Hi there! I decided to cut the other plant like I said. I wanted to try the FIM method and I actually missed and did it in two times cut! 😢 From now on plant #1 will be mentioned as FIM and plant #2 will be the TOP. Lst is a very interesting method and seem to work but I'm not totally sure if I do it right.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. I flowered during a heatwave so lights were dimmed a half week.. other then that everything was good. Humidity was between 45-60% all way trough flower. I really love this pheno smells very blueberry

This week Tangerine Dream Auto continued stacking up with a lot of nice flowers. I stoped with nitrogen last week. Now I concentrate on kali, potassium, silica, magnesia. I use only homemade fertilizers. Liquid manures, like from comfrey, nettle, field horsetail, banana peels, different bokashi juices made of fermented veggie and fruit waste and herbal flower tees. I need to canopy my plants this week on the balcony, cause we have high humidity and regular rain showers. So my plants get not so much sunshine these days, too cloudy.

Everything seems to be going great for them to all be random bag seeds! Temp is staying a little higher than I would like trying to figure out some ways to cool it down may just order some new lights!

I don't like the color of the leaves, doesn't look healthy to me. But she's finally developing flowers. She definitely came a long way from being a disfigured seedling. True Surviver 👍

📆 Semana 11: La Epsilon F1 Auto entra en su fase final. Esta semana iniciamos el lavado de raíces para eliminar restos de nutrientes y permitir una maduración más limpia y sabrosa. Los cogollos están densos y repletos de tricomas, con un aroma penetrante que mezcla notas cítricas, especiadas y un fondo dulce. La planta muestra señales claras de madurez, manteniéndose sana y sin estrés visible. 🔄 Etapa decisiva antes de la cosecha. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

Día 22 de vegetación, se realiza poda FIMing a las 4 plantas, que ya tienen 6 nudos, se ven fuertes y de un color verde muy sano, se riega un día con 250 ml. y al otro con 100 ml. se va variando entre agua con calmag, microvida o fertilizantes para mantener baja la EC. No estoy corrigiendo el PH como parte del experimento. Día 25 de vegetación, las plantas se han recuperado bien de la poda FIMing, se riegan a diario y cada riego con fertilizantes diferentes o solo calmag, para mantener una EC bajo los 800. Se siguen doblando las ramas y podando los brotes inferiores.

This week was when I first recognized that there was something wrong.... Initially I only realized that the stems of my little girl were slightly bent downward. In some cases I have experienced this orientation when a plant is exhausted and about to got through its sleeping period but, this seemed different. In the following days I began to notice that the lower leaves were beginning to fade, the stems began to turn red, and still the leaves were bending downward and not praying to the light! At first I just figured that my plant was in need of a feeding and transplanting to a larger container but, after doing a bit of research I realized that the I may have been experiencing a phosphorus deficiency. From my understanding I knew that these plants require nutrients that is high in nitrogen during the vegetative part of its life however, I did not realize that it's still needed an adequate amount of phosphorus in this stage too. As I mentioned perviously, I decided to reuse my soil for this grow and as a result of sterlization my growing medium no longer had any nutrients to offer my plant at the time. I believe this is the reason I began to see signs of deficiencies and going forward if I ever reuse my medium again I will make sure to re-amend it before using it. *I also topped the plant at the 5th node this week as well*

New week, so far the feed was recently a pinch of seaweed bliss with some fulvex, to assist with the heat. New feed will be posted soon. I am re-entering the Fruity Pebbles!! She never died, and in fact, I’d looking pretty good considering!!!!! Super cool
