For the most part I’ve been letting this lady go natural, pulling the lateral branches down as the reach the edges of the pot to create two “rings” of even colas. She already smells like gas/chemicals/burnt rubber, and she’s not even partway into flower yet. Ended up stretching vertically so fast I had to adjust my lights due to light stress, she’s the tallest lady in the tent. Major defol already done, waiting for her to get juicy!

Plant is recovering well from defoliation. No pistles yet but looks like beginning of flowers forming. Going to call this first week of flowers. Plant doesn't seem to be getting any taller this is a genetic issue I think. Going to a different breeder next run. I think they are white label genetics which can be hit or miss.

Here we are, ready, after a week of truly fruitful germination we have 20 beautiful plants all marked with the Z of Zamnesia. We have moved on to autoflowering, unlike many growers I have no prejudices about this type of plant, it is true that they are the easiest to make but it is also true that they have improved a lot in terms of flower quality and if once ease meant lower quality now even the most presumptuous old school flower children growers struggle to understand if a flower is autoflowering or a normal photoperiod plant. There are people who claim to recognize it by the flavor but then never succeed, it's funny how it works. I enjoy making them strip their heads with these magnificent new autoflowering. This one in particular is not brand new but it has always kept up with the times and has the strength of the name and the stability of the historic strains of Zamnesia this is nothing universal strains this is one of the spearheads of the house: Sticky Beast autoflowering. It's really a great plant already grown in the past by me and some of my friends have always loved it like crazy. Week 5, now we are talking, she is stretching and the roots are growing at a really nice rate. Feeding is almost at the recommended max without her showing signs of overfeeding, I always increase and try to push the plant but you need to go slow, step by step and see how she reacts, always give her 48 hours to see how she copes with the new dose, If she looks healthy stick to dose for the week and increase the following. A good trick to see if you plant wants more of less fertilizer is reading the ppm and check when the res level is lower after 3 days or so, if the ppm rises but the water level doesn't go down quick she has to much feeding. If the PPM stay the same or drop with quick water intake means she takes it in very happy and maybe can take more. Will continue to rise the dose till we reach the recommended max of 2.5ml/l, might play with the ratio later on.

So technically we are at week 8 but!! I messed up and added an extra germination week. Trio are looking great! One has been flowering for the last two weeks, the other two have just started their preflower so so I switched the Nutrients up to Sensi Bloom A&B also added big bud and fish shit to their flowering feed water. Ive been heavy on the defoliation on the larger two, to increase light penetration to the LST bud sites. As youll see in the video , ive been experimenting with the 90° LST clips and found they work amazingly!! However, the ends do snap as your plants grow, so they as seeming like a one time use for this brand at least.

This time with fancy F1 Hybrid seeds! Thanks to Zamnesia for giving me the opportunity to try these luxurious seeds! Zamnesia's Do-Si-Dos from last grow still makes me happy every day! I’m so excited for the coming weeks and i hope that 4 plants aren’t to much for my little tent. My last autoflowers were not very successful, but I’ve learned from them. For the next few weeks I’ll start with only water (pH around 6.4) and introduce fertiliser very slowly. This time I’m using BioBizz-Products (incl. BioBizz-LightMix) because LightMix is good for autoflowers and I didn't have to buy anything new. I’m not completely sure if defoliation is a good idea, bud maybe I’ve to do it because of the small space. ----- Germination ----- 4 Peat Pellets with 26ml water each. Every 12 hours I’ll spray them with water. Had them in darkness for the first 24 hours. After 72 hours (01/26) 3 out of 4 seeds came to life. After 96 hours (01/27) all 4 seeds were successful and I transferred them to there new BioBizz LightMix home. On day 5 I gave each plant 250ml ph-controlled water. ----- Preparations ----- A few days before starting I’ve dismantled my grow box to give it a deep cleaning. Step 1: cleaning with soap water Step 2: disinfection spray and let it dry With this method I’ve cleaned everything involved. My grow bags (13L - 3 gal) went into the washing machine with disinfectant detergent. Overall this was an excellent grow. I was not prepared for the huge growth and yield from the high frequency fertigation growing in coco, and the genetics of the Blue Dream'Matic. I should have defoliated it a bit more earlier on, just due to how vigorous the growth was. But I will not complain with 200g dried bud from 3sqft of tent under a HLG100 light. Hats off to Fastbuds for the great genetics. I really feel like my growing came together at a new level this time, and I am excited to experiment with even more improvements next grow! Let's be honest. These should have gone to flower months ago. Nevertheless, they look amazing, and they're going to flower this week. Plants have to move around so much that SCROG isn't really practical, and headspace is such an issue that these girls need to be tied down for a few weeks, hence the tomato cage/chicken wire solution. Stripped 'em up, flipping to 12/12 light schedule in a day or two.

No nutes yet, just 2 full waterings (plain water ph'd 6.5) but she'll get her first feeding within the next few days. She's growing strong! A bit of LST on her side branches.
