Grow Diaries Report: Flower Week 1 – Stretch Madness & Heavy Grooming 🌿🚀 Week 9 – Flower Week 1 Update The flowering phase has officially kicked off, and wow, this plant is on a mission to touch the sky! The stretch this week has been intense, with the plant shooting up significantly. To manage her vigor and focus her energy on bud production, I’ve had to step in with defoliation and additional lollipopping. This Week’s Highlights Massive Stretch: The plant stretched dramatically this week, filling up the vertical space in the tent. Defoliation: I removed a significant amount of fan leaves to improve light penetration to the lower branches. Lollipopping Redux: Further cleaned up the lower parts of the plant, focusing her resources on the top colas. What I Did Lollipopping: Removed more of the lower branches and leaves that were unlikely to contribute to bud production. Defoliation: Took off some large fan leaves to improve airflow and light exposure throughout the canopy. Nutrients: Continued with the bloom feeding schedule, ensuring a balance of phosphorus and potassium for flower development. Environment Management: Adjusted the light height to prevent light burn and tweaked the fan placement to improve airflow in the now more open canopy. Observations The plant’s stretch has been both impressive and challenging, but the defoliation and lollipopping seem to be working. The top canopy looks well-lit and primed for flower development. No signs of stress from the grooming, which is always a relief during such an aggressive stretch. Challenges The rapid vertical growth is pushing the limits of the grow tent. I’ll need to monitor her closely to prevent overcrowding or light burn. Next Steps Keep monitoring the stretch over the next week—potential supercropping if necessary to control height. Fine-tune the nutrient schedule to ensure the plant has everything it needs as bud sites develop. Maintain low humidity to reduce the risk of mold or mildew during early flowering. So guys , after 4 days o germination in 0.3L pots , i decided to move them for 10-14 days in 2L plastic pots . I use the BioBizz Light Mix Soil , first time also , but until now i ve used beside the feeding scheudle also Soil with High Levels of NPK , so we burned the plants and stoped them grow. A LUMIX 250 W vegetative light bulb keeps them warm and in 2 weeks abot , i will do tge last transplant in the 15L fabric pots . Gold Label Nutrients and Supliments , whole professional line in small bottles ( think some of them will last for years ). Visible Mistakes and worries : - dont know if the Light Height is good now - when should i start the spider-mites and other acarians treatment or pre treatment -what level of humidity should be inside in diffrent growing stages -I m so scared about Male plants , i have no experience at all how to spot them I had a hard week , hope you had a better one . Hey everyone, I have a sour ripper plant in my 40x40 cm grow tent, and I've shared my light setup above. I need your opinions on whether I should transition her into the flowering stage or wait a bit longer. I think I may have trimmed the main stem too much to the side, and I'm a bit worried about it, honestly. This is my first grow, and I've made some mistakes along the way. Should I perform more low-stress training (LST) to the opposite side of where I trimmed the main stem? I've also removed four big leaves from the bottom that were covering a significant amount of light to the lower branches, and I've just performed four toppings. I need your opinions , happy growing all!

Added a humidifier to the tent to try to raise the humidity. The ladies are doing great, nice green leaves and she is showing her pistols. I do a foliage spray with voodoo juice and cal /mag Xtra 3x a day.

