AMS Pineapple express auto has been growing great. It is my first dwc grow. My light is at 60 percent, and have slowly increasing the strength. Expected to be at 100 percent by next weekend and will be doing a reservoir change then as well with stronger nutrition. Roots are spreading out well. Will likely do some training in a few days. Crazy week with work and the girls. Day 37 and flowers are foaming nicely. Did give her a haircut and the leafs I removed were nice and green and healthy. After a few years of using Canna I can say its has grown on me as one of my favorite nutrient companies. Did have a mess this week with the pump kicking on by accident and pumping the girls with 3 gallons of nutrient water. No worries as the girls recover fast. When I grow autos or photo periods I give Cannas PK 13/14 from about 35-55. Then no more after that. The results at the end speak for themselves.

Let’s go!!! Today is day 52 from seed , and we are officially in bloom stage😍!!! Not much of a change for this bloom schedule, everything will stay the same but instead of 3 tsps of grow and 1 tsp of bloom , we just turn that around to 3tsp of Bloom and 1 tsp of veg an we are good to go!!! Transplante realizado con la incorporación de micorrizas de la marca micoroot además de rizothonic de canna, esperando el enraizamiento completo del recipiente para transplantar a maceta de 20l. The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. The grow went well considering the circumstances. 3 grows horizontally until flower and needs support for the branches as the buds got so big. 2 was easier to manage it didnt need much support. Theres no waste from this strain, barely any trim and the trim there is is smokable it's so covered in frost. My meter got out of wack in late flower and I ended up giving a heavy feed which burnt the tips of the buds.

So, I believe the plant has russet mites. I found some eggs in another grow room. It would explain how the colas are forming. I have had russet mites a long time ago. I have not found them on this plant or any in the room. With being super tiny thus may be the reason. All I can do is rinse her off good. I don't prefer to smoke or ingest any chemicals. I will likely do the smoke report and grind the rest up for infusing. The mites would explain a lot of why it is growing strangely. I treated the walls with neem oil. Once the room is clear I will treat and clean everything good. This week I defoliated. Waited three weeks into flowering, to not stress them like I did last grow. She is rewarding me with some fat bud growth at many sites. I overwatered beginning of this week, but hey seemed to have taken it well. I did another amendment. The first one last week was a test, to see how they responded, they took it well. Just compare last week to this one. The amendment I did: - 5 liters of worm castings - 2 cups bonemeal - 1 cup wood ash - 1 cup microlife I layered this on top of my pots, covering this with bio-coco (pre fertilized) to ward of gnats. The gnats have been getting less and less. They don't like the coco that much, while humidity is just the same and last week higher since I did some more watering. I watered with the perma tea. While this is pretty acidic (PH 5), I can amend with more wood-ash, if you don't and follow this recipe, don't do too much wood-ash since it will kill off your micro organisms. I lowered the light diagonally since the outer right plant is longer and closer to it. The SP 3000 is still performing as you can see. Temps were a bit higher with the lights so low, so far the Orange Hill Special doesn't seem to mind. Im totally amazed with the results so far. The generous use of fertiliser in the last few weeks has done wonders for these plants. 🌱🔥 We’re now entering a stage where I’m quite happy for them to start using up the nutrients stored in their remaining leaves. I won’t stop adding fertiliser just yet, but I’ll reduce it to once a week. Since they’ve already progressed quite far, I’m not too worried about signs of deficiencies at this stage — it’s all part of the natural fade. Day 2 from week 9 Flower and they are almost ready, i gave the one last watering yesterday and it was the last one for this round 😅 they all look amazingly beautiful, each in her peculiar way ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Over all it was an easy growing grow, loads of training, defoliating etc but wen we want to have a full sea of green it requires love and dedication or it becomes a jungle with no mean, low production and a place were problems start to appear, and we want to avoid problems not deal with them 😅 by all means wen they appear we must deal and take the knowledge and learnings out off them, so that in the future we are able to prevent getting in the same situations 😅😉😆❤️ Day 62 and they are in dark mode for 20 hours now, keeping my night VPD around 1.26Kpa this means the temperatures are 81 and the humidity is at 52% , they will stay like this for one more day and them i will harvest.
