11/3 - Today was the first day of week 5 and also the first day I could see a visibly measurable decrease in her water level between check-ins (~12 hours apart). As a result of her drinking so much water in such a short time, the ppms shot up to almost 800. I used straight tap (7.5 pH, 170ppm) to adjust since her pH was also measuring 5.3. I adjusted her with this method until she registered 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would prefer for her pH to be a bit higher (5.8, ideally), but I will settle with this for now since the water is back to just touching the basket. Over the last couple days I've been adjusting her LST to help her bush up as much as possible. I can already see the heavy Sativa influence in her compared to her sister in the tent. I can't wait to see what she will throw at me. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 650ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. Aug 10: added malted barley and Power Bloom for second time as a top dressing. Aug 13: don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you are then using a 730 nm far red light to put them into dark mode. Otherwise you’ll be messing too much with the light cycle and might cause them to hermie. I have no proof but I’m theorizing the red light light might help prevent hermies. Worked last year anyway. Buds look good in flash pics so it’s a nice side benefit of using the red light as a bloom booster. Aug 16: good week for weather and she looks great.

im not training these at all im strictly watching them grow and studying how they are naturally. messing with the lights a little, and got some light burn on both plants cause the lights were wayy to close. but all that being said im recalibrated with the lights, added in the blurple light just because i wanted more specrtum. growth has been explosive. i incorporated fish shit into every feeding and watering this week and i love it so far.

Hello. This is the end of week 12 and the beginning of week 13 of veg. Did a harvest of my grow room because I had found a 3 small pocket of mites, so I thought I was being smart and put my clones in here before they get the mites.... Didn't notice the 3 clones that had mites on them.... now they have been in here 5 days, and I've see the mites and wonder if I've infected the tent... so I bought some Persimilis, predatory mites, and I will get them in a couple of days to release in here. The plants look good and are doing well except for the mites...... OK. Be Great. Chuck..

Another week closer.... Well its coming to an end and the girls are going into there last 10 days, the flush will begin tomorrow, with 5 days of PH water with Sweet Raw added, then last 5 days straight PH Water. It was a great crop, very easy to grow and no problems at all just feed and watch them grow. Until next week, smoke a fatty, help out your fellow grower.

First week so far so good 🌱 Planted and lighty watered for first 2 days when soil was dry 27/11 the 5th day since being planted I fed her 1.5 ml of canna terra vega following the food chart that came with the food 28/11 all still seems good didn’t need to water 29/11 lightly watered 30/11 gave her a bit more water she’s getting bigger and looking good

The plant is nice and short and stalkie with a skunk smell. Really healthy and easy to grow

So this week i harvested the orangesherbert so sticky and stinks of orange, 50grams dry of 🔥 bud. Curing in a big jar at 21 degrees and humidity of 60% dark cool cupboard. Watermelon zkitles is bouncing back, the runts is doing amazing with the lst and leaf tucking. I had to kill the purplelemonade due to it herming on me I dont have space for that so I'm going to run a ethos genetics seed in its place.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. The girls have recovered well after my massive defoliation. Girl number 1 is now 40 cm high, number 2 is 105 cm and number 3 is 25 cm. It is strange that 3 plants from the same strain, with the same care and environment, can distinguish so much in appearance and size. It separates 80 cm in numbers 2 and 3. In 4 days Nr1 has grown 3 cm, Nr 2 has grown 17 cm and Nr 3 has grown 4 cm. They have received 7 liters of water and nutrition today.

