finally here. A little earlier than I would of liked due to insects (crickets/grasshoppers eating buds) but she's thereabouts finished. Probably lost 1/3 of buds from the chewing insects but still a big yield and my drying room is full 😊 She survived two rainy season's and some serious wind from a tropical depression back in September. I have kept this grow completely organic so no pesticide or chemical fertilizers used. Apart from heavily amending the soil at the start I mostly fed her crabmeal once a month and seaweed and molasses in most waterings. A few of those waterings were diluted with my urine 😆👌 NPK right!? Why not.. then at the end I added a cultured pro biotic yogurt to the soil 2 days before I harvested. (Tip from a fellow grower @med_in_tropic - thanks bro) Not sure if it made any difference as I cannot compare with another plant but, the plant starting smelling like lemon furniture polish.. like a lemon scent with a fuel undertone. Almost menthol like 🤷‍♂️.. smells amazing. Me and my wife drank tea from the trimming and the citrusy flavour came though into the tea which was nice. Weather wise the temperature is down now to around 16c at night with RH around 50% so the buds should dry much slower than the last harvest so I should get a better flavour profile. Smoke report to follow after she has been in a jar for a week or so.. I did try a bud sample a few weeks back and the taste then was already pleasant so for sure this will be fire... 🔥 Thanks for all the kind comments, this was my first ever grow start to finish. This way i can easily move the pots in and out the tent to weigh them. I also moved the oscilating fan from underneath the canopy to above the canopy. This is because the leaves gets hotter as i increase the light's power output. The Gorilla Kush #2 and the Chemdog #2 are showing some heat stress. Before i watered them i weigh the pots. Dry weight: Chemdog #1: 4.2 kg Chemdog #2: 5.0 kg Added 10L to the reservoir. Opened the reservoir for a couple of minutes. 3-5 Temperature: 26.2 degrees (lights on) 19.9 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 61% (highest) 47% (lowest) No pictures.
