Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. Much better harvest to end this first greenhouse grow. 48g dry on this plant. Still quite airy, but resinous and great smell. More relaxed effect than harvest 1. I could have done with another week or two with her, but the humidity was regularly into the 90s, there was very little sun and nearby tomato plants were starting to grow mold. I cut and ran, I need these meds to get me through the winter. Final total for both plants 59g. With a bit of luck, this should keep me medicated for a while. Indications are good.

She did get huge, but she has some berry fruity smelly flower on her. Loaded with trichromes and looking like they will be dense and delicious. Not a lot to report. Growth is slow as they must be in veg for another 7 weeks till they can go into the flower room. Defoliating as I see leaves blocking tops. Closely monitoring. PPMs are around 500-700. Rinsed the root base of both plants. ------GENERAL COMMENT------ Flush time, within the end of this week is now flush time. To summary this week i just kept on my feeding habits, Water with base > Water with boosters, alternating Recharge. My led seams to be crashing a bit, the colors are not stable as is possible to see in the timelapse. Trichomes are mostly cloudy, with a slight amber. 9 weeks flowering time will be exact, just need time to flush, they are maturing fast fast, hairs are getting orange in a blink. ------GG.AK47 COMMENT------ Compared to the Blueberry the nugs are thinner, still nice size, a bit less dense, thru the stems there are many popcorn buds, that is also due to the less removal on this girl to test. Loaded with colas and the scent is very sugary too, a bit stronger than the BB, and the hairs are turning orange faster, starting to look very mature. Defoliated a bit to avoid rot, will defoliate more for this reason.

12/4 first day of her 4th week. Nothing much changed. 12/6 LST bent her over to 90 degrees. 5 hrs later she pointed herself back at the light. 12/7 gave her first feed since the repot. TPS regimen for week three at 800 ml. Runoff 830 tds 7.1 ph

Hi growmies. Well here we have it. Week 12 for these hardy ladies. They have coped with a very low growing temp around 16°c-20°c due to high cost of heating the room! , and only lost some yield for it. They have been pushing g some very sticky frost out for the past few weeks and while trying to wet trim them , have clogged my trimmers a few times. They are so resinous and smell so sweet like the berries in their name suggests. The samples I have used and the doner lady that gave me around 2.5 oz of smokable herbs while waiting for these gils have been enjoyable bit clearly needed the extra weeks to be as potent as these are. A dedicated 11 week+ flowering for their best I think. They are in various stages of harvest arthritis moment with the #2 being ready for her cure now she has dried. She has produced a fairly good 74g of sweet smelling and very crumbly/tacky bud. A great start with the #3 and half of plant # 4 already joining the drying party today. Hope the pics do it justice but the harvest report is not there yet !. watch this space.......

I’m still away on vacation, but my friend stopped by last night to check on the plants, and will come back today to tuck some of the new growth into the scrog. Will try and update again later this week, happy holidays! F11 update: Got some pics from my friend, plants are doing great and were just tucked into the scrog. Both of us were amazed at how much that back right branch grew overnight, at least 4 inches, the flowering stretch is real! Only a few more days of weaving the plants into the scrog and then it'll all upward growth from there. It started to flower halfway through week four. Saw the first Pistol hairs today.

Week 16! Week 8 of flowering. She is foxtailing on the topmost buds due to light stress. I measured 90k lux(!) at some buds, which is way too much (she got a little out of hand during the stretch, and grew way too tall) She is drinking less and less water and eating less nutrients. I think she is in the harvest window now, even though she is sprouting lots of new pistils. I will cut down and hang to dry next week, in about 5/6 days. Excited!! EDIT: BANANA ALARM Found a banana. There is probably more of them that I can't see because the lower canopy is so packed. Unsure if to harvest now or not. As it is late in flower I don't know if quality will suffer because of a few more days with herming. Opinions? EDIT II: BUD ROT As I inspected the plant today I saw a dead leaf on one of the tops, which I was able to pull right off. Turned out there was bud rot inside the bud. I cut the bud off. Will harvest later today or tomorrow.