******Week 5 Veg - Jan 6 to 12, 2020 This was a week of growth. She grew up and did very well with a couple of her side branches thickening up. She is a very healthy girl but she is not flipping. I wrestled with this weeks journal because I wanted to get it started to show her great growth but all along I was not sure if I call this week a flower week or not. In the end I waited and I am calling it a Veg week😥😥 She is not flipping......freaking wants to though by all signs.......I got a suspicion but I hope I am wrong......I don’t want to run two flower cycles! IPM spray with Lost Coast Plant Therapy.......recent thrips experience and staying with a preventative cycle💀👻 Some branches are stiffening since the introduction for silica but others are still very pliable. The main stem is still very “bendy” and perfect for LST right now. Too soft for entering flower given the silica. Why? She has handled the light intensity fine.....she has not been going to sleep early. She has handled the nutrients well given the amount being put in anticipating her switching and wanting the flower dosages. She is beautiful little girl at first glance but she has some oddities in her growth......keeping the grow interesting she is young Skywalker😎 👍 More detail: Jan 6/20 - Day 29 - 2L RO water pH 5.7. - Run-off: 1150ppm, 6.1pH in try from last. After feed 800ppm, 6.0pH - Pot light today. Wanted plain water but she is feeding Jan 7/20 - Day 30 = life was busy........nothing done today for watering. - Pot was the heaviest of the bunch......enough to wait. - She was more droopy today.......cold in the tent though....75 degrees????? Jan 8/20 - Day 31 - Feel she is hungry so fed in AM today. - AM: full feed except no CalMag - AM run-off 900ppm, 6.2pH - PM: full feed with CalMag. - PM run-off 430ppm, 6.1pH - No time tomorrow morning and pots were not heavy so decided to feed again in evening. - She is green and happy.......no bud sites though? Jan 9/20 - Day 32 - Life busy......noting done......heavy feed yesterday. Jan 10/20 - Day 33 - Water only. 1L pH to 6.0 = IPM tonight so keeping it light today. Hit her tomorrow with full feed. = She is looking AWESOME today. Up and happy and still no buds😨😕 - Spray with Plant Therapy from Lost Coast for bug prevention. Fortunately no signs of any issues.......and this will keep it that way😁👊 Jan 11/20 - Day 34 - 2L feed. Upped the base nutrients, Dual Fuel, today to 2ml/L. Wanted to break 1,000ppm and see what happens. - With Advanced Nutrients I am usually over 1100ppm at a similar stage. - Played with light intensity in the tent today by giving them all more. - Pulled 2 fan leaves today. - Limbs are growing funny. Soft and narrow and not typical symmetrical pattern of growth. Jan 12/20 - Day 35 - huge growth night....side branches bushed out and got taller!! - Supplemental focus on this feeding.......help root zone again. - Voodoo and Piranha for two weeks again at the start of flower and promote growth. Sensyzime to help clean up the roots for better uptake. - she is 13" tall and 18" wide now. - 4 large leaves removed and two smaller nodes. Day 49 flowering: Hi all , I hope your all well and healthy. I think I have made a few miscalculation errors of flowering weeks here.lol I began timing their flowering period a little later than had been flowering I think. Seeing how advanced the #2 has been the entire grow followed very closely by the #1 , and adding the natural fading and leaves dying off that is very obvious too , these are very near their ripen time. looking back over the diary to when I began timing , the buds are fairly well in process so must have begun earlier but I missed the switch with the other seedling dramas I had going on at the time. oops. I am using the time line to keep the other Gorilla girl (#4) and the switch cheese at least on track timing wise ( sort of .lol) I expect the #2 girl will be ready within 2 weeks now but will show as an early harvest on the days. I have added the Shogun Dragon Force into their feed now for a week ( 2 more feeds at least) and then its a mild feeding of the Megacrop till finish. I do love their products and have been impressed by the dragon forces result on trichs. These Darker Gorilla (#2 +#4) girls are so trich laden already and very tacky to touch with a beautiful fruity smell pushing out too. The pictures just don't compare to the live and direct context with these buds but I tried to catch their best anyway. I haven't seen any pictures on sweets seeds grows of gorilla girls that are this dark purple at all and their examples are more akin to the #1 and #3 i have . I live them appearance of the dark phenos and a sure fire selling point for them ?. @sweetseeds ?. you seen these beautiful girls guys ?. With that said the younger ladies are also doing brilliantly with the #4 starting to swell and frost up similar to her older sister#2. Her structure was set slightly looser than the other 3 to see how it altered their bud production compared. She has wider node gaps that have their own clusters with them and she has grown taller from less ties obviously but , it also created a more airy frame for the density of the buds which is a bonus in a smaller environment. I don't feel as worried about bud rot with her as I do the other 3. I plan to brutal defol one of the next autos being run to see how this affects the final result. using the same strains should be a fair comparison. The Sweet cheese has also allowed me to satisfy my curiosity and try a natural untouched grow. She has some beautiful coloured on her tight single stemmed main and the side branching is attempting to keep up with the main but nowhere near as productive . while she is a capable height , i prefer the L.S.T for shape and working on so far. Being so hands off is a new one for me too.lol Her diesel smell is really evident now and even the lowers are getting a nice chalky appearance of trichs hiding the pink hues she has going on all over. Inhave enjoyed this grow with the sweet girls and only wish I hadn't lost so many of the other strains so early on. Day 48 of flower just cruising along.

The past 5 days she showed heavy deficiencies, Fan leafs started browning hectically. Ontop of that her growth isn't where I would like her to be especially in this stage. So researched , went through alot of podcasts lol.. Decided to purchase bottled nutrients for this run to see how she reacts aswell to tell the difference between organic and bottled nutes...for My own comparison. 5 days later after her first bottled feed...I must say damnnn!! She exploded and even started looking more healthier than when she first started.
