FBA 2025 turned Frostbanger was a fun grow in many ways. First, my friend gifted me the seed and I grew outside while she grew inside. It was fun to watch the plants grow in different settings and different growing methods. If you have been following me, then you know our weather has been crazy here. We have had lows of 50* and highs of 90*. We had a hail storm and lots and lots of rain. Today, I was. forced to take my Frostbanger down. I found a couple of buds rotting and it is supposed to rain for the next 4 days, so this grow has come to an end. But first, true to Frostbanger's description, "Just keep in mind, this strain’s dank, pungent odor is super strong—meaning a carbon filter is a must to mask the aroma in any grow room and she’ll make her presence known when grown outside" and boy did my backyard smell. Also, just like its name, it is a "trichome-studded beauty." Sticky, sticky, sticky. It also had a nice fruity smell, almost like a cantaloup. I like to wet trim, so I spent the past 2 days trimming. My wet bud weight is 102.19 ounces. Not A big harvest. Had to throw away some bud rot and I had to take this plant down early --But that is how a hail storm, cold weather, hot weather, Rain and more rain will effect a harvest. I'm happy to be somewhat successful. FYI: today's weather: It has rained 2.05 inches in the past 24 hours and expecting 1.6 inches in the next 24 hours.. I am pretty proud of Frostbanger's cola as it is 10 inches long and approximately 9 inches around. Wish I could have seen it with 2 more weeks of growth. I may not have the growing experience of others, but I am super happy with this grow and glad I could enter a contest. It was fun!

Flowering day 49 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone 😀. Another wonderful week goes by 👍. Both phenotypes are developing very well 😀. This week, 1 g enhancer per liter of water was added. That was the last time since they will be flushed next week :-). The trichomes are 60: milky, 10% amber and 30% clear. I think the harvest will take place in 12-17 days 👍. I'm very curious which phenotype tastes better in the end 😍 since both smell very tasty ☺️. Week 3 finds me a little confused, should I transplant BB2 into her final home today? What’s going on with BB1? Somethings up with her leaves. Is this the pre veg stage? Wait another week before moving them? Any help would be great. 👾 Addendum: what a crap ass week. Cal mag deficiencies, leaf miners and woke up this morning to find my gro pro co2 tub had fallen and took out one of BB3’s leaf. If anyone knows anyone who works for that company, let them know their design sucks monkey ass. Hopefully next week is easier.

Welcome to my Tiny/Rare Pot Diary for seedsman contest. Wk 3. Days 15-21. Plant has picked up this week. Leaving behind her issues from the 2nd week. (Which I now know where caused by the extreme high PH bioenhancer adds to the soil. On normally terms it would be fine. But, as I used a light mix soil.) I found out again the hard way coming into the later stage of this week. More PH issues showing up on the healthy growth. (And it came 2 days after adding the bioenhancer, all I need to do, is treat it as if it was coco and PH the bioenhancer to bring it back down to 5.8 ish.. just until the soil has had time to change itself and have better nutrient uptake. (So anyone using bioenhancer with biobizz light mix soil, pH it as it says to do as if you were using coco) Other than coming back into PH issues. The plant is doing fine. Locked out of certain things like calmag at this stage. I should of mixed some all mix with it, and I doubt I'd be having any issues at all. But, growth has been good this week. Hopefully this will be the last of my mistakes brought out onto this poor girl. Nodes are growing, and taking a nice shape. For been in a .75ml plastic bottle, I just have to keep her environment, (substrate) in desired levels. The Bioenhancer is meant to give a PH of 9ish with water. But, shouldn't affect any soil but says with coco, you need to PH..It's just I used light mix, and that's more coco than soil, and takes time to be treated. All my other plants took these feeds just fine, as the soil was mixed with all mix soil + light mix. The injection of my AIrPump seems to be going well. Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making their way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

13/12/25-beginning of last week.day 50 of flowering. yesterday was flushed with flawless finish (10 ml on 5 liters of water).today was flushed with water (PH 6.2).

Welcome back to growfessor theatre! Week 4F begins in the 4x4. Heavy defoliation performed on the Mandarin dreams and Do-si-dos, Green Crack and LSD got a light defoliation. LSD had the most yellowing, she seems to be the hungriest for nutrients. Not much else to report, the ladies are happy, healthy and bud is developing nicely!
