Last update of pictures before harvest nothing much to write up on, been om a flush for 7 days now so far and will give her a few more before i cut her down, see you next time im back when i update my harvest overall results and final pics of the buds. 7/4 SUN was poking out a little bit. Plants loved that little feeding and seen to he noticeable larger this morning. I'm considering starting the nutes. At least the organic ones as well as upping the water intake I've been scared to water with all this rain and my experience last time. I plan on applying BT this afternoon and doing some work on the bottoms of the plants. I also saw a chipmunk in my cage so I have some spots in my fence that need to be patched. I know I can't compare this year to orher years as these are seeds and all the other years were clones. I CAN say for certain that my plants are healthiest they've been out of any of my journals. Previous plants were much larger but I was fighting numerous fungal, pathogens and pests at the sane time. Ear wigs would've lollipopped most buddies by now but I've seen no sign of them. I'm going to apply more poison where they were and add some rat traps inside the cage for the chipmunks. Once I fix the cage I think I'll be good. UPDATE: Went back over and fixed the holes on my cage from high winds. I found an old wire trap or cage and just cut sections and ziptied them to the existing wire and to the structure thus covering any open holes. I'll need to put lathes aroubdvtge outside because if a rodent REALLY wanted in they could get in. My belt had been wearing thin but I use shit until it breaks (yesterday the heal came off my shoe lol) so I was working hard sweating my nuts off and my belt gives out totally. At least ive got the major stuff done. I took a few videos too. I'm imagining it was this little bit of sun that gave these plants that boost of growth but I'm wondering if the added nutes had anything to do with it. Bags weren't light and I could feel moisture in the soil so I didn't water. I'll check again tomorrow morning. Since I didn't see many plants or even leaves for that matter with damage I decided to hold off ob the BT and the plant doctor. Only time will tell if that was the right decision. 7/5 Plants look fantastic. I see a few more holes in leaves sporadically amd I'm hoping it's pillars. I've seen lots of lightning bugs on my camera though and grasshoppers are abundant. Not one growth shoot has been chewed (knock on wood) which is what the earwigs had always done. I watched a video from last year and by nowcthey had lollipopped all lower leaves. It may not be the best weather growing season wise but despite the rh consistently in the 90's I still don't have pm or fungal pathogens. Need to get the BT out. Didn't water as we've had all that rain. I'll water either tonight or tomorrow morning. Sunny high in the 90s low is 66. Tomorrow looks good too. UPDATE WENT BACK OVER AROUND FIVE. IT WAS 88 DEGREES SO I WANTED TO CHECK THE GROW BAGS. THE POTS ARE FINE. IT WAS HUMID AS HELL. ONE PLANT WAS SLIGHTLY DROOPY BUT VERY LIGHT AND DRY. I FOUND TWO OTHERS THAT SEEMED LIGHTER THAN THE REST BUT HADNT DROOPED. I MIXED TWO GALLONS OF WATER WITH 1TSP KANGOROOTS AMD PHED IT CLOSE TO 6. I FED THE 3 PLANTS THAT WERE SUPER DRY LIKE A HALF GALLON AND SPRED THE REST OVER THE OTHER EIGHT PLANTS. THEY WERENT DROOPING BUT THEY WERE VERY DRY. I PLAN ON A FULL WATER TOMORROW. I WOULDVE DONE IT TODAY IF THE TEMPS WERENT SO HIGH. ITS RAINED A MONTH STRAIGHT SO I HAVENT HAD TO WATER. I MADE A COUPLE VIDEOS BUT I'LL HAVE TO UPLOAD TOMORROW. 7/6 Another super hot day. I hefted the pots and they still had some weight but I could tell they were dry. This rain has messed up my watering schedule. Well it made it so I didn't NEED to water. These are big plants now. I need to get a schedule to stick too. They're going to probably need a gallon a piece at least. I'm still nervous watering. Right now I'm just reading the plants. I added .5tsp kelp me/you to 1 gallon of water to help with heat stress. I fed an additional two gallons to the garden this morning including the two container plants in the back. They were dry on top too but I know they have water deeper down. Next watering I'll be more consistent and try to give them there 10%. It's great having the bags elevated. I can finally see when I start getting run off. I could even measure the ph of it instead of relying on that meter. Ill check the ph when I go back over. Still a few 🐛 holes but they are few and far between. I really don't want to spray for such a small problem but if I cant find them at night that's what I'll do. UPDATE: Another 90 degree day. I went back over and gave the garden a gallon of water as they were dry and it didn't rain. Tried to use a soil ph meter to check ph. First couple were 6.4, 6.5 then I got 7.3 and I accidently dropped it. Then I got somethings that were high eights and even one 9! Obviously the Meter shit the bed. I'll lower the ph of the water slightly when I fully water tomorrow and I'm going to measure the runoff. 7/8 I must've messed up the journal again as the dates are off. GAVE PLANTS A FULL WATERING. Each girl got a gallon. I couldn't upload my videos this morning as I had to break up a fight. 3 on 1. Didn't give me a chance to put the videos up. I'll take some stills then I can upload them. I took stills and they all uploaded but didn't fucking save. I'm nit going to keep trying to upload if it's not going to. Noticed a few more holes in leaves and one skeletinized leaf so I need to either spray the bt or something more versatile. I'm putting more poison around the cage and de between the bags. I'll go check things out tonight. Sick of writing a book and uploading to just hace them disappear 7/9 Did a quick video today. Noticed the bags were fairly light despite the plants being soaked amd the pallets wet. I was pressed for time. I gave two gallons to the entire garden. I hope that will hold them over until tomorrow. I'll need to up how much water I give them. Going with a gallon and a half next time. I see more pillar spots and a moth took off when I shook the plants this morning. So I'm gonna have too apply the BT. I figure if I go over before dark tonight I might be able to see aju nocturnal insects around. Luckily my dad feeds the birds and they are always there. I think they help with pests. UPDATE IT WAS A LITTLE COOLER TODAY BUT MICH MORE HUMID. I WENT AROUND SIX TO MAKE SURE THE GIRLS WERE OK WITH WATER AND TO GIVE THEM A TREATMENT OF BT. I WENT THROUGH THE GARDEN ANDCGOUND THREE LEQVES TO DEFOLIATE AND LITERALLY A COUPLE LEAVES ON TWO PLANTS WITH PILLAR HILESM WHEN I ARRIVED TWO BIRDS FLEW OUT. A HORNET CAME IN WHILE I WAS THERE. THIS DO LESS APPROACH SEEMS TO BE REALLY WORKING. I DODNT SEE NEARLT ENOUGH DAMAGE TO WARRANT SPRAY8NG MY EXTREMELY HEALTHY GIROS WITH ANYTHING. ILL KEEP AN EYE ON THEM AND CLEAN THEM UP A BIT. I DO NEED TO INSTALL THE VERY8CAL TRELLIS FOR SUPPORT. THEYRE PRETTY HEALTHY THOUGH. ONE PLANT IS ABOUT AS WIDE AS IT IS TALL. STILL......PLANTS ARE EXPLODING AND ITS GETTING TIGHT IN THERE. I NEED TO GET THE TRELLIS UP THOUGH. 7/10 I went over and was planning to water. Plants were wet and it's raining. Top of the medium was moist but the bags were light. ONE bag was super light but seeing that we are having showers all day and an additional half inch of rain coming tonight so I didn't water them. Especially since they looked great. Decided to to spray BT yet as the damage is so small and i think the birds have been taking care of the pillars for me. Now I'm wondering if I should've gave that ONE plant a little bit of water but it will be find. Did a video. I'm being careful not to over water. Last year this is when all my buddies were devoured by earwigs. And no senescence like the years before. I think it was hust those earwigs. I haven't lost shot for leaves. Even the stalks are bright green and look amazing.

