After the first few days of germination, when it was time to fertilize our Fruit Punch Automatic plants started off strong. In this diary you will find the plant worked with the first topping that led to the formation of our mainfold thanks to the cleaning of everything else and we will continue with the mainlining technique. The other one you will find in the other diary left to grow free like a wild plant. Comparison is the salt of experience. We have started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhiza Mix (4 mixes, 1 under the small fiber pot). We are administering // 1 ml/l of Power Roots - 2 ml/Alga Grow I have doubts about the compatibility of Pure Zym with mycorrhizae. Hello and welcome to week three for Enigma. Day 15: She is a bit sad today. I dropped her yesterday she took quite a jolt, and I think I overwatered her, so I upended her and waited until some drips came out, and then stuck a straw down to the bottom of the pot and blew air into the medium. She became a little less droopy within an hour of that, I am keeping an eye on her. It is going to be really hard to manage feeding her without over-watering her. I have certainly set myself a real challenge with this pot. Day 16: Enigma is hungry but over hydrated. The only thing I can think to try is making a special extra-strong nutes just for her. Day 18: Starting to find the balance of moisture. This is not easy at all. Day 19: Decent bit of growth today. Overall this lady is showing strong signs of being severely restricted by the pot size. No training at all intended, let's just see what happens. Day 20.5: She's perked up quite a bit since the photo. My extra strong nute regime seems to be paying off. She is maintaining a narrow form I am starting to wonder if roots act a bit like a cats whiskers? A cat's whiskers grow to the width of the cat's widest part... and they use them to know if they will fit through something. In observing these various cannabis plants, I am beginning to notice a correlation between plant width and pot width. This is bolstered by the evidence of transplanted plants rapidly stretching in width when introduced to a much wider pot. If my working theory has any basis in reality then an optimal pot would be short and fat rather than tall and narrow. I am probably going to test this theory with some clones. A second note of interest pertains to the quick shockingly rapid growth of both Misty and Nesia. These plants are even way ahead of where Citronella was, and I have been consistently delighted with Her Majesty. Is it simply starting them in bigger pots from seed? That has some impact I'm sure. Nevertheless I feel not enough impact to explain the massive difference. I think it's the nutes. Time for an admission, I have been being very lazy with the fertigation. I mix up 10l of nutes based on the stated dosages for the eldest plant (Karen)....and then I feed all of the plants with this even the ones that are much younger. So both Misty and Nesia got nutes for a plant in week 4 from seed and each week they increased. Could it be that the key to organic nutes in coco is to massively over-nute? Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Day 21: Weekly summary: some problems early this week but corrected and she's much happier today.

Well that was a special day, it always make me sad in a way, but this time, I enjoyed the moment a lot. As I wrote in a reply to a comment, things can always be better, and they are with good decisions at the right time. This is the middle plant, not planned for this cycle but one of the 3 Tropicana didn't germinate so I took the Gorrilla Girl I had left from the last cycle, and I'm quite thankful for that! It's so nice to have these geneti contrasts, colors, aromas, shapes. Many thanks for all the help you gave, precious. 19/04/2024 lower popcorn buds seems dried already! But still branches don't crack on bends. Will check again on Monday.

