This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The broken mainled blue has fully recovered from last week's damage, and is quickly catching up the my other mainled experiment. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, but is still the weakest of the 3. The strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

She started out tiny but definitely surprised me halfway through. She doesn't really smell as a plant but in the jars and paper bags, she smells like berries and watermelons. Only been a week since I dried her in the fridge but I can't wait so I'm going to try to smoke some of her tonight. I also had to harvest partially as some of the lower buds are not quite ready yet which means I'm not done yet as of now. Will update more soon.

Flush mode: one lady already flushed yesterday, 2 got their last feeding, and heading into flush when they get dry (2-3 days). One is a bit behind, going to feed for another week or two. Exciting times, lets see what we managed to grow for the first time! :)

VERY BIG VARIATION BETWEEN BEANS. ONE IS SUPER AHEAD THE OTHER IS SUPER BEHIND. BUT ATLEAST ALL 5 SPROUTED. THATS NOT BAD. I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO LST. SO FAR JUST BEEN SPRAYING WATER DAILY AT SUNRISE. NOTHING ELSE. IM A SOIL GROWER. THESE ARE ALL REUSED SOIL. ADDED DRY AMENDMENTS AND HOME-MADE WORM CASTINGS AND EGG SHELLS. 3-4 GAL POTS. NOTHING HUGE. BUT I KNOW THEY NEED MORE SUN. THATS FOR SURE. THEY ARE NOT IN THE BEST LOCATIONS. BUT I HAVE LOTS OF FRUIT TREES IN BACK YARD. DIFFICULT TO FIND A GOOD FULL SUN SPOT.

6/7 Week 7, third of flower She is just getting to be The Beast of CBD Mountain Nuets are solid and light is plentiful to say the least, watching closely for ANY signs of bleaching, none at all so far. Light defoliation she is not all that leafy Keeping a close eye on the PH pens had to recal all three think that was what was responsible for the issue last week and not a double dose of Si. 6/8 Buds growing very fast, increasing PK to 1.5ml/gal 6/10 She is bulking very quickly, so pleased. Removing Si from feed no longer need to keep dumping it in the pot. Continue light defoliation 6/11 Showing signs of Phos deficiency,, reddish stems on some branches, lightening in lower leaves with tale tail calcium spotting. The classic "fade" All signs point to an advancing condition so we have upped the PK and will begin stepping PH down, 6.1 today , 6.0 from here on. Give it a few days see what we get Not looking at flushing until we get signs things are winding down which seems a week or so off at least. Plan a 10 day flush but we all know about plans. 6/12 Another minor lockout not sure of cause flushed with carefully prepared nuets, gave the full gallon for good run off (about 1.5 quarts) to clean it out. Eliminating the KoolBloom PK booster, its about time anyway, we want to simplify the feed till we sure about whats up. 6/13 No further issues may have just been a PH variance caused by a wonky pen. Leaving the base nuets in place till flush

Targona: Targona: 50 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 Seventh week of growing my Apple Fritter Automatic 🍎🍏🍎 Nutrients: As I mentioned last time, I switched to mostly organic nutrients from Plagron and Biobizz💓 - Plagron Alga Bloom - is a complete fertilizer designed exclusively for the flowering phase. It contains all the important substances that the plant easily absorbs 🌸🌾 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plagron Sugar Royal - Sugar Royal is a supporting enzymatic fertilizer designed exclusively for the flowering phase. It contains hormones, enzymes, vitamins and trace elements necessary for proper flower development🍭🍭🍭 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plagron Green Sensation - Green Sensation is a professional flowering stimulator and activator. It contains all the necessary ingredients supporting flowering and also the formation of sugars, and thus the overall yield🌊🌿 ------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---------- JUNGLE X Environ is a highly effective complex preparation for stimulating flower formation. 🌸🏵️ ---------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------ BioBizz Bio pH - is an organic pH regulator. An aqueous solution of citric acid, which is naturally found in citrus fruits 🍋🍋 ---------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- This week I am no longer feeding Plagron Power Roots, it should be fed no later than the fifth week of plant growth. Around the end of the week I will start flushing 💦💦 Generally: Apple Fritter Automatic 🍎🍏🍎 - The plant is in the final phase of flowering, the buds are beautifully thick and full of white sticky resin. Some leaves are already turning yellow with age, although I see slight flaws on some, given its age and the fact that it is an autoflower, I will not address anything. The buds are beautiful and I will flush her in a few days, I have about 12 days to do it, which is just right for cleaning 🌱🏵️💚 Training: The girl doesn't have many extra leaves, I removed a few large very yellow leaves, but otherwise there was nothing else to do 💚🌞🌞 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000 The plants respond effectively and the light is technically very well managed - I try to have 18 cm between the light and the plants, so I move it up regularly 💡💡💡 Thanks for the likes :) See you soon 😍😍

