Eva started in her second week with higher Temperature and I think she like it. More than once, when I look at her, she reminds me on a Aircraft Carrier with her big leafes. Maybe you can see the same ;)… for the second week she Jump a great piece foward in her Grow…and I am happy to see how Eva will perform in the next week ^^

Dam I am in love with this plant she took to bending and training so well, then the change in environment from indoors to outdoors should have been rough but it wasn't at all.. she is a trooper and looking to be a producer as well ..

Week 6 for the gorilla gas has finished up. These girls are showing their phenotypes and it's awesome. 3 different plants. One tall and lanky, one in the middle and one runt. All smell amazing. Finished up giving it bulk of the nutrients now it's a downward slope from here. Gradually decreasing every day till flush. Looking forward to the harvest!!!

8/22/2021 - Did some mid-flower defoliation to increase airflow and to prevent mold and mildew. - Split the top right main from trying to train her down and spread out the canopy, supporting with tape and twist ties. 8/23/2021 - Top right main is still vigorous after split.

Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here: 1:. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. Easily a 2 week savings in time pre-flower🤟😎😳. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. The mainline training didn’t take long in DWC - roughly 4 weeks of veg. And she was ready for the flip. We only extended it a further 2 weeks to keep pace with another grow in the same space. Otherwise, I would’ve cut the veg. Time back to 4 weeks which would’ve made the behemoth of a root ball a little more manageable. We also iceballed the res. With frozen water bottles twice a day throughout the grow. Just to keep temps down and avoid any potential issues. Whether or not there’s a better, more efficient way to get these kinds of results remains to be seen. We’re still trying to strike that balance between faster veg. Times and maximized yields. If anything, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the hermie issue at the end had something to do with the root ball binding on itself due to size. The true culprit was an unanticipated light leak but still - The ball could’ve been 2/3 the size and likely have produced similar results🤷‍♂️. I’m giving the method a slim 4 because it was a great success but too long a veg. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Regardless of the final number, we had hoped that the yield would’ve been bigger. She’s a beauty of a plant but didn’t really puff out as much as we were hoping for. At least not a mainline on a 6 week veg. At 5.125oz we’re obviously not complaining and the colours in late flower were some of the best ever seen😎👌😎👌. What she did yield was frosty, dense and surprisingly stinky AF. I see no discernible difference in the quality of the terp. Profile vs. Any of our previous organic soil grows. For those who tout this as an advantage in soil media, I say get urself a bucket and a bubbler, then we’ll talk. Hydro is just straight up awesome: 1:. 4 palm trees on the yield - any haul north of 5oz is a great addition to the cellar: 1:😎: 1:😎. Really good week but the plant is still stretching. It really needs to stop otherwise I expect problems. Really loving the extra feeds made possible by the automatic watering, which will really be tested this week as I'm away for work. If anything goes wrong nothing can be done to rectify until Saturday. Fingers crossed it's smooth sailing anyhow. Bud sites a plenty anyhow, just hoping they continue to grow and finish off fat and juicy.

This is the beginning of week 3 in bud. I’ve decided to not put the ATF plant in my bud room this round. I’m hoping she will just keep growing slow and my clones will eventually catch up with her so they can all go in together next round. The buds have definitely starting to swell up this past week. They all seem to have bounced back from their week 2 lollipopping. I’m very excited for this Melato in the back. She’s obviously outgrown the other 2 strains I have in the room currently. She’s also started throwing off the most smells as well. With some really strong indica OG gas smells. But other than that, everything normal this week. Just plain PHed water every other day. Ladies and gentlemen week 12 has started day 25 of flower and 83 total as of the 3rd of August.. I just want to say so far she has been an effortless grow and she has handled the heavy feeding I've been giving her as well as the extreme heat that I've been trying to control but I have on an attic apartment with only two air conditioners so it gets to eighty five plus so sometimes I open the tent and I have an oscillating fan pushing air into both hands as I do not have an inline fan with carbon filter due to financial reasons.. anyhow thank you seedsman this has been awesome and I can't wait for my very first CBD one to one especially one with the numbers of potentially 22% THC and 18% CBD that's 40% + TAC .. hopefully I time her chopping perfectly and I get close to that. I hope and pray everyone is healthy and so are their ladies.. good luck to everyone with their plans and happy growing ! I will update if any major changes this week, until then ✌️

Another good week here in the tent. Getting water daily. Defoliated as needed every other day. The girls are looking great and smelling great. Lots of frost coming off these girls. Started the UVB at 30 minutes and have moved up to an hour. The tests went right to two hours but I wanted to ramp it up. Will go up thirty minutes tomorrow and continue that every few days to ramp up usage.

Flushing as we speak! Chopping this plant in 2 days to get a harvest done before the competition ends! This is an amazingly fast plant! Resin production- ✅ Terps - ✅ Fast - ✅ Easy to grow - ✅ I cannot say enough about this lady! Just fed an average amount of nutrients. Vegged a little longer because of flower tent overflow, but once she flipped, she was fast and quality all the way! More details to come! ✌️🏻💚

7/10/24 testing testing. can i post updates now? beautiful buds. the leaves are changing into a blue color. it reminds me of some of the blue city diesel i got from a buddy back in the medical days.

Very happy with the yield which was close to a gram per watt used with a quite low yielding strain and that was with a very very close trim job. Could easily have been a gram a watt had I not trimmed it for a top shelf look. Quality was as usual 10/10 with runtz muffin which I have come to expect. Such amazing phenos to be found.

In this week i decided to only give them another startbooster which contains some rootstimulator. Some days after feeding with startbooster, i gave them some water. There are still so many kinds of nutrients in the soil. The plants look a little light green, i have been checking my run-off water and it should be fine( still higher EC then i used to have but i have already explained why it is that way). I'm not overwatering so it's not a (N)itrogen problem which can most of the time results into light green leaves. ( when there is no nitrogen in the soil the roots will not or barely take any water(nutrients) I had the same thing with other sativas in the past, behind the window before and in later stages it got solved. I still have to remind myself that it is a fun-outside-grow so i should'nt complain about low humidity(40-45) which should be 85%, temperature 20-21 degrees which should be 26-27, being behind a glas window instead of better exposure to the sunlight or lamps, not having fans on it to get better firm stems or closer lightsource so they don't stretch that much. For now i start getting them used to the sunlight by carefully putting them in shade places or with a few hours sunlight. It went well but except for the bigger pot plant, you can see on the highest leaf that it got a little bit curly but still not a big issue. I might buy some Canna Cure this week. Canna cure is good against insects, molts and such. It also holds some nutrients. Very usefull for outside growing. Since i don't want to overwater or overfeed my plants because i want them to root alot, this might be a solution to give them some extra nutrients, it also makes the leaves more green. When the plants are getting bigger and more thick i want to start doing LTS, i order to do so i just have a little bit time left to bully them a bit with keeping them dry for rooting. I don't want to do that while doing LTS. Don't mind the temperature meter, its not 32 degrees outside. It was still inside behind the window between the curtains. It hotter there. ( might also be the reason for some stretch in the plants)
