Checking in with the 2nd week of flower for the G.Bomb. Defoliated the lower canopy to promote airflow and upper growth As you can see, shes shot up during the stretching period, Think its safe to expect another couple ft of stretch by the end of the 4th. Shes drinking more than ever, i'm going to increase the nute intake next week so she'll have all she need to finish her stretching. This week brought some challenges—I discovered thrips on the leaves of my plant. Thankfully, the infestation isn’t too severe yet, and I acted quickly to address the issue: 1. Sprayed the plant with plain water to knock off any pests. 2. Removed the top layer of soil. 3. Applied BioBizz Leaf Coat as a protective measure. I really hope this will help. After reading up on these nasty pests, I learned that they can completely devastate the leaves if left unchecked. Unfortunately, I have only myself to blame for their appearance. Due to the cold weather, I’ve been using a heater in the room with my growbox, which has caused the humidity to drop significantly. It sometimes dips as low as 30%, and it rarely goes above 50%. Most of the time, the humidity hovers around 35-40%, which is an ideal breeding ground for thrips. To answer the obvious question—yes, I do have a humidifier. However, my growbox has a very powerful exhaust fan (315 m³/h for an 80x80 space), so the air is refreshed too quickly for the humidifier to make a lasting difference. Aside from fighting thrips, I also made some adjustments to my grow this week. On Day 20, I did a little LST. Honestly, I wasn’t planning on using any training techniques in this grow, but I decided to give it a try anyway. One thing I can say for sure—I want to skip LST in my next grow. It’s quite inconvenient to water the plant when the leaves are practically touching the soil. Additionally, I defoliated the first two sets of leaves. I felt this was necessary to improve airflow around the plant and reduce the risk of pests spreading further. Watering: Day 17: 400 ml Day 20: 500 ml I’m keeping a close eye on the plant and hope to overcome these challenges successfully.

11/30: I harvested the first 6 today, flushed 5 more for the second time, and fed everybody else for the last time. I washed all the branches using the 4-step method ascribed by Doc Bud at High Times/420magazine and many other notable cannabis connoisseurs, with slight modifications: 4 x big plastic totes/bins 8 x ounces of 12% hydrogen peroxide (or 32 ounces of 3%) 2 x cups of concentrated lemon juice 2 x cups of baking soda 10 x gallons of water in each bin Unless your tap water stinks, you're safe to use tap water for the procedure, but I used an inline carbon hose filter to fill my buckets. Bin #1 - 10 gallons of water mixed with the hydrogen peroxide Bin #2 - 10 gallons of water mixed with the lemon juice and baking soda Bin #3 - 10 gallons of water as hot tap water Bin #4 - 10 gallons of cold tap water I was mainly concerned about removing as much lint and cat/dog hair as possible, but also rinsing off any residue left from all the various foliar applications of humic/fulvic acid, kelp, axiom, big bloom, and tiger bloom I did. First, I put my leaf blower on low speed and blasted my plants thoroughly, one at a time, replicating 50-60mph winds for about 10 seconds and watched as a whirlwind of debris and hair flew out the back door. Bud-washing: Pluck any necrotic plant material and any old fan leaves off while they're still on the plant. Then, take a handful of branches and submerge them in Bin #1 for about 30 seconds, agitating it, removing from water, submerging again, agitating, etc...then remove it and let it drip out for a few seconds...then repeat the process with Bins #2-4. Let it drip dry overnight with a little bit of airflow, then dry as you normally would...baskets, boxes, etc.. I hadn't watered these plants in a few days, so they were almost in draught, but after doing this procedure, they were fully hydrated(turgid) and seemed to have brighter colors than before. Nice!😍 12/1: The bottom part of the closet seems empty with only 9 plants in there.. 😟 I cut the harvested plants up and put them into drying baskets in the top of my closet with a small oscillating fan on. I've got the temperature fluctuating between 68f and 75f and the RH is staying between 48% and 52%. To do that, I had to take down the small light in the top of the closet to fit the drying baskets up there. So, I moved the 3 shorter plants still up there down to the bottom and put them on top of buckets. Now the bottom of the closet looks full again!😃 I'm anxious to finish up this grow so I can get busy growing the Fastbuds Fast Flowering Photo Testers!!! When I harvest the next 5, I'll flush the remaining plants really well and that will be all the flushing they'll get..I'll let them dry back out for a few days and harvest them. I've got to make some minor improvements to the garden (adding UV, blue and red/far red booster panels and intake fans) That should put me on track to start germinating them by mid-December if all goes well. 12/3: ...early a.m... The harvested plants are already dry!?!?? And have excellent texture??? Wow..bud washing is for real..roughly 48 hours after I hung them to drip dry, and 40 hours after I put them in baskets in 50% RH/70f conditions with moderate airflow...usually takes 4 or 5 days to get a good slow-dry in the same conditions, so I'm convinced that this must be attributed to the bud-washing procedure. I'm sold! Here's the talley so far: plant #1 - 115g (plus 13g larf) - Candy Cane [F2] plant #2 - 108g (plus 18g larf) - Candy Cane [F2] plant #3 - 119g (plus 15g larf) - C4ndycaine [Candy Cane x C4] plant #4 -  92g (plus 6g larf) - Candy Cane [F2] - the smallest plant in the main area plant #5 - 112g (plus 22g larf) - Candesia [Candy Cane x Amnesia] plant #6 -  75g (no larf) - Candesia [Candy Cane x Amnesia] - grown in upper area under 200w ...afternoon: I flushed 6 of the last 7 plants for the first time today and harvested 4 more of them. I washed them and hung them to dry.....my dripping wet bathing beauties!😍

