Hello. This is the end of week 1 and the start of week 2 of flowering. Man... These plants are taking off now. The roots have reached the the edges of the pots and they are ready to flower. Hope they don't stretch to much more. It was warm in there last week, with 1 day up to 33*c and 2 days at 31*c.. It's not overly smelly in here. But I have to rub up against the leaves to close the tent and open it each day. I can still smell it on my shirt hours later. If I rub my chest the t-shirt smell great... It's a Gelato type of smell. So I'm hoping for something really tasty when it's cured. OK. Be Cool. Chuck.

Good harvest but a shame the buds were not denser

Day 1 Today is the first day of flower here we go doing a water changer in 2 or 3 days will set it to 900 or so can't wait to see the first buds on my girls a lot of love in this grow Day 2 Ppm at 450 now time to change out tomorrow Day 3 have a five gallon bucket at 1500 PPM to add back during this week is the reservoir gets low. ppm's are at 1150 with a fresh change of all the water we'll see how she's doing tomorrow Day 4 had a major disaster last night went in to check everything and have an inch of water inside of the tentnot too much water drain from the pots that the roots got dry but it did sprung a leak when I change the water out I filled the buckets too high so my sealed job broke had to think on my feet put the 4 plants into DiY dwc buckets I built with their bubble inside no way of maintaining the temperature in there going to have to get some kind of a new epoxy and hopefully have the system up and running tomorrow. Day 5 all is well with the grow again completely cleaned out the system and all the buckets put the new epoxy on there and everything is leak free did another exchange what the plants back to their original pots with a slight adjustment to the placement I hope the stress of moving the girls is not going to affect my yields too much it is only day five of flower hopefully everything's smooth sailing from here on out P.s had to add the 5-gallon of 1500 PPM nute solution to the reservoir to get everything at the proper level along with some extra Cal mag and a small amount of the other nutes the PPM in the system is now at 740 Day 6 happy to say not much to report lol everything looks good 🙂 Day 7 week over

Day 1 - 03/31/2022 Hello, World! 34th Street AK-47 Autoflower from OCS.ca germinated in 1 day after placing seeds in the freezer over night before planting. This was my 3rd attempt and the freezing method seemed to have done the trick! Sprouted on day 4. I placed the seed in the Aerogarden sponge pod and didn’t press it down too much. When the tap root started, it had nothing to grip onto, so I solved this by cutting a small portion of another sponge and placed it above the seed securing it in place with a loose “lid” on top so the sprout could easily push through. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 3 - 04/02/2022 Hygrometer is in. Was drier than a popcorns fart in the closet so I got the humidifier going and it’s looking good. Went from 22% to 38% humidity in ~1 hour. pH, water temp and EC/PPM all seemed high so I added ~0.5 mL of pH Down that brought the levels to 5.4 (too low). I added ~2 cups of Brita filtered water (water was getting low anyway) before I went to bed from the fridge that helped raise the pH, lower the EC/PPM, and the temp by a few degrees as well. In an attempt to cool the water down a bit over night, I took the “cap” off of the Aerogarden reservoir to let the water ‘breath’ while the light was off between 2 am and 6 am – that did not work... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 4 - 04/03/2022 Water temp remains high at around 28 c. I replaced about 1/3 of the tank with new water and added ~1ml of Miracle Grow. Didn't effect the water temp at all. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 6 - 04/05/2022 Levels appear the same. Tomorrow I’ll change the water out and start adding FloraMicro, FloraGrow and FloraBloom with some CaliMagic. Might pick up some Root inoculate of sorts or at least some preventative root rot formula – better safe than sorry. I’ll have to start seriously taking care of the water temp as well. Having it always around the 30 degree mark is not good. On a side note, I inadvertently found a great way to bump up humidity and air temp quickly: add boiling/hot water to the humidifier. My humidifier ran out of water over night while I was asleep. At 6:30 am I was lucky enough to notice since the humidifier rattles when empty. Humidity was down to 38% at that point. I went back to bed, woke up at 8:30 and it was down to 28%. As luck would have it, there was some left over boiling water on the stove in a kettle and I needed something easy to pour with. I checked back 30 minutes later and the air humidity/temp was up to 60% / 30 C respectively. Perfect conditions for our little lady to get big and strong. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 7 - 04/06/2022 First water exchange went smoothly. This was also the first time I added nutrients other than the NutriGrow formula. I mixed everything together in 16 cups of water. NOTE TO SELF: 16 cups is not enough for 1.1 gallons! I had to add another 5 cups of water/nutrients to get the water volume right. I added a bit of NutriGrow only in the last 5 cups with ~1mL of pH down (didn’t measure; kept applying in small doses until pH was around 6). Plants have recovered nice from their toppings.

So everything took off in flower, I was super harsh with the defoliating which initially I regretted, but was surprised with how they packed out during the following weeks. In general it's impressive how hardy these plants are. Even the outdoor grows yielded some quality. Add some more nuets (overdrive and carbo load), before flushing about 14 days before harvest, next time I'll do this earlier and really the Runtz could have gone another week but my drying needs to happen in the same space as my growing for now. Apologies for the quality of image, I'm just using my phone and some bits I have to document, I collect records too, so expect weird noises lol. Build a rotating plat from a lazt susan I found, has been the best piece of kit added this season.

Lil youngin on their way home should be home for 4/20 along with 2 of their mother...as for the breeding project pollination is a success also been harvesting pollen(feminized) for later use Mothers are growing well jus to continue cut and set aiming for about 1000 already cut 3 and got 100...happy growing

Week 10 – Day 71 Flower Day 43 ⚠️ Mimosa Evo – Hermie Alert! Unfortunately, some bad news last week: I found a few bananas (nanners) on one of Mimosa Evo’s main colas – a couple were already open 😬 🔍 I immediately removed the affected buds and checked the entire plant thoroughly. So far, only that one cola was affected – nothing new has popped up yet ✅ If you spot anything suspicious in the pictures: feel free to shout! 😅 🤷‍♂️ Cause remains unclear – could be light stress, or maybe just genetics. Still around 2 weeks to go, so I’m keeping a close eye and hoping for the best. 🌿 Current status – Mimosa Evo She still looks stable and healthy overall 🌱 ✅ No new nanners found since the cleanup 🌼 Buds are developing, but noticeably less swollen compared to White Widow I suspect the hermie stress might have diverted energy away from flower production or impacted development.

All plants are developing well. It wasn't actually intended to grow three plants. But after the first two seeds didn't germinate, I doubted myself and sowed all the other seeds. Now I have three plants in a tent that is far too small. Even though the Bruce Banner is an auto, it doesn't really fit into the grow. Without topping, I won't get very far with this one... Everything is rather suboptimal, so I may have to give up one of the plants.

Progressing nicely. Topped on day 30. LST to shape her for flower tent. Plan to be pretty aggressive with the LST, first time I’ve bent the main stem. Video/photos taken 35 days after breaking soil.

The CMH grow light has been set to 300w power and hung 120cm above the seedlings. The room is humidified to keep the humidity over 50%. A small fan is mixing the air to avoid any hot pockets from developing, plus the air movement is keeping the rockwool cool through evaporation. The extractor fan is running to get rid of excess hot air in the tent. Babies are growing fast. 😄

Hey everyone ☺️. It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍👍. I have them all this week Sprayed again properly with neem oil in the veggie phase ☺️. There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better 😀. Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that 😝. I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days 👌. it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant. The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated. Clock changed to 12h and scrog installed yesterday. Light adjusted to 45 LUX One plant needs more nutes than the rest but as I have a main rez I need the same formula for all so either I underfeed one or overfeed the rest.
