1 plant was very ripe, 1 plant was almost perfect to harvest and the 3rd could take another 1-2 weeks...but it was end of 10th week of flower and i had to go on vacation, so i perhaps choped 1 plant abit too early....still awesome result!

Friday, September 25, 2020 Chopped to dry in closet. No trimming needed Wednesday, September 30, 2020 Trimmed and jarred. Very little trimmings were thrown away. My first indoor grow was a success! I don't have the largest tent so it was nice to keep it short. Not the biggest yield in the world but it was a fun experience. My only regret is not watering or feeding it enough. I'm main-lining my other auto grows so we'll see how those do. Thanks! -JTGROW

Week 7 VEG – The White OG (Seedsman Seeds) This week was all about shaping, training, and refining. We stepped into the art of mainlining, guiding her structure into perfection while giving her the space to shine. A little seduction, a little discipline, and a whole lot of plant love. 😏✨ 🌿 Mainlining: The Art of Balance Mainlining isn’t just training—it’s sculpting. By evenly distributing energy and growth, we create a strong, symmetrical plant that’s ready to thrive. 🔹 Topped and trained – Ensuring equal energy flow and balanced growth. 🔹 Leaving two nodes per branch – Structuring her for a powerful, even canopy. 🔹 Guiding her gently – With the right support, she bends but never breaks. 🍃 Defoliation: Light, Air, and Growth Less is more when it comes to defoliation! The goal? More light penetration, better airflow, and a happier plant. 💡 Removing lower leaves – Redirecting energy to the most important growth points. 💨 Improving airflow – Keeping her environment fresh and reducing moisture buildup. 🌞 Allowing deeper light penetration – No more shadows, just pure, even growth. 🔥 The Studio Treatment This week, she got the VIP studio treatment—out of the tent, under the lens, and shining against that sleek black background. Sometimes, you just have to appreciate the beauty of the work in progress. Tent Conditions & Feedings 🔸 Temps: Around 18°C – a little chilly, but she’s handling it like a champ. 🔸 RH: 60% – Keeping that balance for steady veg growth. 🔸 Feed: Still running Aptus Holland’s organic-mineral lineup—strong, steady, and full of potential. 🔸 Lights: Future of Grow LED, 200 PPFD—keeping her compact and thriving. 💚 Shoutouts & Love Huge thank you to the amazing sponsors and supporters! 🌱 @Seedsman @AptusHolland @FutureofGrow @TrolMaster @ProMixSoil @Cannakan 🌍 Special shoutout to the entire Grow Diaries family, the followers, the lovers, the haters—this one’s for you all! 👀 New episodes dropping weekly on YouTube! I'm like 5 days late with this update so I have had to pin videos that I took the same week while I was communicating with TRYHARD so ignore any dialogue that's out of context they aren't diary logs they are simply correspondence between myself And TRY, oh and sorry about my language I'm common as muck me. The pictures are just random pics I took that week as oppose to my usual more organised method but hey ho I'll do a more tidy job next week. The week went swimmingly barring some nitrogen deff on the lowers which I initially put down to the hot weather drying the pots too quickly and causing nute lockout with the salt buildup so I flushed then gave them a nice feed after they dried the pot at which point I noticed the most heavily afflicted by the N deff were also the quickest drinkers and had lower EC on the runoff so I have been giving them a slightly stronger feed than the others and it seems to have solved everything so I'm happy with that. Bud development is nice, frost is nice, terps are through the roof right now..... Zkittlez ones are really stinking of lime and candy bubblegum Punch ones are stinking berry berry nice! Grandpas Crush is smelling kinda hazey right now but I'm hoping the berries comes out of her too. Little else to report really. Thanks for reading One Love 💚 Fire Farmer🔥👨‍🌾