Bent her down abit more still going decent without nutes

3/14: Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves. Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry. 3/15: Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at. 3/16: Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet. 3/19: Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes. Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.

Update: 29/07 - Thought I would include a short video which shows that I have quite a small space to work with and my setup. She’s looking good and seems happy, swelling away in her garden and is even starting to get purple tints! She’s living up to her name, the purple pheno is quite rare so I’m super chuffed. Welcome to week 10! As you can clearly see by the pictures, she’s doing well and covered in sugar! Pistils are still quite white although a few are starting to darken, trichomes are becoming increasingly cloudy with a few that are amber but still a small amount. I am going to harvest a bit later to grab a bit more CBN. Buds are fattening up and she’s turned out to become a real stunner, for a first grow I’m sitting quite proud of myself. Comienza la semana 7 de floración, algunas hojas de abanico siguen amarilleando, yo diría que ya no tienen muchos nutrientes en el sustrato, añadí una dosis de fertilizante orgánico para floración en el último riego y ya creo que regare solo con agua asta en final, creo que les quedará un par de semanas mas. Los cogollos cada vez huelen más a limón 🍋 me encanta su olor es muy dulzón, es como limón dulce ! Oler esto y ponerte un limón en la nariz es lo mismo si cierras los ojos! No puedo esperar a desgustar esos cogollos! Por lo que estoy viendo no es una cepa muy productiva ,de producción media diría yo, quizás fue mi culpa y comenti algún fallo encuanto a la nutrición, en cuanto a calidad es un 10 , su perfil de terpenos es tremendo, me tiene loco! El clon de amnesia huele a chicles de menta boomer , el olor es inconfundible! Me encanta 🤩 pero si fumo a menudo amnesia me cansa… el clon zkittles es el que más apesta , no se de que banco proviene i no sé si realmente será zkittles, me lo regalo un amigo y simplemente me dijo que era zkittles. En fin esto va llegando a su fin, seguiré informando y añadiendo fotos los próximos dias. Un saludo 👋 😎👍

Well, another week has passed and they are growing very well, now it's a matter of two to three weeks for me to change them to flora, this week I did a little defoliation on the plants and watered them again with top crop top veg fertilizer and I also did some bindings known as low stress training. =D

Day 35: The ladies have been steadily bud building and oozing sticky icky for the long haul this week. C Banana continues to push to the canopy top to grab some light and her smell is starting to pick up more now. She still isnt a big girl by a long shot but her bud stacking and feel should give some nice product. The Monster Zkittelz is now looking like a skinny armed version of G Glue. she has a lot of lowers that need more light now so I need to do a spot of training with canes I thinknthey bring her up to a better level for lumens. They have been taking plenty of feed and do not show any signs of any issues to date. All told , a steady week.