🌸 Week 5 – Pink Rosay Auto (Pheno B) Compact by Nature, Beautiful by Choice Every grow tells a different story. Although this Pink Rosay shares exactly the same genetics, soil, environment, lighting, feeding schedule, and growing technique as her sister, she has chosen a completely different path. That is one of the most fascinating aspects of growing from seed: every phenotype expresses its own personality. Just like the rest of this project, she began life under a strict 12/12 light schedule from the very first day. No vegetative period, no transplant delays, and no opportunity to build weeks of structural growth before flowering. Every decision she has made has happened under flowering conditions, making her development a true reflection of her own genetic expression. Unlike her taller sister, this little lady has remained incredibly compact from the very beginning. Rather than investing her energy into vertical growth, she has concentrated on building a thick central structure with tight internodal spacing and a dense canopy that looks incredibly healthy. Sometimes bigger simply isn’t the goal. ⸻ 🌱 Plant Development During the past week she has fully committed herself to flowering. The stretch has been very modest, reaching only around 50 cm, yet every internode is now producing healthy clusters of fresh white pistils. Bud sites are appearing from top to bottom, and despite her small stature, there are far more flowering points than first impressions might suggest. Her structure reminds me of a classic compact indica expression—short, sturdy and incredibly efficient. One thing I enjoy seeing is how uniform the canopy remains. Instead of one dominant leader racing ahead, most of the branches have stayed within a comfortable working height, creating a very balanced plant that should be easy to manage throughout bloom. She may never become the tallest plant in the room, but she certainly doesn’t look like she intends to waste any energy. ⸻ 🌿 Environment & Growing Conditions The environment remained exactly the same as for the rest of the Project Blue Tent. * 12/12 light cycle from seed * Future of Grow Black Series LED providing approximately 850 PPFD * Mammoth Pro tent with excellent airflow * Temperature around 31°C during lights on * Relative humidity averaging 72% * CO₂ around 639 ppm These warm conditions have encouraged extremely rapid flower initiation across the entire room, and this Pink Rosay is no exception. Even though her stretch has been minimal, she has transitioned into flower without hesitation. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Program Like the other hand-watered plants in this project, she is growing in Plagron Lightmix inside a 15 L container and is not connected to the AutoPot system. She received approximately 0.9 litres of nutrient solution per watering, allowing complete control over moisture levels while encouraging strong root development. This week’s feeding consisted of: • Terra Grow – 1.8 ml/L • Terra Bloom – 1.9 ml/L • Pure Zym – 1 ml/L • Power Roots – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Power Buds – 1 ml/L The nutrient balance has kept the foliage beautifully green, healthy and vibrant. Leaf colour remains deep without showing signs of nutrient excess, while new flowering growth continues to appear every day. ⸻ 🌸 Phenotype Notes This phenotype perfectly demonstrates why I enjoy growing multiple plants of the same variety. If someone only grew this Pink Rosay, they might assume the strain is naturally compact. If they only grew Pheno A, they might believe it stretches aggressively. Neither conclusion would be completely accurate. They’re simply expressing different combinations of the same genetic potential. That’s one of the reasons I always enjoy documenting every individual plant rather than judging a strain based on a single example. Every phenotype has something unique to teach us. At the moment, this little lady seems determined to trade size for efficiency, and honestly, I’m perfectly happy to let her do exactly that. ⸻ 🔍 Looking Ahead The coming weeks should reveal her true potential. Now that flowering has fully begun, I expect most of her remaining energy to shift away from vertical growth and into building flower mass. Her tight internodal spacing could become a real advantage later on, producing dense, well-stacked colas with very little wasted stem. I’ll continue following the Plagron feeding schedule, monitor her closely, and only make adjustments if she tells me she needs them. Sometimes the smallest plants surprise us the most once harvest day finally arrives. ⸻ 💭 Final Thoughts This week reminded me that successful growing isn’t about forcing every plant to fit the same mould. Some plants stretch. Some stay compact. Some become giants. Others remain small but reward us with exceptional quality. So far, this Pink Rosay has shown excellent health, beautiful leaf colour, vigorous flower development and a calm, balanced growth pattern. She may not dominate the room in size, but she certainly deserves her place in this project. I’m genuinely excited to see what this compact little phenotype has been quietly preparing behind all those healthy green leaves. Enjoyed growing these two plants. they responded well with lst & I defoliated them a lot along the grow. One of them did bulked more than the other, but I’m happy with the end result 💪🌱

Que variedad , me encantó cultivarla , sacaron unas flores bien resinosas y alucinantes. Las flores aparte son muy pegajosas. a sido una genética con la que disfruté bastante, fue muy fácil cultivarla. Y a la vez es medio resistente, teniendo trips desde la 4/5 semana incontrolable salieron bastante bien. Huston I think we have an issue.. So the temp in the tent has been getting up to 90% for 4 consecutive days as well as the humidity has risen to 77. I know that it is from my room conditions now that I am running 3 lights in the room and it is causing the overall room temperature to rise. I have ordered a portable AC unit for my grow room and it will be here next Thursday so I can only hold on. Heavy defoliation commenced to try and bring the humidity and temp down as best that I can. The Maui Wowi hermied on me under the heat stress.. but it is too big to let it go so I am plucking Balls daily from anything I see. Also I had to chop the Blue cheese down it was dying from lack of light because you guessed it the Maui Wowi has stolen the show and light.

Of the 5 seeds i harvested 44grams avg. Keep in mind the pest condition and some ripped by snails. In all a satesfying grow.

Hi Growmies, She is becoming a monster. This plant is only 18 cm tall and basically consists of stems an buds, by now she has overtaken her mother in terms of bud production, quality and bud volume. I like to believe that the one feeding of pk 13/14 stimulated it even more. As of now the feeding will get less end less, preparing her for ripening. I am a super proud of this little project and it’s outcome and looking forward to cut this beauty down in roughly 3 weeks. Not much more to do but wait.

October 28, 2021 Doing my weekly diary updates a couple days early this week. This weekend I'm doing some work on the basement to finally finish the last of the construction projects for the Dude Cave!!! Once finished, I have a new 2x3 tent and a Viparspectra XS2000 (240w LED) that will be set up next week. Then I'll run the 2x3 for veg/autos and the 2x4 for photos. As for the plants... The Quick Critical is cranking! That girl is on a growing spree and I have no intention of doing anything to slow her down. The Critical Sour is a week behind, but looking much better than the sister seed that never really did anything after breaking the soil. I'd like to see the Critical Sour hit a growth spurt like the Quick Critical in the upcoming week 🙏 The CBD Medi Kush finally started pushing out a node and some serrated leaves. Its really funky looking right now, almost like its revegging. It will be interesting to see if she hits a growth spurt this week too. With the Dr Bruce Banner I think the seeds are just too old, neither of two seeds popped. I did decide to try to plant one more seed, but a different 1:1 strain. I planted a CBD Lemon Aid, also from Original Sensible Seeds. Hopefully this one will pop, but these seeds are the same age as the Dr B Banner seeds and have been stored the same way (dark space, room temperature, silica humidity pack in the box). If the CBD Lemon Aid doesn't pop, I'm just going to pull out that pot and see what the other 3 do. Cya next week!