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

After 4 days of heavy rain, the first mold appeared... So I spent about 18 hours searching for plants and picking out mold with tweezers After last year's experience with another seed bank, I expected the plants to be very affected by mold, but I have to say that Fast Buds genetics coped very well! Mold appear mainly on blisters to which the stem of the leaf leads water, which then collects between the stem and the blister I trimmed the plants more so that the air flows better and that water does not stick to them The plants look healthy and the flowers are gaining strength Especially the dark purple phenotypes look very dense and hard. it also looks very resistant to mold Very pleasant sweet fruity scent I haven't seen my children for 3 days, it's raining extremely ... the last time I was chased out by swarms of ants in the early evening, I've never experienced this before, there were maybe a million of them and they sat on me and on the plants I'm finally going to visit them tomorrow, I expect I'll have a lot of work to do with mold and I hope the swarms of ants haven't harmed them in any way

Day 43 - She is streching! Did some very carefull LST. I think she wants more N, i´ll add 1ml/L of Fish-Mix to see how she responds. Day 45 - Fed her today, nutrient amount corresponds to the chart above. Day 47 - Explosive growth continues, i think she loved the extra fish-mix! See diference between days 44 and 47! Leaves have darken a bit, but due to GD image coding, i dont think you can tell so well. Day 49 - She´s pretty happy, did dome minor LST adjustments. I think she is finishing her stretch. Next week will arrive my Carboload and Big Bud by Advanced nutrients, which i will introduce :) Maybe with foliar

Poor little thing, so small. Pistils are approx 50% brown. Think one more week as still a few translucent trichomes.

2 Girls 1 Cup finally made it to the finish line. Wedding Glue trichomes started turning yellow damn near overnight. Godzilla Cookies still covered in milky frost. I don't have scales, so I'd rather not estimate on wet weight. Wedding Glue is hefty though, thicker than I thought she'd be. I have a number in my head what she'll dry out to, but I'll share that later lol. Chopped Godzilla Cookies up, bagged in two gallon zip locks and slapped in the freezer for a rainy day. I have one 1lb Grove Bag, but after looking at it, and the flowers I have hanging... I may need more grove bags so I don't compact the nugs and can keep the headspace needed for the two way whatever the f these bags do. The SMELL is out of this world. Wish I had words for all the aromas smelled while harvesting. From lemon/lime, candy, grapefruit, diesel, etc.. Wedding Glue is going to be some fucking DANK!! The ooey gooey parts of Godzilla Cookies will turn into a nice bubble hash someday in the future. The list of things learned along the way this time round.. : 1- DONT put diff strains in same RES. This means the same pot as well.. many reasons not to. 2- Keep the RES that will hold roots BASIC, and keep the fancy shit in the external RES (if ya got one). Easier maitenance and minimal risk of root damage. 3- Waterfarms are baddass, but the drainage holes from the upper grow chamber are too few and too small. I added many more to it prior to using this time round and roots still wrapped the bottom of it like they did the RES below. 4- check calibration on your meters frequently... 5- have spare ventilation equipment on standby incase something fails. Don't want the smell getting out, top priority.. 6- plan your wiring for easy movement/adjustment when needed. Zip ties are cool and all.. until you have to cut and replace a hundred of em to move a fan from one pole to another. I know I'm missing a few things and will add them when they come out of long term memory. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my current grow. For all those that stuck around through all my rambling, May God bless you and your future harvests. Will update the smoke report when dry/cured. Keeping environment around 70F, and RH 58%.

Happy Birthday! One week old today and looking good. Stretched a little more than I hoped, but maybe that will help when I bend her in a few weeks. MA is front-center in the group shots.

