Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. 24/05/2023 - 78 days since my little girl sprouted from a seed🌱 Tenth week of my Red Mandarin 🍊🍊🍊 Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish - 2ml - I rinse the plants two weeks before harvesting so that they have a clean taste and smell 😋👃🌴 -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------- Lights: I use a Mars Hydro TS1000 - 150w full spectrum, great light for vegetation and flowering use 💡💡 Training: No training is needed this week In general: The tangerine is really beautiful, even though it doesn't have red buds. Welcome back, Other that the time lapse looking like an earthquake went off the RED POISONS are kicking ass the DARK DEVILS did not respond as favorably to the super soil. look like N toxicity! I thought it might have been over watering, but I let them dry out a bit this week and let them use the water left in the soil instead of watering the reservoir again. the DARK DEVILS look liked they stretched this week and there is no sign of nutrient deficiency. give them a drink on Saturday and re hydrate the soil.👍

Hello, again in touch Russian grower. Today my girls 70 days, 10 weeks. The fruits make me very happy, and the smell knocks me down. Soon I plan to make the harvest Bubblelicious Auto, my patience is not enough, and in appearance we can say that this is a full Mature flower. Despite the additional air filtration and automated odor neutralizers for bathrooms, the smell is coming out the door. But it remains to endure quite a bit, so I'm not afraid. The most difficult is behind, but a lot of pleasant in the future. Bubblelicious Auto - The smell of these plants has become simply stunning, like a hammer blow to the face, I hope the quality of the final product will not be worse. They look like beautiful porn Actresses 😍 In the microscope I see amber trichomes. Neville Haze Auto-lives up to my expectations. They do not have enough space for full flowering, but soon they will be spacious. Because of their neighbors, I can't really smell them. The plant is very cheerful, progressing, but I think it will bloom for at least three weeks. I also have some good news, mail delivery brought me measuring instruments, so now my diaries will be more accurate. I Express my gratitude to all those who follow my progress and support me. Just started them all on the Green Buzz Liquid Organics and will run it the rest of the way. I'm not going to add much to the line just some calmag, enzymes maybe terpinator I have to experiment with it a little bit. The first feed went extremely well the plants instantly reacted within an hour after the feed especially the next day. The additives in this line barely raised PPM at all which I liked. It also doesnt stink like other liquid organics I've used. These are doing good the big one seems to be flowering faster than the first run from seed with this cut. The second one is still completely untrained and the 3rd one is the weakling. Day 21 of bloom. Added in a shot of the feed chart I'm using from G Buzz, white board is where I record the run off values especially during the flush👍

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Into the second week of flower now, due for another defol before the stretch ends and the last defol of the grow then let the girls recover and focus on the flowers, cuttings are showing lots of roots 11 days after planting, high humidity in the propagation container and the ezy plugs make it a breeze

Finally the Outdoor season is here.... Because of the regulations here up north, We , the growers have to be very careful, its very risky. But if you are wise and like being out in the wild a bit off, the nordic countries is full of greenspace. The tricky part is to find god spots as near to home as possible. Around Stockholm there is over 1000 islands. Many without any inhabitants.... I have chosen a couple, This diary is from one of the Islands,,,, A rocky steep and very uninviting place.... Close to everything... but almost never visited. It alsa have a history from Viking age that Estonian Pirates were slaughtered there by the Vikings in the year 700.... And since that day,,, their ghosts haunt the island, and never rest. Not afraid of this things.... But i am glad it keep more people away. This diary is about the 3 Mimosas. 3 out of 19 different cultivars i got on the island, I chosed these ones because they seam to thrive best so far. Started a bit early,,, and some genetics didnt manage the cold start to well. But Mimosa Auto was one of them who did. All planted in wild soil, mixed with a bit plantsoil with 5% Kow-shit(just a little). The rest i leave to mother-Nature. The Island Spirit Guardian, The Sea-Eagle Will watch it over. ThanX

2020-06-13 Going heavier on nutrients now, I went too high with my initial amount. After pH, it was a whopping EC=2200!! Too much for these ones. I had to dilute this weeks nutrition down, so I have to estimate the nutrition levels as I had to add water and pH it. I started with a whopping 7.6 mL/Liter but probably ended up with about 6.5 mL/gallonI EC=1800/ now keep calimagic constant at 3.79 mL/gallon to help buffer the solution and keep the solution stable. The additional calimagic has stopped the spread of the rust spots and new leaves are a lighter green and have stopped turning dark! Success. 2020-06-14 Thinking about doing the last topping and LST session this week and then transitioning to bloom. Thoughts on that? I have them on a 'transition feed' right now that is very nutrient dense! Started about 950 ppm for the healthier looking plant. The 2nd plant is still getting slightly less nutrients but the magnesium deficiency hasn't appeared in the newest growth. Roots are growing crazy amounts every day! You can see that the 2nd bucket plant started making tons of roots out of the side of the bucket again. Nice to see the bounce back once given adequate nutrition. I have reduced expectations for that plant but it was definitely a lesson in how to prepare and interpret feeding schedules AND how your plant is reacting to them. 2020-06-15 Did some light defoliating today, removing a lot of the lower fan leaves and sucker branches/growth tips... Going to veg for the rest of the week and then change both over to flower. 2020-06 19 Day before nutrient change, they are growing too fast now!! ahhhh!! 2020-06-20 Day of nutrient change! Took them out of the grow tent while I swapped out the buckets.

05/19/2020 All going well, have to grow in containers this season, I might be moving before harvest so only veggies in the ground. But all are adjusting well 😊 I will give more details on individual plants shortly #1 is10" tall new growth looks good getting thick. #2 is 11.5" tall #4 is 7" tall but healthy #5 is 16"

Everything seems to be going alright, one of my plants has extremely shiny leaves almost like oily, and some odd shaped leafs but I’m very curious to see how things go when I switch to flowering considering these are all random bag seeds! Have been trying to look for signs of sex but still can’t see anything yet!

So really packing on weight now and looking the picture of health , nutrients really doing there job and plants are loving them , Really excited too get too the end of this grow now , Update at the end of week 8 she developed slight leaf tip yellowing after a week on full strength more PK at 2ml per ltr then a second week at a reduced 1ml per ltr the yellowing is only slight and a good sign you are pushing the limits of the feeding , Showing signs of ripening now so next week I will begin the flush ,
