So these girls have pushed through and look at thos dark purples coming through 😍 Only ph water has been fed this 9th/10th week and all trichomes cloudy with the odd amber showing through 🌱 Looking beautifull and love the colours, the smell is unreal so fruity 🔥 I may harvest over the next 3 days as too get it dried and somewhat an extra cure in mason jars ready for xmas smoke 😍🔥

End of Week 4 (for those following along at home) and there are trichomes everywhere! Both of these plants are putting out sugar like there is no tomorrow. Velvet Moon is smelling a lot like tropical punch drink (Holy Punch x Dosi Dos) and it’s delicious. The Black Apple has a much weaker smell which isn’t really defined for the nose yet. I stripped a few more side branches this week as things were tangling up as there was too much going on. Both look very happy and have plenty of air flowing through them now. BAH is slightly taller than VM. Both stretched approximately double their height and not much more. That may have been due to me topping the plants 3 days before flip to try and keep heights limited. It worked well as i am at the exact distance to the light i wanted to be for 100% power (50cm). BAH has has some stems go a pink/res colour but no other plant changes. It’s hot here due to summer so been running the girls at night and they sleep during the day. Looking forward to documenting the bud development over the next few weeks as these stack weight and start maturing. I think this will be a 10 week flower minimum.

And she’s moving— just gave an ipm treatment and tip dress of kelp. I take it slow the first 2 weeks of flower then slam them with nutes in the next few weeks. Look out!✌️🏻💚

More haircuts this week! I am very aggressively trying to keep up with the canopy growth. I'm continuing to remove the small branches underneath the canopy - more or less stripping the undergrowth, while defoliating around the growth sites that have made it to the canopy surface. I'm unsure of how much more growth to wait for before I send her into flower. Maybe next week? Who knows! Not me! Hah! Happily accepting any advice from any experienced main-liners out there! 😉 She's been super thirsty - I have to add a gallon every few days to keep up! I also started adding some p31 Microbes to the reservoir to see what I can see. 😎

This was a brilliant plant, it kinda stunted a little bit, but that was my fault. It was so beautiful during flower, and the smell is not like weed at all, but more like juicy fruit chewing gum. Amazing and smooth to smoke as well.

There is some yellowing on a couple plants on the leaves right above the base of the plant. I broke a branch in lady 1 , Alil yellowing on the a couple plants from the soil being Alil to hot. But the rest of them are perfect . Only issue with 2 of them and it’s my fault. These ladies have been rocking strong. Update soon. Peace out

Si esto pasa, pondre una feminizada directamente a floracion. 12/12 📅 Dia 4: Ligera defoliacion (Miercoles) 📅 Dia 5: Riego con nutrientes EC 1300 drenaje: 2100. Comieron todo 📅 Dia 6: descanso 📅 Dia 7: riego con agua. Ec escurrida 1750. Es una bella dama blanca 😄, que felicidad y alegría poder continuar con este diario. Un riesgo al ser una planta regular y una alegria porque de aqui se fumaran buenos porros si continua asi.

