Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . Willkommen zu meinem Growbericht der legendären Green Gelato Automatic von Royal Queen Seeds. Das "Neue" an diesem Bericht sind die 9 Liter Stofftöpfe, die ich zum ersten Mal verwende. Laut Hersteller (rooties dot eu, ex Chiliwelten, ex Chillwelten) sind das die ersten komplett 2-lagigen Stofftöpfe auf dem Markt. Dadurch sollen die Töpfe im Sommer nicht so schnell austrocknen. Ebenfalls zum ersten Mal verwende ich die Smart Start Plugs von Zamnesia. Ich bin schon sehr gespannt, wie sich die Samen darin entwickeln. Bis auf meinen letzten Grow hatte ich eine eigene Erdmischung verwendet. Darin waren wohl zu viele aggressive Erdbewohner, die mich einige Samen gekostet hatten. Jetzt wird BioBizz All-Mix verwendet, weil sich mein letzter Grow darin sehr schön entwickelt. Tag 21: Die Green Gelato Automatic von Royal Queen Seeds entwickelt sich kräftig. Bei dem Anblick freut es mich, auf die Stofftöpfe umgestiegen zu sein. Tag 24: Wegen des kompakten Wuchses ist es nicht so leicht, LST anzuwenden. Der Stamm ist sehr kräftig, die Ästchen sind dagegen noch klein. Deshalb ist nur der Hauptstamm gebogen. Und Sie hat einen halben Liter Nahrung bekommen. Tag 25: Drei Blätter entfernt. I can't believe how big she has gotten for surviving in just a solo cup! Kinda opens doors in my mind on ideas for gorilla grows at low cost (only takes 1gal to run vs 3+ in a normal dwc bucket). I'll be honest and admit I've made the biggest rookie mistake and overfed, I knew I was really pushing her and wanting to see how far I could actually take her and burnt her tips in the process. The new growth is still green at the tips by the buds which is promising. I lowered her nutrient uptake slightly by 1ml for each base nutrient and gave a little less than 1/8 tsp of bloom booster. She got pretty tall and therefore top heavy, so the one afternoon I checked her and she was tipped over but no breakages, which was awesome. I tied her to the ceiling of the tent and now she is going nowhere. Been removing lower leaves and small growth that isn't showing sex yet. Once the colas have pre-flowers I remove all lowers that don't to help send energy upwards. I'm still seeing evidence of what I believe is rust fungus, though its growth has become much less noticeable than a few weeks ago.

•Seconda settimana• Ciao ragazzi !! Dopo i primi 15 giorni di vita (totali) le piante presentano una bellissima cera, sinonimo di irrigazione e nutrimenti corretti (nonostante il PH fosse alto). Ricordo che mantenere livelli ottimali di umidità, temperatura e PH mette la pianta in condizioni perfette per poter aumentare il rendimento finale.

Firstly we've place the seeds in water for 72 hours. Then place in Jiffy pods, then placed in a mini hothouse under 2x 28watt halogen bulbs until day 14. Then they'll be placed in large 16-20 litre pot, then placed in the greenhouse to live out their life. Day 2. Gelato Auto have been planted in the jiffy pod. Day 3. Auto Ultimate and Gorilla Glue Auto have been planted in the Jiffy pods. Day 4. Halogen lights too hot, so now they are in the bathroom under one of the ceiling heat light. It's perfect, the humidity ranges around 78 - 83% and the temperature ranges between 18.2 to 21.8 degrees over the 24 hr period Day 6. The Gelato Auto has sprouted along with 6/7 Auto Ultimate. Leaving one more to come plus the Auto Gorilla Glue. Auto Gorilla glue and Auto Gelato were free seeds with the Auto Ultimate. So they'll becoming along for the ride. Day 7. All of the Auto Ultimate have sprouted, leaving just the Gorilla Glue Auto to come. It's has a tap root, it just hasn't escaped from the seed yet Day 9. 5 Auto Ultimate have been planted into 16 litre buckets and placed under 200watt HPS bulb 18/6. The rest will be planted on day 11. Day 10. Gorilla Glue is gone. When you see a seed case that won't fully open with a very small tap root. It's either delicately remove the case and membrane and hope it'll do something. If you break it, waste of time. If you don't, waste of nutrients and soil on a maybe so opted to say good bye. It's a free seed so no loss. Plant the Auto Gelato and the two Auto Ultimate tomorrow morning. Day 11. 2 Auto Ultimate and the Gelato Auto have been planted outside in the hot house. The other 5 will join in week three of growth. It's said to grow then under lights for the first three weeks. So we will the difference between starting outdoor and starting indoor. This is my comparison Grow. Day 12. Hot house has built-in misting system to help with it humidity levels. I do a feed once a week with fish fertilizer. Soil mixed with dynamic lifter & slow release fertilizer pellets. Mist will go off at 9am, 2 pm and 930pm. More often or less weather permitting. Hot house open during the day and closed in the afternoon and throughout the night. All is doing well in the hothouse. The 5 Auto Ultimate indoors are doing great as well. So far so good. Day 14. Germination period has ended. We only lost the Gorilla Glue Auto. When the 5 indoor ones reach three weeks they will join the others outside, to complete. MH light now set at 400watt

day 50 - everything going OK. im using only water right now. day 52 - today I was in the local Grover's store where I was given a trial package of supplements 10 grams of powder feeding PK Booster. so today will be the first day of irrigation using PK Booster. dosage is 0.25 g per 1 liter - total ppm 140. (pure water ppm is 70) day 54 - another defoliation

Excellent strain of 70-80 cm, with a very abundant resin both at the top and at the bottom, trichomes as big as mushrooms. We also love it very much because in the end the leaves above take on colour. Super crossing d for sure!
