So last day of training. Going to do a bit more defoliation and triming but for the most part that's it. Got another 7-8 weeks to go before she's done and I can't wait. Had a bit of a issue with the humidity and temperature this last week. Humidity was staying just under 40% tell today and the temperature was droping to 16c at night when the light was off. But it's getting warmer outside so hopefully that won't happen again. Well that's all for now, keep growing!!!

A bit of defoliation early in this week with some LST, looked a little shabby after but they bounced back within a day or so. Also installed up right fan to blow air under and over the plants and small dehumidifier. Loving these plants and learning how to grow.

September 16, 2021 - Everything is chugging along nicely. Both girls are growing at a nice pace. I noticed a couple of fungus gnats earlier this week (I suspect they came in with the cheap soil I'm using with the herb garden). I've been letting the soil dry out and also put out new yellow sticky tape. I'm also spraying the plants with a rotating regimen of Neem Oil, Dr. Zymes and diluted Peppermint essential oils. I rotate spraying with a different solution every 3 days. I'll keep this up until flowering starts. I'll also be dropping new seeds next weekend. I'm going for a perpetual harvest with 2 plants starting every 4 weeks. 👍 Cya next week!!!

This week has been pretty smooth sailing. Since all 4 of the testers are being watered at the same time splitting a gal of water ph to 6.1 with products listed. Started some LST on them this week and seems like all the babies are doing well. Tester 01/#1 by far grown the most at this point but time will only tell how they will all turn out. Enjoying this grow quite alot and am super excited to see how it goes.

Hello Growers & Tokers! The route to having a jungle starts with the roots! That's why my main goal in those first 14-21 days is developing the root system. I like to give them time to expand the roots which is very important for a healthy plant. That also gives them more time to get bigger and stronger before going into flower. More growth, more bud sites, more buds. Trust me the wait is worth the reward. We'll be seeing some truly sweet and zenzational flowers. This week they got transplanted to their final pot, 11L fabric pots. It's one step closer to getting that jungle, zenzational! Medium used was Light Mix from BioBizz. Synergy from Grotek nutrients was blended in the medium to help out the roots. Let the mycorrhizae do its job and take over the soil, then the roots just follow. Ok another week closer.... The girls are stacking and blowing up, everything is perfect.... The room smells like a chocolate store, love it. Nothing really new ...but started dropping down on PPMs ....if they are not eating the nutrients why feed them it....... Now is just ripening time...the next couple of weeks ..mmmm can't wait for some Cookies.

Still only giving them water at ph6.5 They started flowering this week. 😎

Hey now, hope everyone is staying safe and having a great week. The Glueberry OG started to stretch here in the past couple days and picked up 5 inches in the last 5 days, so we will see how long she continues to stretch. I will continue to feed her veg nutrients and and keep the medic grow spectrum x light in V1 mode as to help promote tighter internodal spacing. Once the stretch has stopped or at least almost stopped I will transition her to flower nutrients and introduce her to the flower spectrum of the light. I have started introducing UV/IR lighting to the grow tent for one hour before lights off. I just focused mainly on keeping the feeding reservoir clean, and PH'd, as well as some low stress training for her to attempt to have a nice even canopy. I am definitely more interested in flower quality than quantity at this point. I believe this lady will stretch for at least another week if not slightly longer just based on her expected harvest time of 12-13 weeks but we will see.