Well week 5 of bloom is complete, and this week brought a few challenges. Humidity in my area has been through the roof, close to 100%. My heavy-duty equipment was struggling to bring my tent to acceptable late flowering levels, sometimes reaching over 60% RH, especially at night when the plant was respirating more. Additionally, her pale yellow color, and leathery leaves didn't excite me too much. If you remember, we had a severe heat wave a couple of weeks ago, which contributed to that. But also, since I messed up the ScrOG training, and regrettably decided not to super-crop her, a fair share of the leaf problems were due to light stress as well, as I didn't want to sacrifice lower colas, so I let it go. My biggest mistake this grow, was not paying attention to her the one day she decided to stretch nearly a foot, and was unable to be weaved into the net the next day without being snapped in half. My second biggest mistake is NOT snapping it in half, and letting it repair itself. I wouldn't have had nearly as much bleaching of leaves I think. This week, and I'm assuming because nearly all chlorophyll was depleted from her fan leaves, I didn't notice much of any change from last week. Her buds seemed to be about the same mass, and the stigmas still had the same ratio of red to white coloration. I suspected she was dead, or dying, or just...done. Not all genetics will transform all of their stigmas from white, and not all genetics will have their trichomes turn amber. So, I did a few things to confirm that suspicion. First, I looked at her trichomes on various buds closely with a microscope. They were almost all cloudy, with very very few amber. That told me that she was at an acceptable level of ripeness, even if she could have went longer, assuming she was still alive. Next, I removed the pea gravel mulch I was using in the raised bed, so I could get a closer look at the soil she was growing in, and more specifically, her roots. The soil, although moist a few inches deep, was not at the level I expected, and I think I have not been watering her enough. I don't think I'll be using a gravel mulch again. On the plus side, it did help prevent fungus gnats, as there was zero the whole grow, apart from an early week when I placed some solo cups to germinate on top of the bed, but after removing them, the fungus gnats disappeared with them. Also while inspecting the soil, I carefully dug down to inspect some of her primary roots. They were actually dry, despite the surrounding soil being moist. This could explain why she wasn't drinking much if any for the better part of the week. So, given her dry foliage, dry roots, and ripe-enough trichomes, I decided it was time to harvest her, earlier than expected. Let's also not forget that I was frightened this week with some high humidity scares, so growing longer, and possibly for no reason if she was dead or barely alive, was not in the cards. I've dealt with my fair share of bud rot before, and I would rather try what I have of her now, than to wait the extra week or so for her to be fully ripe. So, that is what I did, on the last day of the week -- I chopped her down, cut off some larger fan leaves, and hung her upside down. This, of course, was after removing the raised bed. It took me a while to empty about 45 gallons of soil so I could move it, but in doing so, I noticed a lot of beneficial critters, and nothing bad. Such critters included small centipedes, which feed on other insects, and soil mites which eat dead organic matter. I set the tent to dry at around 72F and 55 RH. And now we wait for about a week before trimming. One thing is for sure -- I am very proud of this grow, despite all these flaws. She smells incredible -- like pure citrus emanating throughout my house. This is a very strong-smelling plant. Settimana fantastica, i fiori si stanno gonfiando ad una velocità incredibile, ci sono tricomi ovunque e i pistilli posso dire che mi sembrano decisamente più lunghi delle altre volte, credo dipenda dall'idroponica. Sto notando che va tutto molto più in fretta, avrei potuto tranquillamente tagliare una settimana di vegetativa e avrei avuto gli stessi apicali ma semplicemente più bassi, la prossima volta le giro in fioritura prima da tenerle più basse, ho rischiato la bruciatura da led sugli apicali più alti. Però sono veramente soddisfatto, gli advanced nutrients mi stanno regalando grandi soddisfazioni, le premesse sono di un raccolto assai abbondante, non vedo l'ora! Manca un mese scarso!

Visto que el agua de base sale con unos valores muy altos he decido obtar por mezclar el agua de riego con agua destilada mitad/mitad. De esta forma le podré aportar mayor cantidad de nutrientes sin que los valores suban excesivamente. Por otro lado también le añadiré ácido cítrico para bajar el PH. Os presento como voy regando, es un inventillo que hace años hice y sigue dando guerra. Va muy bién para repartir el agua y relentiza el riego haciendo que el agua vaya filtrando mejor por el sustrato. El embudo lleva una malla donde se quedan los restos más grandes y así no se atasquen los abujeros. Alguno dirá que pierde agua pero no es así, el agua que cae fuera es por que no tube punteria al llenar el emudo y casi lo tiro todo fuera. No se puede hacer tres cosas a la vez, soy hombre hehehe. no podia rellenar el embudo, regar y filmar con el movil al mismo tiempo. Y a más el video está reducido a cámara rápida por lo que parece que pierda aun más rápido.

Hola a todos! Espero que anden bien!!.. Les comento que hice esta semana, la he regado con agua un riego y el último hoy, con nutrientes en sus dosis indicadas más arriba. La planta ha crecido mucho esta semana 37cm en 7 días, ha pegado el estirón, y también han mostrado sus preflores. Esta semana he tenido una humedad alta 70% y no la he podido bajar,pero con humedad y una temperatura que ha rozado los 28 grados por momentos, he notado que las plantas les gusta ese ambiente, por eso el crecimiento que ha pegado. Hoy (17/09 ) ,dia 35, de la Auto Divine Rapier he quitado las hojas más grandes que tapaban las ramas bajas, espero que en este momento no estrese la planta. Bueno, no los aburro más, nos vemos la próxima semana!. Buenos humos!! Las imágenes corresponden al periodo del 10/09 hasta el 17/09 (dia 35) inclusive.