Week 8

17.05. I don't have anything special to say, of course the weather is terrible... it's 6-7 at night, 15-16 during the day, so they're inside... the temperature inside is 20-21 during the day, at night from 15 to 17 when it's this cold... the plants were exactly 3 weeks old yesterday, today they entered the fourth week and most likely they will wait inside for the fifth week as well because the weather is terrible and there is no point in transplanting yet. Stay high!

Man! I am definitely hooked on my new hobby. Harvested 96 grams of smokable bud and 93 grams of bud/leaves that I will be using to make dry ice hash. Took a third of that second weight (31 grams) to account for pure bud (which is more on the low end) and added to my 96 grams of good flower to get the 127 grams total. Made plenty of mistakes that I’m sure dropped my yield, the biggest being the lighting situation. Plants grew right into my light and even got bleached. The height of the plants made the outer colas grow past the high light areas, which made the buds very airy. But overall it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot of things, some that I have already incorporated on my second grow. And even with my drop in yield, I still ended up with more than enough flower to last me to my next harvest, so this was a great grow for me. Thanks to everyone who followed, liked, and commented. Your words were helpful and meaningful.

3rd week of 12/12, all is well. The flowers have already a lot of trichromes. I add the Athena KP on the 23rd day of 12/12, in two days. I made a defoliation, it breathes, it grows... With the pythium I had growing, it slowed my stretch, with so much growth, it should have been more important. See you on the 28th day of 12/12

Besonderheiten: Der Boden um den still herum wurde mit Holzasche behandelt gegen Meltau. -Tag 136 die Membrana sieht sehr gut aus nach der Entlaubung und wir denken dass der stretch auch vorbei ist, die oberen Colas sehe heute dicker aus 😜 -Tag 137 Heute haben wir sie gegossen mit ca. 30l Wasser und 3l Brenneseljauche 😎 -Tag 141 Unsere Monster sieht gut aus, hat aber ein paar Probleme. Einige Blüten sind von Pilzbefall betroffen, deshalb schneiden wir sie ab. Außerdem haben wir an den Spitzen rote Spinnmilben gefunden. Noch sind es nicht allzu viele, aber sicherheitshalber schlagen wir mit Phytoseilus Persimilis zurück. Die einzige, die das Recht hat, die Membran zu fressen, ist die Raupe, die sich bereits daran erfreut. Ansonsten haben wir sie heute wieder mit Jauche gegossen, diesmal auch mit Schachtelhalm 😌

📆 Semana 7 ¡La Gorilla Cookies sigue sorprendiendo! Esta semana la planta ha dado un salto impresionante: los cogollos están mucho más compactos y las flores han aumentado de tamaño y densidad. Cada vez es más evidente la capa de resina que los recubre, con los tricomas brillando bajo la luz como si fueran diamantes. En cuanto a la alimentación, sigo con la línea de XpertNutrients para floración. Los niveles de PK se mantienen equilibrados, y solo hago ajustes de pH para asegurar que la planta absorba todo lo que necesita sin bloqueos. El riego sigue siendo preciso, ajustando la cantidad según su ritmo de consumo. Los Adlite siguen demostrando que son una excelente inversión. Gracias a la distribución de luz, no solo las puntas, sino también las ramas inferiores están desarrollando cogollos densos y con buena resina. Cada parte de la planta está aprovechando al máximo la luz. En el ambiente, las temperaturas siguen entre 23-25°C y la humedad ronda el 55%, lo que está controlado para evitar cualquier riesgo en esta etapa delicada. Estoy ventilando adecuadamente para asegurar que el aire circule bien y prevenir problemas. Los aromas están en pleno desarrollo: ahora se pueden distinguir claramente esos toques dulces, terrosos y el fondo de galleta que caracteriza a esta variedad. Los tricomas están bastante lechosos, pero aún no veo ámbar, por lo que seguimos en fase de engorde. Crecimiento fuerte, cogollos sólidos y resina en abundancia... ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

The Lemon Cherry Gelato is a really strong plant. Even though it's being pushed around from both sides, it's still managing to hold its own. I hope we'll soon see how beautiful its buds will be, even if there aren't many.

Hi Growmies, I removed the starter leaves and slightly started bending the highest set of leaves to give the lower shoots more exposure. She looks a lot like a pure indica already, very pretty :) Her root system is developing amazingly as well!
