She's got really tall so far. She got some wind burn probably because the cold weather and the fan hitting the top fan leaves directly for a while since I lifted the lights a bit. She is growing several buds now and the nuts are doing a great work so far.

08/21/2018 Day 1 week 3 Starting the week with second set of leaves,1st real leaves single leaves, second set is 3. It looks like one of the seedling leave is fading?.. Watching, maybe add nutes ? this week 08/22/2018 First root touching water! Here come the roots!🙏 for good week. Not sure when I add nutes. Maybe mid week. The codytledons (seedling leaves) are still healthy suggesting to me they still have nutes for seedling growth. 08/25/2018 More leaves,more roots,still no nutes,codytledons still looking good no fade. 08/26/2018 Uploaded root shots, codytledons may be withering away look closer tomorrow mornin 08/27/2018 Got up to 90° in tent, I turned on the red spectrum last night at 25%, Blue spectrum is at 100% Also some signs that codytledons turning pale, nutes coming soon 1/2 strength 💪 of course see how she responds increase as needed.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Continuing to reduce nutrient strength. Started flushing with R/O water near the end of week 7. Everything is starting to fade with purples coming out and reeking of fruit punch gas. This slurricane pheno leans more on the purple punch side. I ran another pheno which leaned more on the dosidos side in the past but the bag appeal just wasn't there with the finished product. Sorry for the shitty pics... my iPhone camera is just not cutting it at the moment.

Just on autopilot now, have only had to water once a week since transplanting to 7 gallon pots, but I expect that to ramp up soon as I crank the lights up to 100% on week 5 of flower. I was using the standard 12/12 but watched a video where Kevin Jodrey mentioned an 11/13 on/off cycle works out a little better for some strains. We're going to see what happens with that over the next two weeks and will likely finish it out on that cycle. I topdressed a little today with some supersoil and plan to incorporate molasses with my next watering just for a nice last boost for the next few weeks of flower before the fade. 1 plant was very ripe, 1 plant was almost perfect to harvest and the 3rd could take another 1-2 weeks...but it was end of 10th week of flower and i had to go on vacation, so i perhaps choped 1 plant abit too early....still awesome result!

day 77 and I think it is not ready to be harvested, what do you think? , I will leave it for a week more as it progresses, I still see the very aired buds and the trichomes because I see pure milky and clear I do not see amber, the purple tones have only been present in the leaves and the tips of the flowers, some leaves have started to fall and turn yellow, I did a root washing yesterday

Hi Growmies I hope your week had been as productive and fun as mine and that your flowering is progressing. It has been a very easy week to manage their needs. Nicely set and with lots of light per plant , we have a lot of clusters of pistils throughout their whole structure. Keeping the humidity lower now is helping to reduce the risk of bud rot with so much vegetation and fresh pistils to feed it. It will also help raise the oils needd within the girls to keep them supple amd attractive to those buzzy friends they hope to attract. The smell of sweet pineapple is so strong in the room now and their stickiness from resin is really starting to show itself now. It is evident that the plagron products have had a substantial effector the progress now with so.mamy sets of flowers lower in the canopy too. Seeing other grows of the Biscotti not using the products , there is a difference in node lengths between flowers without doubt. The flowering plants are nice and stocky compared to most of my previous grows sonit has been easier to keep them well within the lights sweet spot With just 2 weeks left that will hopefully be the adding weight and second flowering sets kicking into play too , a good yield could be on the cards. I do seem to have 2 phenotypes off the Biscotti running so it will be interesting to see how they differ at the end for yield etc.. I have added a small greenhouse heater to bring the temp up a little and help with the humidity control too as we are experiencing a very cold snap again in good old Blighty. All in all a great week with a more to follow hopefully. 😀 Be lucky and stay safe among the chaos unfolding.......

Die Lumatek 200W Pro ist nun 30cm entfernt und auf 100% gedimmt. ------------------ Wir sind nun an Tag 88 angekommen. Die Girls zeigen nun erste Anzeichen für die Schlussphase der Blüte! Die Nährstoffe werden aus den ersten Fächerblättern gezogen und die Farbe der Blätter verändert sich. Die Blätter der 24K Gold werden sehr dunkel. Temperatur bei 19C in der Nacht und 24C in der Lichtphase. Die LF ist auf 45% gestellt. Der Heizer von Spider Farmer macht eine super Arbeit - Temp. und LF noch konstanter. DDD bei 1.5. With the 2024 Black Friday deals, a few friends and I got together and ordered 14 seeds. Only 6 of them actually germinated — 2/2 Gorilla Cookies, 2/2 Sour Jealousy, and one other. Pretty disappointing germination rate from the breeder, but those two strains mentioned are absolutely fire when it comes to autos.

A-Day 53 (into week 8) B&C-Day 49 (end of week 7) A - She is stacking well, and feeling greasy! The smell is coming on stronger everyday, frost is just starting to build up. There is a distinct transition as the leaves go through veg to early flower to late flower. Uniform all around, not very tall, but she is hardy and thiccc! B- Full flower now, so many tops! She has shown to be a slower flower developer than A, but the flowers she are developing are almost completely uniform all across the 🌱! I assume because there are so many they will be a little slower. I put her ties back on, and the middle shoots exploded with new stretch and growth, so she is still in that stretch/flower stage. C- what can I say, patience is a virtue. She is looking lush and vigorous. With this being a slightly longer to finish auto strain, she has had time to recover from a) being a runt, B) having slow growth, c) having almost no training and lighter nutrient feeds her whole existence. This is also my control for Topping, she was not, A and B were. This strain is clearly hardy and able to withstand multiple techniques, we’ll see what the end the result is compared to her sisters. All three plants received a full nutrient feed x2 this week. That was: 3 gallons dechlorinated water mixed with 12 ml Micro, 12 ml Bud, 20 ml Grow, and 6 ml Sensi Extra CalMag, PH’d to 6.2. And another very low feeding of 1/3 that mixture mixed into 3 gallons of water. Ive heard many growers who instead of just watering, they will do a much lower strength of nutrients included in their watering, and ultimately never not feed their plants nutrients until flush. Thoughts?

This week the weather is better. the buds are getting fat and it is developing well. Its smell like citric mango.

Week 16 Day 109 and 62 in Flower today 😍 Their Mama went into dark on Day 62 of Flower, so I checked their trichomes today. They all look nearly finished, at least the top buds are all good to go. I will wait another day or two and then they will go into darkness. Next weekend will be a good time to harvest yeay ☀️ They have been fed a little water every two days for the last couple of days. Humidity has dropped quite a bit in the tent but it's still hot. Luckily temperatures are going down a little bit. Can't wait for my little rainbows 🌈 ❤️ Day 111 and 64 in Flower, one last day with light 😍 Added some trich shots of one the clones. Good call to send them into darkness. And guys, the colours aaaaaaaaaaaaah 😍😍😍