Still having loads of trouble with light burn / stressed out plants. Leaves pointing up, turning yellowish. Lights are now even at 80cm above plants, can hardly go any higher. I'm surprised, because the Hans Panel 180w is used at 30cm in numerous grow reports online with no issues. Must be the combination thats too much. 420 watts in a grow tent, and leaves are burning alive. If that ain't proof that LED's can't 'outperform' HPS ;) Does anyone have tips & tricks for making my plants healthy? It feels just silly to remove a light and continue with only 180 or 240 watts total.. Should I use CO2 tabs or something? Do they actually work at this point? Questions questions.

She is going verry nice... dispite the bad quality of the air.. really fully flowering.. I have increaed the feed... hope it all goes good... fingers crossed 👍

Week 6-7

The seedlings in their rockwool cubes were planted into high quality soil in clear (to monitor root development) 140mm pots. The seed raising soil was first sterilised with boiling water and cooled then Mykos root enhancer was added. The clear pots were then placed into a black pot to keep light from getting to the roots. Each plant was then placed into larger white pot to reflect light and heat, with a clear dome placed over them to maintain humidity. The lamp used was a cheap 1400 lumen warm white LED spotlight from the local hardware, set to 16-8. No watering was done for many days as the soil was saturated from the sterilisation.

Really big bud even tho my grow room is a little hotter than one may like it stilled the purple through really fantastic grow it was nice watching an auto grow how its supposed to without any problem thank you fastbuds

March 3rd, 2019. The plants are 28 days old today. Growing well. They are well in early flower now. Began LST and did just a small amount of defoliating. They had Azos mixed with Mykos on day 26, will probably feed tomorrow depending on moisture, if not the next day for sure. They just look great. March 8th, 2019 - 33 days old. Was a big grow week. Both plants doing great. They had a full feeding Tuesday and today they got a good solid flushing. They are starting to smell pretty good. If you look closely at the cola shot, you can just see Trichomes starting to form. Lord knows what they will look like in 4 weeks. About 16 to 17 inches tall, really heavy branches, leaves look great, nice beautiful green.

It’s now time to start flower. They are looking amazing and I’m going to go ahead and throw his crocs in there. I have one tent that I have not put in flower yet just for the main fact that one of my seats became a auto flower so I’m letting them run more time to let that auto flower finish and see what that becomes