This way, I can focus on the keepers and remove the males efficiently. • Revegging the Favorites: By flipping and selecting now, I’ll be able to reveg any standout females later. For those unfamiliar, revegging is a technique where, after flowering, you revert the plant back to a vegetative state. No hay shock de trasplante! 😍💥😁 Todas las ramas se han estirado hacia arriba tras el ajuste de LST y se están formando nuevos nodos rápidamente Esta combinación de nutrientes de Lurpe + substrato de PRO-MIX HP es una maravilla 😍 Día 45 (16/07) Ayer tuvimos ola de calor (37 ºC) y han aguantado muy bien! A última hora de la tarde (cuando ya no había sol directo) les apliqué H2O en spray foliarmente para refrescar los estomas Hoy parece que vuelven las temperaturas estándar para esta época del año: 29 - 30 ºC en las horas centrales del día Riego con 1 litro de H20 pH 6,5 Día 46 (17/07) Pequeños ajustes de LST Hay algunas ramas inferiores que no se han formado / estirado mucho Lo más probable es que haga una buena limpieza este domingo, 7 días después del trasplante, para dejar solo los brotes por encima del 4º nudo Día 47 (18/07) Riego con 0,5 litro de H20 pH 6,5 Este domingo (día 50) haré limpieza de partes bajas y tal vez también de nuevo topping en las 4-6 ramas principales 😁 Día 48 (19/07) Día de muchísimo calor con 37 ºC. A ver como lo llevan! Riego con 0,5 litro de H20 pH 6,5 Día 49 (20/07) Para ayudarles a llevar mejor el calor de las horas centrales del día, coloca una malla de sombreo (70%) sobre el invernadero Lo cierto es que se nota que baja mucho la temperatura debajo de la malla! Van a estar más fresquitas! 😍 Riego con 0,5 litro de H20 pH 6,5 Día 50 (21/07) Training session! Hago limpieza del tercio inferior de la planta, de todas las ramas y nudos que no superan la línea del dosel marcada por el 4º nudo (1er topping) También hago topping (2º) a todas las ramas principales La idea es tener 12 ó 14 colas principales para que no se hagan muy altas De paso saco unos cuantos clones de las ramas inferiores eliminadas 😁💥 Para superar el estrés, hago las siguientes aplicaciones y riego: - Riego con 1 Litro de Té Vegetativo de Lurpe Solutions. Day 57 this little lady last weekend showed up with some burning on the leaves but I’m. Not really sure it was an excess of nutrient, signals of a deficiency of K and P are also visible. So I just gave oh controlled water with regulator and enzym+ and some calmag, now everything looks fine and i ‘ m sure I t will be great this week. Tomorrow, feeding day! Day 59 lady si farting up every day, I’ve been feeding her the last two days. The yellow on the leaves is just because of a water deficiency from the last week, I wanted my lady to absorb everything I gave. On day 57 I gave 1 lt but it was too dry, so on day 58 I gave her another lt and she took it all with PH 6,2 and PPM 1000z I think I’ve got 20/25 day max left so this will be the last week of fertilising from Day 70 I’ll start mi flush. Day 62 today feeding day I finally get my p-boost and k-boost from aptus. She drunk 1 lt with ph 6,1 and ppm 1090 Let’s see🌱🌱🌱🔥🔥

Its clear at this point that Big Lemon is root bound bc i did not transfer her into 7gal w/One Shot. So, this week she is recovering from a calcium deficiency because my (now former) hydro store completely lagged on my 5 gal of Herc. Damn you , ZenHydro!!!! Hence, lots of sacrificed and cooked leaves, but of course the buds are fine 😎.

Day 32 - Heater was blowing directly on a couple of the leaves that turned brown. Cut them off. Raised lights up again. I think my development is a little slower than others but I have had a lot of trial and error. Day 33 - added tomato rack for LST. growing nicely. Day 34 - Stopped nutes as I was getting a little leaf burn in lower leaves. Looks good otherwise. Lights are dialed in. Day 35.- This is what too much light looks like. Day 37 - Switched to the grow light. Moved the heater. Growing nicely. Day 38 - Lights dialed in REDUCED water. Stopped watering for 2 days. Day 39 - Full Lights on now. Put more holes in the pot. Draining nicely now.

Flowering day 11 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The first days of this week it looked really terrible for me because it was much too cold because of the unusual temperature. The heating mat has now also arrived for the big tent and lo and behold the plants have been developing really well since that day ☺️👍. The temperature doesn't keep quite as well as in the small box, but at least I don't get below 18 degrees in the pots at night anymore, even though it's only 16 at the top 😅👍. Since I switched to flowering, it was time to rinse off a bit with Clean Fruits :-) . Did them a lot of good. You have already received the first watering with Grow Liquid and the next in a mix with Bloom Liquid 😀👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked.
