March 7, 2019 update: These babies are doing great! I plan on transplanting 6 plants and moving them into the flowering room this weekend. As of right now my plan is to move 1 DinaMed CBD, 1 Medi Kush CBD and 4 Cherry Hemp plants into flower. I'm going to pick the largest/most developed plants for the move. Then I'll keep the rest in veg for another month, next month I'll pick the next 6. I'd like to get the plants on a monthly rotation so I can be harvesting monthly.

Continue with the LST this week, plant canopy is looking good, I also started to do a bit of defoliation on the lower part of the branches this week as well. I've also topped the plant one time. Overall a good week. In a few weeks, I will probably need to install my drip system. Day 92 Had no time. Day 93 Her eighth full week of flowering started yesterday and today is the 55th day on 12/12. HSC wrote she needs 50 to 55 days to mature, so i will check her this weekend. Her buds became already very frosty . As the heat wave had ended the humidity inside also decreased. Day 94 Decided to chop her after i checked the trichomes. There are already amber ones at the buds on the middle of the height. She smelled intensively like sour oranges.

I've been feeding and pulled a few fan leaves. They are all different heights and getting really tall despite only being in two litre pots. The tallest pheno is already showing red buds.

Week 8 there hasn’t been any drastic changes for either of the girls. Girl #1 is looking better and better each day. Girl #2 is just being as stubborn as can be. Girl #2 still hasn’t showed any signs of flowering. I’m gonna continue to be patient with her she’s a very late bloomer. I can’t believe she’s been in veg for 8 weeks.I know some of you expert growers have experienced a long veg similar to my experience.Not sure if it’s good or bad luck just yet being my first run of autos. I have to admit. When i saw this week coming to The end and girl #2 wasn’t showing signs of flowering, I got down face to face with her quietly whispering (You better flower soon or it’s time for the trash can 😂😂) lol 😆 I had a weak moment was very frustrated. I thank all of you that have shared your information cause without it I would have been panicking. I’m gonna be patient and let the plant tell me when she’s ready. Everything has been running smoothly. I have given both girls light bloom nutrients. I have learned so much and it has been a pleasure watching the magic happen. This grow is an example of how important is to check your veg time to make sure it doesn't shoot over the lights and over the roof really, overall is good tho. Also i ditched advanced nutrients for a new brand, since advanced nutrients are just costly stickers imho. 11/16/24 bought a new fert , that will not only last me 10 times with a fraction of cost, also it's much easier then mixing 24 different bottles , also all the liquid ferts tends to cristallize so i don't even know if the fert i've applyied in the past (advanced nutrients perfect ph micro-grow-bloom) was all bioavailable (probably not) since the buds looks already bigger after 1 application. Also Ferty 1 Geo has also molybdenum among the microelements wich was not present on advanced nutrients. cheers!

1 week flowering....

It's week 4 for the Purple Haze and it is awesome!!!! this is the first year I D I ever fell in love with when I first smoked high-grade cannabis way way back in the day and I could never get a definitive answer from anybody about the variety.. in many big cities I realize that they claim Northern Lights to be purple haze at least in NYC

No bug or disease problems. I even took her off veg nutes way too soon and she recovered like a fucking champ. I’m popping two more this week. Unfortunately i didn’t weigh it because Of some very unfortunate circumstances that I was dealing with at the time. I essentially had to vacate my premise within 24 hours. A few days after harvest. Anyways. I ended up smoking the whole thing with my friends and it was straight fire. The terps were crazy also. Super sweet. After curing she had a very sweet smell like bubblegum / grape. This was only my second harvest ever.

Decent week. I had a branch start drooping massively on UKBS 2 and decided to amputate, the last thing it currently needs is to have one branch being nursed back to health while it tries to recover from the stem wasting that's taken place already. I've not yet resolved myself to it, but I'm fully prepared for the worst case scenario of total plant death and having to take clones. (which I certainly will be doing if total death occurs, this has been an incredibly fast and strong growing pheno) Inside the tent, both of the plants are kicking into flower mode; it's approximately halfway through week 2 of flower as the diary weeks aren't synced with the flowering cycle unfortunately. Carl 1 is a very stretchy plant, almost 12 inches above the net once I flipped to flower. Carl is starting to put a strong stank on, not as much like skunky weed but more of a piney and lemony scent. UKBS 1 is starting to flower as well but is much smaller so has a less noticeable odour. Both of the indoor plants will be receiving a defoliation at F21 ish to clean up any lower bullshit that I don't want developing into larf. updates as the week goes on, the usual.