Green and Growing Up Great! She's Growing into her 3rd week of Flower! She's Growing in my special blend of ProMix potting mix, a 1/2 bag of Earthworm castings and 2 light handfuls of Diatomaceous Earth mixed Up well for before transplanted! Diatomaceous Earth: Diatomaceous earth is made from the fossilized remains of tiny, aquatic organisms called diatoms. Their skeletons are made of a natural substance called silica. WHAT IS DIATOMACEOUS EARTH? In a nutshell, DE comes from the fossilised remains of small marine organisms called diatoms. Over a 30 million year period, these hard-shelled algae collected on the bottom of bodies of water, eventually forming into a type of sedimentary rock. Fast forwarding, it wasn’t until around 1836 that a German peasant Peter Kasten discovered the ivory-coloured, powdery substance while drilling a well in northern Germany. Ever since, the usefulness of DE for multiple purposes, including industrial and horticultural applications, has been well-reported. Just sprinkle some diatomaceous earth on top of your soil and watch mother nature's secret weapon work its magic.CONDITIONS THE SOIL When it comes to growing cannabis, everyone strives to provide the best soil to grow the best plants—but there’s always a way to make it even better. Making the soil a better medium is called soil conditioning, which is exactly what diatomaceous earth does. It works by improving the retention of moisture in your potting soil, holding a large amount of fluid and drying at a rate that’s much slower. This natural soil additive also helps to retain nutrients and allows for better oxygenation of the substrate. NATURALLY CONTROLS PESTS DE is an all-natural, safe-to-use substance that doesn’t harm the cannabis plant with toxic chemicals. The nature of diatomaceous earth makes it useful against most types of insect infestation you might be experiencing; and unlike chemical insecticides, insects can’t develop a resistance to the effects of DE. So once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. DE is an abrasive. and when used as an insecticide, it gradually scrapes away an insect’s exoskeleton, absorbs the fluids, and dehydrates insects and other critters to eventual death. IMPROVES PLANT STABILITY When using DE in your soil, it can be especially beneficial as it frees up nutrients so that they are made available to the plants as needed. This works via the silica content of DE being absorbed into the plant tissue, which helps improve the plant’s ability to respond and receive more nutrients as DE activates. This in turn results in greater yields and better stability under small pH fluctuations! https://divineseeds.net/ https://instagram.com/divine.seeds?igshid=osxe2v7en33v https://divineseeds.net/ Thanks Again to All my Friends, Family's, Teams, Sponsors, Followers and Subscribers!!! Fast Buds White Widow is a strain that is easy to grow she can handle some stress if you have issues. She makes a massive bud on the main stem mine was 80 grams freshly trimmed!! She doesn't stretch much if your growing in a confined space. I'll repost what the total is dried and cured and smoke report as well. Smoke Report Update she's Earthy, Piney, with sweat citrus flavors, smooth pull, earthy, piney up front then then that sweat citrus when you exhale, really clean and smooth enjoyably smoke hits you quickly and then mellows out she has the ability to change your motivation level but not put you on the couch the rest of the day or night for the most part!!! 70% Indica 30% sativa. The total weight of the grow of 535 grams wet weight, when dried out to it was a total of 178 grams dry. That's a loss of 67% of the weight. She's a plant with thricomes that cover the fat, stinky, and sticky buds. I didn't have any problems with her. She can take some nuts for a autoflower as she never showed any signs of nutrition stress. Easy grow, strong plant, dense sticky buds, she smells sweat with a earthy note. I would recommend to any grower new grower you really can't mess her up, advanced grower she will give you a great harvest. Continue to grow your own medicine if you can or grow for someone you know that can't continue to make a difference in lives!!! Growdiaries is a great place to learn and connect with other like minded individuals!! Stay growing my friends!!! Thank you for looking at the diary!!!

The first picture is from last week and the videos are from today. It's been 56 days in veg so far. I was going to switch to flowering next week but decided to hold off and let it spend more time in recovery. To keep the branches down I used a wire clothes hanger and paper clips.

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower the Cal mag has made absolutely no difference too the yellow colour of this blackberry so I suspect it is just how this strain is as meany diary's on here of the same strain are also on the yellow side , but it's certainly not affecting the speed of the growth of her , i also bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , I accidentally bend the main stem last week while I was putting them under the netting too try and control the stretch , luckily it did not crack or snap the branch at all and she didn't droop on that branch at all and has healed already , it may or may not be related but as soon as it happened the side branches thickened up too the thickness of the main stem , this plant has over taken the rest in size even being a full week too 15 days younger , it's certainly not ideal but it really does not appear too have slowed down the growth and may well go in my favour , this lady really did stretch out from week 4 into 5 and is showing no sign of slowing down , her side branches are very thick almost as thick as the main stem , her leaf production was minimal and I have only had too remove very few too expose the bud sites , the yellowing seems too be recovering now and most of the plant is green now , Update , Now gone a lush green colour instead of that horrible yellow , and the buds have already started too purple , she has also stepped up a gear with her nutrient intake almost drinking 6 pints since Thursday , She seems too have slowed down on the stretch and has so meany bud site scattered all over her with as the diary name suggests black roses everywhere , and note too any seed banks reading this if there is not a purple stain out there already called black rose now is your chance lol and Iwant a sample pack first kinda like the tester :) Now defoliation , as you can see they really didn't seem too mind at all being stripped and within a couple of days they had all replenished the lost leaves and even this week olive had to pull the odd few off as they have grown out , Method , well all info now is simple , Anything I cannot tuck under something that is blocking a bid site with shade I remove too middle or bottom , Everything else stays , I just stand above the plant and pull off anything covering the sites , it's really as simple as that , I see some strip them until there is nothing left on but a few sugar leaves , but for me didn't like the look of the plants , for me the growing process is just as much fun as the fruits ,

Week 4 – Things Are Looking Good Starting off Week 4 with a little experiment – decided to try a SCROG on one of the 7 autos, just to see how she takes it. So far, so good – she’s bouncing back nicely. These F1s are really something! The rest of the girls are doing well under LST, spreading out slowly and steadily. Everyone looks healthy, and growth has been pretty consistent all around. All in all, a smooth week so far. The tent’s looking better every day – curious to see how things develop from here.
