The friend of mine borrowed me an EC exhaust fan with a very nice exhaust volume capacity. As a result I managed to drop the day temperature from 29°C to very nice 24°C. One thing which worries me a bit is the softness/fragility of branches. When I was doing a defoliation, some of the branches got almost broken. That's something I have not experienced yet. Thought, that this will be taken care of by using calmag and silic rock. And it may have gotten better a bit. Just a bit though. I am curious how this develops further, especially when buds volume increases.

Day 35 Flower Hey Growers. Things are going well here, other than the delicious funk that is emanating from my house. The carbon filter is not able to keep up with these beauties and the FastBuds flowering at the same time. It’s also about 5 years old so…..time for a new one. It also doesn’t help that the 4 ft of snow around the house is melting and I have to have the grow room door open for the sump line, but whatever. These girls are just cruising along. I watered with 950 ppm and 1650 was the runoff. I’m noticing a bit of tip burn but I hear that normalish for full spectrum leds. They make the plants draw extra mag, seems like the Epsom is helping with that. I’m getting to a point where I may need to water twice a day to achieve denser quality buds, the next couple weeks will dictate that. Hand watering hydro is a terrible idea!!!!!!!!!! Too late to turn back. I am running the Vipar Spectra XS2000 at the recommended 16” at 100%. I’m also alternating from the right to left side of the tent each day like a poor man’s light mover. I’m noticing leaf edge curl (tacoing) but it’s nothing major and they pointing upwards. They seem happy. All in all I’m happy with how it’s going, just gonna keep it on cruise control and tuck or remove leaves causing problems. Happy Growing 🌱

45 grams total dry ;-) She is clipped and is now lying to dry, there was 211 grams of wet plant material so I expect to have about 50 grams dry - i will update this part later! I have cheated a little, and tasted a bit of the scissors hash and I can seriously relate to the taste of watermelon. Looking forward to tasting her dried flowers so far it promises well ;-)

So jetzt habe Ich meine erste Ernte hinter mir. Das Ergebnis hat mich überrascht. Mit so einem kleinen Setup und eigentlich Keine professionelle LED Lampe, Habe ich solches fertig bekommen. Nach dem groben befreien der Blätter habe ich auf der Waage 577 g nass. Ich bin gespannt wie viel es circa trocken sein werden. Ich denke mit 100 g kann ich wohl rechnen. Sobald sie trocken sind werde ich mich noch mal melden.

It worked very well because all the seeds successfully germinated after 48h! 😎 I used 3x3 seeds. I selected 2x3 seeds with the bigger root to put them in some pots. I will let them grow a bit and then select the 3 best plants to make it until the harvest. It's the first time I grow some Fast Buds under a light and in a controlled environement, I'm really curious to see how it turns out! Ai Gude Growmies was ein Wurzel Porno! Was mir aufgefallen ist bevor es umtopfen losging war das bereits Wurzel aus dem Topf Moos von den Boden Platten in ihrem Griff hatten. Die Umstellung von Mineralisch auf Organischen Dünger scheint ohne Probleme zu funktionieren nur 1 Verfärbtes Blatt von unten sehe ich als normal. Die Wurzel Zone sieht einfach aus wie aus dem Bilderbuch! Da ich sie auch seit der Austrocknung nur noch mit Wasser gegossen habe mit abgedeckten Topf Oberfläche aus Pflanzenmulch und Resten für Bodenleben und Wasser speichern. Diese Zombie Kush hält bis jetzt jedes Wetter aus und ist extrem Widerstandsfähig. Erhalten habe ich ihn Test Steckling von Krumme-Gurken als selektierten Purple Pheno. Ob diese Schönheit im Herbst lila wird oder nicht ist mir bei der Widerstandsfähigkeit schon Fast egal wenn die Blütezeit auch so weiter geht.

Esta semana apesar de tener temp Máxima de 28... se va recuperando bien de las podas, el led de TodoGrowled funciona perfectamente para sus 55w farmers!🍁

Soweit alles gut, hab sie jetzt zum trocknen aufgehängt. 400g nass ist ordentlich und bis jetzt das beste Ergebnis was ich hatte. Geschmack usw wird nachgereicht wenn sie ins Glas kommen. Sehr nice, 80g trocken (natürlich/leider den Überschuss zur aktuellen gesetzliche erlaubten Menge fachgerecht entsorgt). Buds sind super, richtig fett sogar nach dem Trocknen, auch ordentlich fest und super harzig. Geschmack geht momentan leicht tropische und süße Geschmack mit nem heftigen cheese ton. Is lecker aber nicht ganz was ich erwartet hab 😅. Kommt jetzt erst mal in Gläser zum aushärten, denke da wird sich auch am Geschmack noch was tun.

I screwed up guys. First of all, I'm very late updating and have a couple weeks to catch up on. Second, my cheap LG phone was screwing up last week so I did some maintenance clean up on it and totally forgot to make sure I'd uploaded photos to my drive first. I'd uploaded the pictures of the Autos because I updated those diaries, but I didn't upload the pictures of the photoperiods before I deleted a bunch of photos to make more room so those are gone. I could have kicked myself, gahhhh! Thankfully I at least have a video to share with you. On 8/1 I got some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a local mushroom farmer just a couple miles down the road. The blocks are still full of live mycelium that create a symbiotic relationship with the cannabis plant by creating a network in the plants root system where it trades nutrients it takes up from the soil for the sugars it needs. The main reason I got them was for "Problem Child" to see if the mycelium can sort out her nutrient issues and get her in a good groove for flowering, but all the plants should benefit from it. I'll have more for next week!
