Heady OG is filling in her pot beautifully and wow growth is healthy and all I see is green! Ca-Caw! TKO has also been raging and blowing up with growth! Re-strung the scrog frame and dropped it in place. Also upgraded the tent a bit by installing Vivosun’s CFM Kit. Pancaked TKO and started training her to fill in the back two quadrants of the tent. Heady also reached the netting! Started some low-stress training to fill in the front two quadrants. Veg tent has been healthy and gnat free! Super-cropped the mothers and the canopy has been recovering nicely! Also started germinating my first batch of popcorn tea! I think I found the one! --- Both of the Garlic Budder phenos (OG#1 and OG#2) are getting pretty dank! --- Both have been curing for a good 6-7 months (since 12/13/24) and now taste completely different! The #2 pheno now has a pungent earthy fuel profile which has made her a keeper! The #1 pheno is more on the purple sweeter terp profile side, which is not really enough to be a keeper, but the smoke is definitely smoother and terpier than before. --- Still searching for more keepers, but now have a potential mother to breed with. Getting hyped! --- Wow curing really does make a huge difference! --- As for the Gorilla Goat phenos, they have been curing for about 3 months (since 04/08/25) and taste okay but nothing special. The #1 pheno still has a pretty loud lemon cleaner nose, but nothing to special on the smoke. Yet. I think. --- Also, for this cycle, plan to probably reduce the 18/6 harvest flip from 7 days down to 4 days. I think 7 days might have been too long and may have caused some re-vegging. --- Will continue to pheno hunt for more keepers! - [16:21]: Evening check on the 4x4 tent. --- Wow the garden is raging! --- All growth looks green and the canopy is filling in! --- Heady OG is starting to reach the side of the 30 gallon pot, but still has a ways to go before reaching the scrog frame. Growth looks healthy and green so I’m happy! --- Wow TKO is bushy and getting enormous! She has already started to fill in the front left quadrant of the tent. - [16:23]: Alright! Time to start scrogging and training out the canopy. Let’s go! --- Temporarily took the PVC scrog frame out of the tent. - [16:35]: Okay time to re-string the frame! --- Like always, used mason string for the netting and double-looped each screw. Strung the vertical lines before weaving the horizontal lines over and under the vertical lines. --- Also covered the top of each corner with foil and masking tape. - [17:14]: Done! Scrog frame is re-strung and looking great! --- Set the frame aside for a bit. - [17:15]: Going to give Vivosun’s High CFM (cubic feet per minute) Support Kit a try. --- Once the scrog frame is installed, the back area is difficult to access. So need to install the kit before placing the frame back in. --- The kit came with 4 identical support bars which snap snugly onto the vertical tent bars. --- Assembly was pretty straight forward and the bars snapped and screwed together with ease. --- To make the process a lot easier, I installed all the corners first. The bars easily snapped into the corner pieces and once fully secured, the whole tent feels a lot more stable. The kit also widens the tent to keep the fans from hitting the sides. --- Left the front bar off for now (only have the front corners installed). --- To ensure that the support bars are level, decided to place the bottom (back and front) bars just above where the tent bars snap together (about 41 inches from the floor). The canopy is flat and a good 5-6 inches lower! --- The pliers made super-cropping a whole lot easier! Especially stoked on how well they worked on the Garlic Budder phenos in the back. Both have brittle branches and when pinching and bending, a few usually break. But not when using the pliers. Nice! --- Pots also look great and no signs of gnats! Pulled her out of the tent with a 10% amber trichomes, she’s megga frosty and sticky . Bit different this one from others of grown but uniquely brilliant. Buds are dense as anything , and from the sneaky smoke I had she’s potent as . I’ll add some more pics once I’ve trimmed the buds up and got em hanging.

Way bigger than expected. The buds got very large by the end of flowering. The smell is strong and delicious, the buds looks dense and are heavy. Will update when dry. Update 1 : I put 1/3 of the harvest into a water curing cycle. Five days changing water every day. First time I tried, the water was clearly taking something out of the plant not sure what by now. Made it dry yesterday all the water is gone already and now its about being really dry before storing it.

Week 11 for Kalini Asia by Zamnesia seeds, Shes looking just prefect where she is right now. Im thinking 2 more weeks and she will be more than ready to flip to flower. Would just like her to get a little bit wider so light can get to the lowers too.

Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

Harvest came quicker than i thought it would. Taken awhile to update as I've had a few smokes to test after a heavy harvest so sorry about that. Pretty easy one to grow overall, didn't give this grow my full 100% as had a lot going on in my personal life but back to it now! Beautiful looking girl.. She had a 14 day flush as usual!

Still no sign, but it surely comes🌱 11.04.2024 Everyone doing well, just runtz doesn’t want to show up… slowly I believe it’s never coming but we will wait a few days🙏🏻 14.04.2024 Oke guys I think the runtz is dead.. im a little bit sad bc i wanted to test this strain.. but it happens🙂 Addet some new soil for the bigger 2, because the head was too heavy.. hope this doesn’t cause more problems..🙏🏻 But let’s see how the other 3 are going. Good growth

Moved to a bigger tent. My intention is since I have this tent for sawing aluminium, and not using it at the moment, that id see how a space would reduce my need to dehumidify (since i am using co2 - fans are on only at night). Its now at a stable 1.1 without a need to de-and humidify. going to finish off this week and then start to flower next week. I plan to have 32 total apical tips. 4x4x2 = 32. and letting those grow out to about 3 nodes b4 flipping to flower or maybe in a week. we'll see.

day 58: Just visual checks. Soil still felt a little moist. The "burned" leaf tips didn't get worse. day 59: Watering day. It may be a bit early, but I decided to give her only plain ph regulated water from now. I find it hard estimate the procentual distributation of light/cloudy/brown pistils/trichomes. From checking several buds I'd say about 20-25% of the pistils are brown and 20-30% of the trichomes are cloudy. Additionally removed some small popcorn buds that were freshly developing near the ground and a few inner leaves. day 60: Just visual checks and refreshing humidification. day 61: Just visual checks and refreshing humidification. day 62: Day of watering. Some buds are at about 40-50% brown pistils, while some others are still at about 10%. So I decided to give it at least some nutrients one last time and poured 3 liters of water with fertilizer and 3 liters with ph-down only. I think we are getting closer to the goal. day 63: Found some suspicious looking leafs in the center of the plant. By now I don't really now if it is because I lowered nutrients or some major problem. Let me hear what you think. day 64: Just visual checks. We're getting closer to the end.
