Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I decided to use LST on Californian snow and no touchies ( maybe a little ) on West Coast OG. Californian Snow is bigger. They both look healthy but i am a bit worried about leaf colours ( is visible on videos), thinking of nutrient overdose.

Well this week has been quite stressful ! Where I live has been humid as f...k and the RH in my tent is around 60 percent !!!! (week 5 of flower !! ) Even with a dehumidifier !! I m keeping a good airflow and low temps ( around 23 c ) hoping it will avoid bud rot or powdery mildew : //// !!! Does anybody have good tips to drop down that humidity please ? Besides that the plants are looking healthy and frosty and are starting to get bigger every day ! I've just been taking some fan leaves off now and then to expose buds to light. I hope buds are going to fatten up ! Happy growing y'all !

Hello. This is the end of week 1 and the beginning of week 2 of flowering. End of the first week of flowering the plants always seem to have yellowish new leaves. I see in the close up photos that the plant is starting to set up her bud sites and maybe do a little stretching. The plants have a sweetish, musky, earthy, type of smell to them, I'll know better when the resin starts. The next trim up is before the end of week 3, just before the resin starts flowing in week 4. Nice warm week here... There's a warm southerly flow up the West coast... Highs of 10 c and 12 c this week, but lots of rain. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

Well, the photo period plants are looking great now. The Seedsman Cream & Cheese CBD came back from looking pretty small and lanky, to starting to look like a nice fat bush. I'll be topping and cutting clones in another week or two. I plan on getting the 2nd of 3 tents set up this weekend.👍

En la segunda semana de floracion le he sujetado un par de hojas muy grandes a la rama porque estan tapando las demas plantas, ahora solo utilize el engordador de cogollos, he tenido que dejar el calentador encendido porque con las 12 horas de luz la habitacion se esta enfriendo mucho y las temperaturas han bajado hasta los 16 grados, prefiero no estresarlas pero por lo demas van bien. He notado tambien que algunas hojas grandes de abajo, como que se pudren o se ponen muy debiles y se caen solas.

Dejo dos VIDEOS del primer mes en las dos carpas!!! Desfrán Auto se ve que no le gusta el ferti, por las hojas dobladas hacia arriba. Solamente las automáticas parece... Cada vez que las riego las hojas se ponen en forma de garra como estresada, asi que voy a utilizar agua solamente. Por cierto el agua que utilizo es agua purificada sin cloro y metales pesados. Ahora me prestaron un medidor de Ph que empiezo a utilizarlo en el segundo mes. También compraré un termohigrometro y voy añadir un ventilador extra. Las demás Red Dragon, Amnesia Lemon #1 y #2, Bubba's Gift y Desfrán Fotoperiódica estoy aplicando Aptus Pro y se ve que les encanta. Le hice poda apical a la Defrán Foto y quiero intentar hacer un Main Lining, porque crecen muy rápido. La voy a tratar de dejar lo más bajo posible. La Bubba's ya va creciendo más, pero en versión "mini". A ver qué onda como les va el segundo mes de vege. La idea es vegetarlas hasta que las Desfrán Auto (3) estén listas para cosechar que supuestamente son 14/15 semanas. Así que tienen tiempo para crecer las demás, sobretodo las Bubba's #1 y #2

Start of week 8, day 50. So it's the final week and it's just water for the girls.i don't think they need more than 8 weeks as they are showing amber trichomes on both plants. This strain has taken the summer heat here with no obvious signs of issues. I usually encounter heat stress that normally effects final yield, in my summer grows. But that doesn't seem to be the case here. Thanks LIT for this great grow.

So it has begun... I've had to start utilizing string to hold up branches by tying them to the ceiling rods and surrounding equipment. These plants are healthier and happier than my first grow, so I wasn't quite expecting them to blow up like they did, therefore my single-layer screen was not enough to support the branches. Not to mention the net used was store-bought and kind of sucks. I prefer my double-layer from the first harvest. The Mimosa is packing on some major frost, followed closely by the Glookies. American Pie trichomes seem to appear and ripen much closer to the ending stages of flower.

The buds are starting to bulk up noticeably now, and overall development is progressing rapidly. A strong, sweet strawberry(?!) aroma has emerged, becoming more intense with each passing day. The plant looks very healthy overall, with great vigor and no visible issues.

It was another good week for our ladies. Tote a or the biggest ones are almost done. There is a few amber heads on the trichomes. They smell pretty strong and are taking a gallon of water a day now. We are decreasing the nutes this week for these girls. I had over fed them a week ago so the discoloring was my fault but they look better this week and the leaves quit curling and dying. Tent a is under the mars hydro light. The girls got so top heavy I had to put a net up. Tote b or the second tent is flowering a few weeks behind tent a. It’s under a viperspectre light. This tote is also getting co2. I just want to see if it will add weight or flavor to the girls. My second diary I did in dirt and this run is just clones of that run but in water. Gotta find out what works and what don’t. I haven’t flowered any under this light yet also , so this will be a chance to see what it can do. Tote b is 2 plants of white widow. The one on the left is tiny compared to the one on right but the buds on it are huge for the size. It’s so cute looking. Tent 3 is also white widow. They are under a spiderfarmer light. We will flower them also under this light. So far it’s still vegging but the node spacing is super tight. Light is at 80% power. We are going to start training it and give her a hair cut this week before we flip it. All in all a good week. I tried to make a video after watching kittens and colas video.
