Clones got transplanted into 1gal Rapid Stack pots, this will facilitate the next transplant into the live soil grow bed with no stress. I did her first water change on day 10 upped the nutrient dose and increased the reservior to 12 gallons. Gave her the first dose of armor si and humic acid. I topped her on day 12 to start 4 main branches. Will most likely top again and start training in about a week depending on how she wants to grow. She is the slowest growing plant so far but I have high hopes for her. The goal is a maximum of 5 weeks veg if they cooperate. They are under 240w qb and a galaxyhydro pulling about 140w for now. Will be adding more qb when I spread the buckets out.

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Commencing week 5/Day 29: on Nov 21st Day 29 All is doing well now and a few more plants have roots in water but tomorrow is going to be well below freezing as well as the humidity has dipped very low Day 32 Still growing steady the cold temps and low humidity haven't hurt or slowed them down too much Day 34 Happy to say 6 out of 8 girls have pretty massive root masses developed in past week into bucket. I have been very lightly foliar feeding every day a slightly acidic low ppm solution. Lights were put back on timer since the temp and humidity are going back up I don't need the lights for heat. pH has remained steady for past two days in low to mid 5.8s. Is this too steady I wonder 🤔 I put on fans today today as well as under lighting LED strip. D35 Am check-in and all is going well. All 3 Gorilla Zkittlez are absolutely killing it, way bigger than the rest of the bunch. Although the 818 Headbands and the Raspberry Diesel are not far behind. Unfortunately both the Boss Hoggs seems to be runt-ish. One especially is really funny looking. But I always cheer for the under dog in the fight so who knows 😎 Turned off under lighting. Raised overhead LED Panels up 3-6 inches and re-oriented (angled) towards girls. *I've decided to break off the barely mentioned personal crosses into their own journal in the next few weeks in case anyone was watching or wondering, it's coming. I'll be editing this journal accordingly when the time comes to be more accurate and useful. Lastly I am adding a new journal today for "🍋🍰" aka Lemon Cake by Moxie. It's terpalicious 👅. super sugary and lemony on the nose. Does anyone from the US or elsewhere know what's "Country-Time" lemonade mix is?? We are nearing the end of this grow and so far everything is taking shape very nicely. I did a quick 2 day flush with some florakleen from GHE and then got back to the bloom nutrients. I did this just to clean the roots a little and get rid of any unwanted salt build up. This will hopefully set us up for a strong finish. Really impressed with the marshydro fc3000 thus far. For next week i will push the EC levels quite a bit, remove any unwanted popcorn nugs and try set it up for a strong finish.

the c99s got ten days of plain water then came the chop at week 10 and 3 days with a fairly decent 30% amber all things considered !

Well this grow went well up till the end where i managed to get spider mites yet again. Caught it early and at the end of the cycle so there was not a large impact. Now time to scrub the tent and everything in it with bleach.

week 7 the buds look dens. I did minor defoliation and need to clean the plants more under the scrog. They are frosting up very nice and smells like creamy cheese cake. The EC has dropped from 1600 to 1440. Next week I will give them more food and fresh water in the reservoir and switch to 660w Boost HPS

------GENERAL COMMENT------ All good, had a flawless week with the girls. Experiencing a lot of issues with the LED though, because of the high humidity in the tent when the lights are out, have to manage that some how... Basically the led matrix fails and blinks till the humidity lower, with this i loose around 1 hr of light a day till it starts all leds... A strange thing to experience! Forgot to start with the flowering booster, so this week missed Big Bud, but still i gave frequently some Bud Ignitor at least. Next watering Bud ignitor and voodoo juice goes out, Big Bud and Velo Kelp come in to play. ------SM.BB COMMENT------ She did not branch a lot out, so i can count with around 10 branches roughly. Maybe that was due to over removal of the lower growth. Lets see what happens next and how do those will develop.

Day one of this week entailed me going to the hydro shop, grabbing so blue sky organics super soil, some 1 gal fabric pots and off I went. I always pot my soil then water the pots down and wait 24 hours for everything to acclimate so as to not shock my seeds. I germinate straight into the soil. I will post more pics to beef up this week! I will be planting 2 fastbuds orange sherbet beans, 1 in a 1gal fabric pot and 1 in a 3gal from the bucket company.