🌸 Week 5 Flower – Frost on the Horizon We’ve reached the midway mark of flower, and the Mango Kush sisters are entering their true production phase. What started as white hairs and clusters is now becoming recognizable bud sites, with calyx swelling, pistils stacking, and resin glands beginning to form. Even though the two phenos are still at slightly different paces, both are showing the strength of Mango × Hindu Kush genetics: dense flower set, uniform branching, and a promise of rich aromas to come. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – Adjusting for Signs & Demands This week we observed minor leaf spotting, likely an early sign of calcium/magnesium imbalance. With the canopy pushing hard into bloom, demand for structural nutrients rises. To address this, we adjusted the recipe: Updated Feeding Mix (per liter): • 🌿 Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • 🌿 Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.35 ml (slight increase for leaf support) • 🌿 Aptus All-In-One Liquid – 1 ml (reintroduced for balanced NPK support) • 🌿 Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • 🌿 Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml Why this change? • All-In-One Liquid provides a steady base of NPK to complement the super soil and ensure no hidden deficiencies appear as flowers bulk. • CalMag Boost increased slightly to help counter early spotting and reinforce leaf health. • Sugar Royal & Green Sensation remain to push terpene, resin, and bud density. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: At mid-flower, nutrition must shift slightly from “steering” to supporting. The plant is now a high-demand engine, and small deficiencies show quickly. Adding back a balanced NPK base (All-In-One) ensures pistil and calyx production doesn’t stall. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Riding the Heat The room remains lively but challenging: • 🌡️ Temps: peaking at 31–34°C • 💧 RH: 50–60% • 📊 VPD: ~1.8–2.0 kPa While slightly hotter than ideal, the Mango Kush girls are holding strong thanks to airflow and the resilience provided by biostimulants like Sugar Royal and Regulator. An AC unit is on the way, which will stabilize the climate moving forward. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: High VPD increases water demand, plants drink more, transpire faster, and pull nutrients quicker. This can be beneficial if balanced correctly, but also risky: deficiencies show up faster, and stress can slow bud formation. Monitoring and adjusting is the key. ⸻ 💡 Lighting – Mid-Canopy Power Boost Our lighting orchestra is now running at higher intensity to fuel flower bulking: • ThinkGrow Model One – deep penetration into the canopy • 2× ThinkGrow ICL-300 bars – mid-canopy support, ensuring no shadowed sites • Future of Grow Black Series 600W – full-spectrum coverage • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro – evening out the footprint PPFD is averaging 750–800 µmol/m²/s, which is perfect for mid-flower. The canopy is even, with bud sites developing from top to bottom. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Mid-canopy lighting like the ICL-300 prevents “popcorn buds” by ensuring lower sites receive enough light intensity to develop properly. The result: fuller plants, less larf, more usable flower. ⸻ 🌱 Genetics in Action – Mango Kush Week 5 • Pheno #1 – Still ahead, stacking pistils into early bulking buds, beginning to sparkle under macro view. • Pheno #2 – Catching up fast, with strong pistil growth and early calyx development. Though she started later, her structure is filling in beautifully. Both phenos are showing that classic Mango Kush balance: fruit-forward aromas beginning to rise when you brush the flowers, with the Kush backbone promising earthy depth in the final cure. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect & What Not to Expect ✅ Expect this week and next: • Rapid calyx swelling → buds begin “rounding out” • Trichome initiation across sugar leaves • First noticeable sticky texture • Stronger aroma when handling ❌ Not yet: • Full frost coverage (peaks Weeks 6–7) • True terpene explosion (Weeks 7–8) • Final density (Weeks 7–9) 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Week 5 is often where growers get impatient. Resist the urge to overfeed or over-adjust. Buds are setting their foundation now, the bulk and frost come with time. ⸻ 🔄 Recap – The Journey So Far • Weeks 0–2: Seedlings established, Aptus Start Booster support • Weeks 3–4 Veg: Rapid branching, transplant into super soil + Aptus Mycor-Mix & Buffer • Week 5 (Flip): 12/12, stretch begins • Flower Weeks 1–2: Power Buds introduced, lighting expanded • Flower Week 3: Flower set established, pistils everywhere • Flower Week 4: Bulking begins, feeding simplified • 🌸 Flower Week 5 (Now): Buds swelling, trichomes emerging, All-In-One Liquid reintroduced, environment monitored closely ⸻ 🙏 Gratitude To everyone following along, thank you. Each week is a balance of science, art, and patience, and it means a lot to share this journey together. The Mango Kush sisters are teaching us once again: growth happens in stages, and trust in the process brings the best results. ⸻ 💭 Grower’s Note: “This week felt like the garden finally started to sparkle. The first trichomes are here, pistils are building like fireworks, and even with the heat waves, the girls stand tall. Pheno #1 is racing, Pheno #2 is steady — and together, they remind me that nature never grows in straight lines, only in rhythms.” 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic.
