Big plant going to develop big buds. It smells something like sweet floral.

The Blue Dream has recovered somewhat this week. The Moby Dick became more and more yellowish over the week, probably due to magnesium. I have uploaded some pictures of the leaves, perhaps someone might like to comment on their suspicions, without wanting to influence my guess. I don't know to what effect this will have on the harvest, but the buds continue to grow.

Plants sprouted in just three days after planting! First week for the seedlings was me learning to get the humidity and light the right distance. A little bit of stretching but not too big of a deal. Plants fixed themselves

Nutrients remain the same and will so now until the ripening stage. I don’t really know exactly when she will be ready, I assume she has another 5 weeks in her or so. Only the trichomes will tell 😊 Buds are starting to bulk nicely now and from the photo lapse it’s evident that some of the colas are starting to lean. Girl at the front is still rather ugly and the bud formation on her is not uniform like the rest. Just goes to show how different each seed can be even when growing the same pheno in the same conditions. I think they’re due a complete water change out tomorrow for the first time since the flowers started to form around F14. The PH is starting to swing over the course of 1-2 days which is usually the signal I pay attention to and force myself to stop being lazy 😊

We've made it to week 3! (10/12/20) I'm very happy with how the girls are going, they have definitely put in a HUGE amount of work over the past 7 days. Plants 3 & 8 are very similar(extremely fat leaves & extra bushy) Plants 1 & 5 are similar (smaller phenos reacting to nutes slightly differently) & Plants 2, 4, 6 & 7 seem to be a cross between the previously mentioned phenos(not too small and not too big/bushy & reacting to nutes fine) Feel free to compare Week 1, 2 & 3 to see the differences. Nutes are staying the same this week, although I will be spacing feedings out a little bit further(18 hours-ish), as well as feeding straight PH'd water once a fortnight. I am contemplating hooking my simple drip-to-waste irrigation system up, although the girls are pretty close to the medium still and the halos sit 5-10cm above the medium, meaning fan leaves would be drooping onto the wet halos, so I'll give it another week and see how they're doing :) Update 11/12/20 - day 22 The girls have beefed up quite a bit over the last 24 hours, I'm really looking forward to seeing a stretch soon :) No feeding today & will water plain ph'd water tomorrow. Update 12/12/20 - day 23 Gave the girls straight ph'd water today with little run off. Veg growth is really starting to boom now, looking forward to seeing where this grow goes! I'm gladly accepting any tips or tricks, as I'm still only a beginner to indoors. Update 13/12/20 - day 24 Girls are looking great today, not much to report. They didn't get a feed or watering today as the medium was still wet after a pure watering yesterday. Update 14/12/20 - day 25 There's been a big increase in growth over the past 24 hours. All the girls besides the 2 smaller phenos look 100% happy, the smaller ones have looked a little weird since day 1(Weird as in colour of the fan leaves look deficient of something, but I'm not sure what. The girls will be getting a full feeding today. There's still no signs of sex but they are feminised seeds. Update 15/12/20 - day 26 Girls are looking happy today. Temps are back to normal after a heat wave in my city(its only going to get hotter from here on out). No feeding/watering today, pots are heavy/wet enough. Started using iphone for photos now, my only lens for my DSLR is useless for most grow related photos. I will upgrade my lens before next grow. I received my new silenced fan today! I couldnt be any happier :) It is a silenced Sigilventus SE-A150J, which I have set-up with a brand new Can-lite carbon filter. I went from a rocket loud eBay fan to a completely silent inline EC fan :D I hope the girls like the silence! Update 16/12/20 - day 27 The girls are continuing to boom! and I'm over the moon about it :D I gave them a full feeding today. I have seen white pistils coming out of calyx's on most of the girls, so i'm hoping they start to flower soon. I'm having weird issues with my humidity, it seems to be fine at 40-50% for 70% of the day, but the remaing 30% of the day it goes up to 60-65%. Temps stay the same in the 5x5 tent, I have ducted air-con in the house which is on most of the day. Thanks for viewing! :)

My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Last week, my pound cake auto plant totally exploded with growth! It's insane how much it's changed. I swear it grew several inches overnight. The leaves are this gorgeous shade of green, and the whole thing looks super healthy and happy. I'm seriously so proud of my little plant baby.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. 4/9/25 Welcome to another week. Week 5 since the flip of 12/12 just ended. So today is day 36 since 12/12. The begining of week 6. About halfway done with flowering. Time to start packing on weight. also its important to note that it took a week or so after 12/12 to have pistils show up. So its closer to 28 -30 days of Flowering. I have a foxtailing pheno thats mostly green with thin buds. I have a super chonker green pheno with ridiculously chunked up golfball sized nugs everywhere.(R3) I have a sativa style but thicker buds with nice long connected colas (R2) another smaller pheno with traits of some of the others and also green. and then a singlular pheno that looks gelato dominant and its purple pretty much everywhere to the point that i didnt notice its coloring until it was next to all of its sisters that are straight green. What up grow fam. Weekly update on these three. One of them is ready for the chop this week and the other two don't look far behind. I'm excited to sample this one as the flower are mesmerizing with trichs all over. All in all Happy Growing

Unreal how resinous the orange sherbet is. Smallest plant I've grown. Only 2.5oz on the dot. But top shelve for sure. Smoke some dry sift and its a hitter. Pupil dilating upper speed powder. Odd but grest.

The overall grow was very easy and no issues! I will grow this strain again in the future! My biggest recommendation with this plant is to top it even though it’s an auto I topped it and I did lst! Both were needed to get the results that I got with floraflex! If you know it’s gonna be a tall strain based off the breeder info and you know the genetics are good then top it and lst!!!

She's coming out nicely. I took a lower branch to check seed maturity. She's getting close. The seeds were mature but I'll probably wait until this next Wednesday to chop everything

Grow is doing really well super excited to see it in a few weeks. Scrog net holding up well trien to keep right temp in my tent has been a trick.

I’m wondering if I should feed her a little bit of nitrogen or defoliate…time will tell. Her smell is really becoming stronger I am impressed for a week 4 of flower.
