End of week 8 for medusa 1/5. Plant is looking beautiful with the LST. I will reduce thd nutrients week by week from now, ensuring for a clean finish without flushing. I still feel the veg time for these genetics are too short for big yields. I reckon it will yield around 60 grams. 2/5 was topped and will yield more by the looks of the amount of shoots compared to 1/5. Check my other diaries for the entire experiment. Watering 3L every 2/3 days Smell is very strong now. It will probably be ready in 3 weeks time

Wow! This strain has impressed me so much. She is stinking the place out with her ice cream smell and is covered trichomes. Very happy to grow this strain and I’ll definitely try again. Hopefully she will be finished in 2-3 weeks as this girl will require much patience as she looks and smells great haha Happy growing 🤙🏿

7/14/23 - Day 32 - Switched to flower today. It will get its first dose of 12 hrs. of daylight, 12 hrs. of dark. This will tell the plant to start budding. I'm excited to see the bud's form. So far everything with the Leaf system is going great. I'm excited to show the next few weeks as they happen! 7/16/23 - Day 34 - The plant is bushing out big now. It's getting tall. I'm a little worried we waited for a little too long, but who knows? We shall see. 7/20/23 - Day 38 - She is a few days into flower, and she is sprouting up like crazy. I bought another Scrogg net. I'm going to try and double Scrogg? is that a thing? Lol I just know that I need to keep these buds from hitting the lights. I think I'll be able to get all of this to work well, but I am nervous about the height. I can see some pistils starting to poke out! 7/21/23 - Day 39 - The lights turn off at 2am and back on at 2pm, so right now I'm waiting to open the box up for the day. But I was looking back at the pictures and trying not to freak out about how big she is (I'm worried about the lights, they don't move, and Shes is MASSIVE already) One thing I noticed about the pictures is that I have not had a single leaf turn yellow, or get spots, or have curling leaves, or have any issues with the plant. I would expect some sort of dying leave somewhere, but no. Not one single leaf has been less than perfect, I mean PERFECT. It seems like this LEAF growing box is literally the perfect environment. Week 3. oh my days, the smell is incomprehensible, truly exceptional sweet and super tangy, I have never smelled anything so tangy

Everything is well with this grow. She continues to swell and fatten up. Super excited for the final product as she is starting to smell better and better. Watering every day and adding water to the self watering pots. She drinks a ton! The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 90 with lots of sunshine. I gave them 2.5 gallons of water per pot. Day 2 we had lots of sunshine and a high temperature of 91°F. I watered twice today about 2-2.5 gallons each time. Day 3 we had high temperatures of 86°F and mostly sunny skies. I watered 2.5 gallons per pot. Day 4 we had mostly sunny skies with a high temperature of 88°F. I watered about 2.5 gallons from the water hose. I added 50ml of Ferrous Sulfate top dressed to each pot. I topped these pots off with premixed soil like I used in the pots at planting Week 1. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 88°F with mostly sunny skies. I watered 2-2.5 gallons once today. Day 6 we had high temperature of 89 with mostly sunny skies. I watered 2.5-3 gallons per pot. Day 7 we had high temperature of 91 with mostly sunny skies. I watered 2.5-3 gallons per pot. This week was a success. The plant didn't gain much additional height this week. The tallest was 54". I added a little iron, and the soil I added had premixed nutrients. Next week I'll most likely add some blood meal to the watering to boost the veg. They're loving these hot summer days.

Transitioning to LED this week, going to ease into it. Topped at 21 days. Growing Lost Pearl and Critical Kush (which I plan to push into flower early.

- i'm back already! i decited to harvest today on day 93, there was about 5-10% amber so i din't want to wait any longer! - all pics are from right before/during/after harvest - the 2 lowest branches are trimmed up and drying in a brown paper bag, the rest is drying in my carboard box - i will be back with a harvest report and smoke report in about 10 days when everything is nice and dry. - added 3 videos at the end so check em out

I completely changed the water and nutrients this week and added some Canna PK13/14. I have also added another MARS Hydro TW2000 light to the tent to try and get more light to the lower buds. Gave both plants a trim also for the same reason. I was concerned they were still not ready to harvest, but expert advice from FastBuds420 told me they probably needed a further 4 weeks. And I will give them an update and the information they requested. I think it's probably because I had the lights turned down to 25% during the veg stage and only at 50% for the early flowering stage; it was not till recently, about 3 weeks, I think the lights got turned up to 100%.

Day 73, took another batch if clones three days after taking the 2nd batch so now I have 80 clones that will root in 11 to 14 days. The sun is hot again back to +30C° day temps, I was to lazy to take individual photos of my mother plants. I'll give the plants 10 days to recover from the stress from taking cuttings. Day 75, last day in the tent for my mother plants, tonight there going inside boxes for 3 day of darkness so that the plants forget the 18 hrs veg lighting to follow the sun. 2nd batch of clones to veg for a week before going outside to flower. Mothers in boxes they will come out on the 24th September

Now the fun begins 😁😁🔥 Ended off the week with a bang, first week on VEG nutes still getting that Route 66, with a touch of magical & sugar daddy ! Man this girl is soooo resilient I did a little bit of lollipoping as well but it’s really not worth mentioning. 10/10 recommend meph genetics .
