🗓️ Week 7 Grow Journal Update 🌱✨ ✂️ This week was all about defoliation! I removed the older leaves to help the plants focus their energy on fresh new growth 💪🌿 — and they’re loving it! 🍋 Fast Buds Lemon Zkittlez is smelling incredible — a sweet, fruity mix with that sharp lemon zest punch 🍬🍋🔥 🍇 Grape Wedding Force is stacking up with a strong, solid structure — it’s looking like a powerhouse in the making 💒🌲💥 🌶️💜 Red Hot Violet is coming along beautifully with a structure perfect for LST — can’t wait to see her stretch and train

The purple Lemonade despite a very beautiful structure is a little worrying us because the flowers are swelling very slowly. We are afraid that they will remain small but it seems they are getting bigger so we wait a little longer to express ourselves even if the painta seems in excellent health. Bloom is slow.

I love these last stages! The girls are still stretching but I decided to give them a defoliation a week early. If you look back on last week you can see how bushy they have gotten so there was a definite need to get some light to the lower bud sites. I can definitely start to smell the familiar gassy aroma coming through now so may be time to get the fan and carbon filter cranked up. I will be top amending the soil again at some point this coming week but as for now I have just been feeding with water and liquid seaweed. I've had a few compliments from friends on the good health of the plants this time round compared to previous grows when the Sour Diesels had nutrient issues, not helped by the Coco medium I was using. I'll be sticking to this choice of soil and organic nutrients with the results I'm getting so far! I mean, look at those pistils!! 😁 I love that I've had 93 views on this diary so far! So about 2 weeks in, things are really starting to go. Both plants are looking healthy albeit a little light streched, lowered the lights a bit and fixed it.... I put in the Royal Queen Northern Lights Auto, upped the humidity with a little help from a crappy humidifier (it actually broke due to calcium blockage after 2 weeks because I was stupid and forgot to fill it with distilled water instea of tap water....) At the end of week 2 the new NL seed showed herself to the world.... YAY!

Starting week 4 and everything is looking good, buds are forming now time for them to fatten up. There is trichrome coverage starting around the budsites and on some fan leaves. The plants are starting to put off that pungent gg4 smell with earthy undertones. I did a pretty aggressive defoliation on day 21 (11/9/18) and cleaned up the lowers with a light lollipopping. The plants stretched more than I wanted so I may have to add 1 more layer of trellis it just depends if they can hold themselves up once they start putting on the weight going to have to wait and see. The plants seem to look happy and are moving right along. Thanks for looking and happy growing!

Всем привет! Эта неделя началась с того, что мне пришлось удалить штук 20 веерных листьев, потому что растение перестало вмещаться в бокс. Правда к концу недели все вернулось на круги своя. Полностью перешли на питание во время цветения. Ко всему прочему начали болеть листья. Пока не разбирался что к чему, но есть подозрения на нехватку кальция и магния, так как я перестал их давать. Сегодня полил обильно Cal-Mag, посмотрим будет или не будет прогрессировать. Стретч замедлился, но все еще продолжается. Даю 50000 люксов на верхушки растения, это примерно 90 ватт. Та мутация о которой рассказывал ранее, где шишка начала расти прям из устья листа - все почти также, прогресса нет. Но вот обнаружилась другая мутация - полиплоидия. Одни из основных веток, в самом начале, была не аккуратно загнута и получила легкий надлом. Этот самый надлом и запустил полиплоидную мутация. Я видел до этого, что листья и боковые ветки растут как-то не симметрично, но особого внимания не обращал. Единственное, что давно заметил, так интересный нарост у одной из больших веток - он какой-то продолговатый и сверху, а не по всему периметру. И вот вчера заметил, что одна из шишек растет не вверх, а вширь. Стал внимательно изучать всю ветку и понял, что она сама по себе какая-то не симметричная: у основания ветки 3 листа, при чем расположены они на разных уровнях, шишки тоже растут не симметрично, ствол со странным не симметричным узором, а наверху шишка двойная. Кажется дальше шишка будет расширяться все больше и больше. В общем каждый гровер рано или поздно сталкивается с какой-либо мутация. Я вот за раз столкнулся с двумя. Интересно будет понаблюдать что будет дальше. Спасибо что заглянули. Всем большой большой удачи и везения!

Nothing to report. Seedling. I use chop sticks to hold up the plants until they are strong. Prevents them from blowing over.

As week 8 started, buds are gaining size. Plant is drinking lots of water. About. 3/4 a gallon a day to day 1/2. Added a second light to setup now. Hoping to help the flowering buds with extra light. Relocated my fan to help circulate air flow around more of the taper colas. Should have a around 3 week a left til harvest. Can’t wait to see how this first grow turns out and what to learn from it overall at the end.

Day 105 approximately since seed touched soil. Last girl is running, got few bugs, a bit of WPM caught bottom leaves too. Think she has 1-2 weeks, but forecast is bad, rain mostly, so will visit next week, just to check is there any bud rot ... Eventually smallest, but best girl from all Zami run. Happy Growing !!!

Great strain iv grown it i think 3 or 4 times trained differnt every time 2 diaries of it and i love this strain rock hard heavy buds with tons of trics leaves started purpling but ph got too out of wack at the end at allmost 8 and still living. buds i think could have gotten fatter if corrected earlier but broke my meter but atill impressed the way it reaponded to how many times i topped it ending with around 46 bud sites lol thanks original sensible for another smooth grow in the books
