Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. This is the start of flushing for these lovely plants. I'll flower these plants to 10 weeks. I also like a few days of dark just before harvest. There's still food left in the medium, so the plants won't starve. I've found measuring the runoff that the first flush is around 750 ppm and the second flush is around 450 ppm and the third flush is around 250 ppm. The plants use up most of the food in the pots and have pulled alot from their leaves. Then it's time to harvest the very clean buds. There is no chemical taste if you flush and you get nice white ash when smoked. I got to say - look at the differences in the plants, wow, looks like 4 different strains. They all smell similar but look quite different. That is a common question on the questions page, why do my plants look so different from the same strain. Keep growing straight. Chuck.

01/27/2021 Flowering going well Flowering #2,#3,#6 #6 is a week ahead of#2,#3 will put others in on week 4 for a staggered harvesting 01/30/2022 watered with fungal tea and some aloe mixed in for amino acids and other goodness. Well see how she progresses in 4 days Also working on some banana peel tea to give a boost of potassium if I do next week it should be available for week 6-7. Ps. Fuzzy Mellon (bag seed male) I will pollinate one lucky branch on #6 as she is my favorite. But number 3(tall and lanky one) will get pollination of one branch as well. I can't wait to see how they recombine with fuzzy melon smell mixed with burnt rubber and model glue and pine. #2 no pollination (smaller one) #5 (bonsai) and #8 are males. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Actualizamos familia, con la primera semana de floración de estas HulkBerry de RoyalQueenSeeds. Tienen un color bien verde sin carencias por el momento y se ve que están sanas, las plantas están en macetas de 7 Litros definitivamente, con tierra top crop, con una altura similar a 40 cms. Como los anteriores cultivos tuve visitantes(trips) estoy rociando aceite de neem y jabón potásico 1 vez a la semana, añadí también tiras de color azul / amarillo para prevenir y controlar mejor el tema plagas. El riego que aplicamos son 600ml de agua cada 48 horas y el ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 22/25 grados y la humedad ronda el 55% gracias al humidificador. El ciclo lo cambiamos hace una semana a 12h de luz/ 12h de oscuridad, el mismo día que escribo esto el foco está al 75% de potencia. Normally I would use paper towel method but this time decided to try germination in propagator directly to substrate. 100% success. First girl showed in about 48h after planting and second maybe 12h after. 07/10 Seeds planted. Propagator at 22 degrees and 90% humidity. 09/10 Day 1 Girls popped through the soil. 13/10 Day 5 Xena and Athena comfortably transported to new 5 star spa resort and they do like new 14l queen beds 15/10 Day 7 End of germination week. Fresh switched 4 flow 😉 What do you think about my ladies ?

We had rain in morning Day 1 and the previous night. Early morning Day 2, around 2-3 a.m., we had thunderstorms with strong winds and heavy rain. Afternoon Day 2 the sun came out. Despite the 5% rain forecast for day 3, we had a thunderstorm with heavy rain and wind. It lasted about a hour. Then a shower in the evening, thoroughly soaking this pot again. Day 4 we had plenty of sunshine and a nice breeze. Day 5, 6, and 7 were sunshine and breezy. I added 2.5 ml of ferrous sulfate per gallon of soil on day 1. I added a second dose of 2.5ml ferrous sulfate per gallon of soil top dressed in day 5 for a total of 5ml/gallon of soil top dressed for the week. I added 1.3 ml/gallon of soil(10ml) blood meal top dressing on day 5. I watered til runoff on day 6 and again day 7. The ferrous sulfate really began working day 6. The plants are beginning to appreciate the nutrients in the soil as they've grown and iron and nitrogen become available. The rain and cool nights these plants have endured are very challenging for cannabis. This plant surviving and thriving through the weather and user error proves how resilient these fastbuds genetics are. Overall the week was a success and next week will be much better.

Due to last week BCN leaf change to lighter color, brown and some leaf tip got the burn. So i decision to feed organic Bat guano juice instead of Flower Fuel and Myco+ For Pineapple still small and slow growing rate, And look like just only Bud is growing only. This plant i change to feed Bat guano only same as BCN also. Due to yellow leaf issue, I check soil PH by cheap soil PH meter and found soil PH around 5.5 Looking seem to be problem of ph locked. Before end of this week i decision to fill dolomite around 3 tbs per pot. Hope it will help my plant from nutrient lock and help my plant better on the late of flowering stage. Need see result in near future.

Even though I made some big (rookie) mistakes, she's really forgiving and with the right care I'm sure she can grow out to be a proper monster. No bugs, mold, mildew or anything that was a reason for panic. I started flushing too soon and completely stopped her growth, a wise lesson. Because she was harvested a little too soon there is more of a head high instead of a body stone and depending on my mood I like it that way. She's supposed to be a heavy hitter but because of the early harvest she's a good companion during the day and will actually allow you to have a normal, fun conversation. So in conclusion, i'm pretty happy with 127 grams of harvest for a first proper grow using a self made 200W LED growlight and DWC setup. More plants will be grown, thats for sure.
