What up Grow Fam. Weekly update on these beauties. They've stopped the stretching part and now started focusing on flower sites. Seeing the flowers swell almost daily is wild to watch. I started to drop the night temps down to low 60's and around 70 with the lights on. All in all Happy Growing.

As you can see it's not a tru SCROG as the man-lining Gorilla is taller than the Moneys. In the other hand i'm very happy on how the plants are distributing themselves after i removed the training structures. I removed those structures to prevent more stress to the plants, as they have recieved a hard training and i want to give them a breath and also grow as they like. You can see how many vegetation they have, it almost cover the 85-90% of the tent, in the middle of flowering week 3 i will perform a massive defoliation. This week i can see how the Gorilla with the main-lining is developing more defined and taller colas than the other plants, let's see how they evolve in some weeks. También podéis observar como tienen mucha vegetación que casi cubre el 85-90% de la superficie del armario, a mitad de semana 3 de floración les haré una defoliación masiva dejándolas peladas. Esta semana ya puedo observar cómo la Gorilla con man-lining está creando colas más definidas y largas que el resto de las plantas, veremos a ver en unas semanas como evolucionan las Moneys. Welcome back, Day 23, everything is on track, and I'm able to leave the system to run, although I still check on the girls 2 times a day and foliar feed Remo cal-mag. pH sweet spot seems to be around 5.8/5.9 upto about 6.3. EC has been gradually dropping which let's me know the plants are uptaking the nutrients. Roots are now getting very established hence the faster growth. I am due a RO water change in the next day or so. Plant training - I plant to do some LST and Topping soon. Withing the next week for sure. Stay tuned until then! Day 28 - Things are looking good, some decent growth the past few days. Everything is luscious green and looking healthy. Occasionally foliar feeding cal-mag as I use RO water. Taken off 2 fan leaves off each plant as they were pretty big blocking light. The rest I've just leaf tucked. Trying to open up the lower shoots without causing too much stress to the girls. The LST and topping will start properly soon. Let the fun begin

GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 4 OF FLOWER. The week ran smooth, girls keep on growing well, my soil is becoming a bit compact, i usually use clay pellets mixed but this time i when straight with the soilless mixture, 50% Mosses and 50%p Perlite, with no organic correction so is inert, a pro is that you don’t see bugs such as gnats, till now. For the moment @B4RNS gave a nice idea on how to improve the aeration by using a knitting needle, to poke the soil, and that was easy to do, with minimal damage. Is a regular plastic pointy stick. Had putted up the lamp to around 40cm from the canopy. EC continues at 3.1, and added overdrive to the feed, lowered the B-52. Cal mag more diluted 1ml/l one time a week only. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As usual, the Pheno i have got is more sensible, have to do a second run to understand better the genetics or get a seed directly from RQS to make sure. Also with that since the beginning, spotting and ect, the girl si shooting many colas still and is crowded with bud spots, had removed some spotted leaves to be able to see if spotting is continuing. Light positioned up because this girl looked a bit stressed. As far as training i decided to super crop the top, to create a more even canopy, lst was not possible as the stem is hard as iron.

Update beginning week 8, last week she's was showing some brunts tips, backed off nutrients to 1 times this week follow-up by plain water, she's still packing on real good tho, each day her buds get heavier as her branches are swaying when push on them!

I am not that happy with this grow, plants are too small :( I have been very careful this time but looks like something I am doing is not right

Another week in the books, one maybe 2 more to go, if the weather holds and humidity doesn't go crazy. Since grow diaries doesn't support more than 32 weeks, it's a bit of a pain to track the rest of this grow. Still I will post updates.
