This week was a bit worrying as she was having issues with high run off again. I had to make the decision to begin flushing her with just ph water. Day 61 ppm 429 run off 580! Day 63 ppm 329 run off 730!!! I was panicking at this stage but I didn’t wanna be too drastic and put her into shock, sounds like she got nutrient lock out. but I had faith this hulkberry girl will still produce great tasting buds. She smells delightful. The colas are rock solid. I’m surprised I haven’t had to stake her up. I think because the stem is huge so it supports the weight better. Day 65 end of week 9. Ppm 332 run off 272 (phew) that’s better. The buds are packing out daily. I cannot wait to cure her off and enjoy her in edibles. Nom nom. trying to pack up smoking very soon so I times that perfect.

After the 9th week of flower she came to get dried for 12 days then trimmed and placed in jars for the cure. Now here we are on day 55 of the cure. I must say this stuff is oh so sticky! It's absolutely covered in resin head to toe. When I smell the jar it smells extremely appealing. Taking after her parent Afghani her nose has a kushy gassy smell that makes you want to keep your nose right in that jar. After throwing some in my grinder I roll her up into a raw paper and light her up! On the inhale it's sweet like sugar then on the exhaul she's still sweet but with hints of gas. The effects are almost immediate. You can feel it in your face and eyes then slowly works down to the body to bring a heavy indica stone. This stuff is very strong and I usually use it for evening use. I can see this being highly medicinal for people suffering from insomnia and pain. Let me say one more thing. End of Week 12 (Fifth week of flower) The ladies are smelling reDANKulous and are so frosty and sticky I can't remove fan leaves without getting my hands sticky. Next level terpene profiles. I did a final increase in CO2 to 1500ppm. The main top-sites are taking shape. I have been keeping a cooler average temperature - and also keeping the relative humidity lower. Pest Report: None

I'm happy with the wet weight given it was 2 plants 11 inches in height when I started, the smells the colors the yield this was an easy and beautiful process

Flipped to 12/12 at day 43. Raised light-intensity from 60 to 90 %. Now +70% of the net is filled and i can see potential to make it an evenly shaped bowl full of fruits:-) The deep, dark colour has turned to a juicy green, shoots everywhere....... everything fine but two little things: 1) run-off-pH is a bit high...... 6.6-6.9. will feed rather acidic next time.... 2) Main Colas get a bit tall..... will supercrop them as soon, as the rest of the cannopy is organzied to a clean scrog. Nutritionwise i lowered N, raised K and gave an extra P-shot (0,05 g/L BLOSSOM-BOOST) on days 43 and 44. Day 45 fed pH 5.8 - readings immediatly dropped to 6.3 to 6.5 👍 Vigorous stretch.....!!! Mounted some more hooks to get the scrog even - works perfectly now! +80% of the net is filled......and the colas in the corner almost make plants of their own - i will supercrop them, as soon as they don't stretch any more. Day 46 fed pH 6.1 today..... readings still good (average 6.4) took out some more leafs today, to give a little more light to young shoots. Smell is getting stronger, but no visible signs of flowering yet. Day 47 Defoliated and arranged - expect to have a proper bowl-shape within a week. Will crank up the lights to 100% tomorrow. ....plus it's time to change the watering-plan. I will feed 10% of the Potsize every third day.

Smoke some of it already before I could get a scale so it’s probably bout an ounce or two.. but overall first time trying it gave me more of an head high than anything then later I smoke some other buds it’s more of an relaxing feel. But overall it’s get me high I believe I could’ve let the trichomes get a tad more cloudy but again I’m satisfied with I gotten and on to the next grow.

Entering the final stage of this run.. in other words, late flowering. Just giving 1600ml of RO water enriched with Ca and Mg. Guess I will feed a last time with Enhancer and Green Power tomorrow.

Day 36 I guess I can call it bloom. Nice strong pistils shooting all over. She is the tallest so far making me raise my lights a little more. Day 38 Now Californian Snow is the tallest :) Ztrawberry stopped at a perfect height, it looks like she's gonna develop into a beautiful lady. Fat white pistils all over 😻 Day 39 Happy girl got 2500ml cm bg bb bh 6.3ph ~1EC She is perfect, symmetrical, stopped stretching at about 50cm, flowers are mostly leveled, branches are strong, leaves point up unless I water. I think she's also turning purple. Beaut 😻 Day 42 I think I saw some burnt tips but she still looks super happy and healthy. The most vigorous plant I've had.

Today was Harvest, Wet-Trim & Hang, we'll have to wait a bit more for dry-weights, flavours & effects. We were given a couple of clones from a family friend to try our hand at a straight, 8-Week Flowering. With both plants in the tent, we were able to really cut out teeth & watch as each plant responded differently. What was instantly surprising during the initial harvest was the drastic difference in overall yield. I'm sure we over trimmed, early on & as a result, Northern Lights came in looking thinner, taller & by comparison, OGPK came in looking a bit shorter, stout, thicker, heavier & much fuller. At the scales, Northern Lights comes in at 106.56 grams (wet), OGPK 76.4 grams (wet). So, that big buffy, thick look certainly didn't tell the tale. We'll have more in a few weeks once we get dry, trimmed weights & hopefully we'll have some flavours & effects to report!

Cultivators who invest time in understanding and implementing these techniques stand to benefit significantly from their marijuana crops.

This Strain stood strong even though I threw a lot of stress at her with moving into a new box and changing lights. 2/3 hermed a bit but it looks like there are only a few seeds produced. Very happy about the harvest when looking back at her come up.
