Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our "Grandaddy Purple" from Blimburn Seeds! 8/24: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. A flush is recommended after week 3 in the Fox Farm Feeding chart. I figure the recommended flush will do some good considering I have a lot of coco in the mix and there are small amounts of salt fertilizer in my schedule. She is really starting to do some stretching and she has an abundance of growing shoots. She has a few leaves that look textured or "crinkled". I tried doing some searches and not sure if this is due to a virus or some other factor. She is center in the tent and the only plant being grown in a fabric pot. She has also been vegging longer than any of the other plants in the garden. She was a survivor from previous run when I almost killed all my plants (did kill one) trying to kill so spider mites. This is the only plant presenting these abnormalities. I gave a lot of detail about the abnormal leaves because I am hoping someone may be able to help me troubleshoot. 8/28: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. So far so good, eager to have the auto flowers finish up so I can focus on the photo period. Both auto flowers are being fed full strength with big bud powder added as well. Trained the photoperiod with plenty of lst hoping to start flowering her in 2 weeks max

Great day at the growdiaries.com communauté 🌞🌱🌱🌱🌞 À peine à 7 heures après l'avoir mise dans le verre d'eau que la voilà déjà au fond du verre d'eau. 💦🌞🌱😜 08/15: depuis 24h dans le verre d'eau Hr: 70% T°: 23°C et toujours rien aucun germe, l'effet loupe du vere ma permit de voir que la graine s'ouvrait comme un moule, le germe devrait pas tarder à sortir. normalement d'ici 24h le germe devrait être apparent. normalement je met +/- 5 jours pour faire germer une graine! j'hésite encore quand à l'utilisation du waterfarmer car je doit tamponé les billes d'argiles aisi que que le rockwool chose que je n'avais pas anticipé, pour le rockwool ça semble plutôt simple: trempé 24 h dans une solution ayant un ph entre 5.5 et 6 pendant +/-48 heureus (merde j'ai oublié d'ajouter du root juice et du canna start à ma solution). Pour les billes d'argilles ça deviend plus compliqué faut les nettoyer et les tamponer meme celle de chez plagron (je suis très étoner qu'ils n'aient pas tamponés eux même leurs billes destinés à de l'hydroponique. en faisant deux trois recherche j'ai trouver des billes déjà nétoyer ayant un ph bas mais pas précisé sois disant près à l'emplois. on verra ça demain à l'arrivé du colis. dans tous les cas si je n'utilise pas le waterfarmer, j'utilserai un pot en geo-textile de 15L (lightmix/coco/perlite/humusLombric/guano/trichodermas) 3 portions de lightmix pour une de coco et d'humus, le reste lire la notice :D 23:03: je vois le radicule sortir fébrilement grâce au verre "nutela" 😂 qui ont un fond qui à un effet loupe , le waterfarmer sera pour le prochain plant :(, lesson a retenir, se documenter avant de faire quoique soit! 08/16: la graine à germer 💚 et la graine s'entre-ouvrait je voyais le vert/blanc des cotelydons dans l'ouverture. This plant is a test of a new genetic I hope to release from GHSC which I thank for letting me try these delicacies. The highest quality is the resin, oh my how much resin has spread on the flowers and leaves, even the most peripheral ones. Exceptional way of rendering this plant. It's also very very fast, ready in 9 weeks and I really love the way even the leaves turn dark on purple at the end of their life, beautiful. The production also seems excellent we have a great result on the scales, the flowering is in clusters, you are not impressed by the space between one internode and the other from a cluster flowering but the flowers are dense and heavy and with this resin for me it could flourish as it pleases. Flower smell like earth no candy no flower

As you can see at the beginning of the video, the Gorilla Punch was infested with spider mites at the end. I sepereted her directly outside the greenhouse. High time to harvest them before something worse happens… After 67 days in total from seed to harvest she got cut off👨‍🌾 it is dried in a cardboard box in the cellar at about 20 degrees Because of the spider mites there were some rotten buds, maybe 2-3g i have to cut off. It was definetly the smallest plant of them all. The bud rot is caused by the plant herself... nearly every bud was produced directly at the stam buds directly at the stam.

Effect: Expectations and training method: I know these genetics are a bit delicate so I’ll be taking things very easy. The breeder suggests topping and training the branches because she can grow fast and tall. By what I’ve seen from the local growers, she can produce some savory chunky buds which is what I’m aiming for.
