I hope she is as eager with growing her bud : Those still seem a little smaller than these from my one week older one... Still strange that the taller one is looking rather yellow than green or purple... but they both look very healthy at the end of week 8.

These are going to be some pretty in a month from now. The tallest is at approx 6” from the light at approx 380w so we’ll see so far no sign of light or heat stress.

Hello Diary, The first week of flowering of the Milky Way is over. As you can see in the photos, the plant looks beautiful, the flowers have started to form, the branches are full of them and the shape of the plant is like a Christmas tree. Due to the large number of leaves, I remove a couple of extra leaves every week. Watering is a little more frequent, this week I added bio flowering booster with one watering. I don't always add supplements when watering, about once a week. The temperature at the Farm has risen slightly, around 28 degrees, which corresponds to the conditions outside, while the humidity is around 50%. Here is a quick overview of the week. 23/05/2023 - Day 24. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.0 and added the first two components of the bio flowering booster. I watered all three plants on the farm with that amount. 27/05/2023 - Day 28. Watering and photography. This time I watered with clean water, I just lowered the p.H. 6.0. I will fill in the beginning of the diary weeks but for now start it with a quick video before I flip to flower. 3x3 tent has 4x Fastbuds mixpack photoperiod version and 1 in the 4x2 tent in the bottom left. Other 4 in the 4x2 are Ethos Strawberry OG cookies 😉 1 is currently sitting in the clonezone but I dont plan to grow it any futher as its the weakest one and I'm already crowded 😅

There isn't much more to say about this fantastic strain. Hardy, easy to clone, quick to flower and absolutely delicious in every respect. It resists well to high temperatures, "accidental" over fertilization, and recovers soon after a period of drought. Easy and fast.

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

This week was phenomenal. She is starting to grow vigorously, and I am really hoping she grows 8 tall, fat ass mains. Cream Mandarin XL auto from Sweet Seeds is already on my list to run again, excellent Auto to build a manifold. I did the least amount of LST on her that I have done on any of my 2 previous auto manifolds, so I'm hoping she grows tall and then I will see what this new Mars Hydro FC 3000 can do. I decided to start running a time lapse last week, so I posted one weeks worth of growth, but I will keep running it for at least a few more weeks. She's only a foot tall at day 35, but I'm done messing with her and hoping for a monster stretch in the next 15 days or so. Thanks for stopping by, be safe, and have a great weekend!
