Flipped these girls to flower on day 26. Most of them have been looking good and growing pretty fast. I topped off the reservoir and added a little maxibloom. All 8 plants are drinking a total of about 2 gallons of water per day now. I kinda slacked on training them this week, but I will try to get them spread out some over the next week. I have been pulling a few fan leaves from the bottom so they can get good air circulation.

Grow Diary Update: Week 5 - Pre-Flowering and LST Evaluation Entering Pre-Flowering Stage At the end of last week, the first pistils appeared, marking the beginning of the pre-flowering stage for my plants 🙌 There's much to manage now. To support optimal stretching, I've adjusted the nutrients following 2/3 of the Terra Aquatica feeding schedule: CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.33 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 1.33 ml/l The nutrient solution now has an EC of 1.3 mS/cm (638 ppm PPM-500/TDS) with a pH of 6.1. These adjustments aim to promote vigorous growth and prepare the plants for flowering. Weather and Growth With significant weather improvements, my plants are thriving at full speed. Every centimeter gained now counts towards maximizing the final yield, turning around from the challenging weeks prior. Pest Management I'm fortunate not to have encountered pests like spider mites, aphids, or thrips. However, the persistent snail issue remains. Nightly patrols with a flashlight have been effective, and placing old lettuce leaves away from the plants has helped trap and remove snails, ensuring the plants remain undisturbed. LST Experiment Results The two plants I trained with LST have responded admirably, showing healthy adaptation to the bending and vigorous growth. Yet, I'm at a crossroads regarding the upcoming stretch phase: should I continue to tie down branches to maintain an even canopy or allow natural upward growth to potentially boost vertical yield? This girl was a treat to grow. A little scary when I first broke her branch but she recovered well. She is pungent and quick to stink up a room. Covered in trichomes. I have sifted her trim for kief and it was very flavorful through my vaporizer. She is a couple rh% points away from curing. Can't wait until I get to really smoke/vape and enjoy her. She was so delightful that I decided to do a really slow dry and cure. All is well :)

*****Week 17 growth – March 27 to Apr 2, 2021 – Week 8 flower ****** We are in the first full week of flush now. Color change time and more swelling😃👍 GDP x GSC should have some purple in her......there certainly is in both. I have missed CL1 though, due to my actions. Pushing the nutes and lights is showing signs this week and both are fox tailing now. CL2 is holding it together though better than CL1........she said F you and shot her tips way up. Tails coming up the side of the bud as well, not excessive but they are prominent. They feel dense, yeah I squished a couple😏, so they should still have a good finish. CL2 is the looker right now and will have more dense buds I suspect but CL1 is showing that she can make some chunky LARGE buds if given what she wants.......without excess🙂 Frost levels on both girls is very high and looking sparkly😎 Aromas have been coming out more now and I pick up sweet and kind of floral......F I don’t know fully on these ones right now but it’s freaking good......smells like good weed!!! Running these both again I think. I was going to let CL1 go but color isn’t everything....CL1 should have fatter buds and I think she deserves another chance👍 CL2 is a given she will be run another time as well🔥❄️ 🔥❄️🔥❄️🔥 The girls are drinking well with being watered almost everyday. Moving into the phase of letting the pots dry right out before adding more water to ensure they are finishing all the nutrients in the media. Again, really just keeping them watered when they want it and taking pictures at this point😎 Little more detail….. Mar 27/21, Day 50 - 4L plain water at 6.0pH - Mar 28/21, Day 51 - 4L watering today with RO water. - 30ppm and 6.1pH Mar 29/21, Day 52 - cold in the tent today so turned the heater back on to brin up to 77 degrees. It was holding at 74, a little low. - nothing watered. Mar 30/21, Day 53 - 4L watering with tap water at 5.8pH - Mar 31/21, Day 54 - watered late in the day with only 3L of RO water - 25ppm and 6.1 pH Apr 1/21, Day 55 - dry out day Apr 2/21, Day 56 - light power reduced again and down to 300 watts. - plain water with tap. - 3L each 280ppm and 6.1pH Through week 8 and going into 9 now. Still some nutrient to keep working on in the leaves......give them a little more time💪

12/20 Week 13 The grow ends this week Blondie is finishing off in flush for her last days. Nice LSD-25 plant recovered and produced 12/23 Blondie harvest tomorrow due to weather its cold but humidity low 12/24 Harvest day and the end of the grow, thanks all for following along hope something helped someone.

Leaves turned yellow so we took her away from direct sunlight. She has not been watered for 3 days and the yellow spots seem to be going away. We are still not sure about keeping her on the shadow or taking her back to direct sunlight.

A really good plant. Gave a okay yield. 60g dry all covered in resin! Smells really funky little citrus but also very 🧀

pre-flowering they still seem very loaded with nutrients in fact one has burnt tips so I am watering abundantly with only demineralized water when they drain they start to feed them. I removed all the supports, we wait for the flowers 😂

Added a second scrog net for the taller plants last Friday. Constantly defoliating to increase light penetration but not trying to stress the plants. The tall Apricot phenos smell like and old school super lemon haze mixed with a marmalade/apricot jam, The smaller apricot phenos smell more on the fresh cut apricots and guava fruit smell very tropical fruit tangyness, The looser bud phenos of the strawberry gorilla smell like sharp gas with back tones of strawberry, The denser bud pheno of the strawberry gorilla smell more like a strawberry smoothie or cuts fresh strawberries smell with a hint of gas

We've come to an end of this balcony experiment. Had loads of fun watching these two ladies grow in my balcony. They only received 5 hours of direct sunlight each day. (09h - 14h) So to be honest I wasn't expecting this size and density with such little hours of direct sunlight. This strain is easy to grow and doesn't need much attention. Chopped them on day 73 of life cycle (day 52 of bloom) Both have a nice dense cola, one is thicker while the other smells much more potent. Decent amount of trichomes given the circumstances and blazing heat these past weeks. All in all they look gorgeous, smell great and I'm satisfied with the results. Now to dry and get cured. Then comes the taste testing. I'll update this diary with final weight, photos and all that good stuff as soon as they're done. Stay tuned, stay safe and happy growing! 😃
