Day 79. 3 liters go in. Girl got small haircut, fades quick and not nice, but i chosen that way without nutes and i stick to it. She is most behind, still has 14+ days till chop. Stinks, swapped her place in tent with Kush. Mars hydro TS 1000 works perfectly ! Happy Growing !!!

Week 3-4 Got plenty of rain over the weekend so I'm sure I won't have to water for a few days. The plants have a nice natural canopy of trees above the greenhouse and we decided to take the roof part of the greenhouse off so the plants can breathe and get adequate air flow. I have the fans blowing on them to keep air circulating to strengthen the stem and to keep pests from landing. The sun makes the plants look yellow in the video, they are not yellow anywhere just to be clear. They seem to be doing great but this is my first rodeo and my sister who has experience seems to think they are coming along nicely and should do just fine. Let's hope so 🤞

This girl got a bit of a feed this week but it looks like she is wanting more of something. Her fan leafs definitely perked up started praying to the light. She will get only 1 more feed of remo nutrients before I just give ph water to finish.

Fed Oct.31 Had to bring down the nutes to 5.8 as runoff had gotten a bit high last week. Runoff now is------PH= 6.4-----------PPM= 750 Lavender Jones has caught up with the Grapefruit and they are both looking real good. The small one in video is a Grapefruit that the main stem had gotten chopped by mistake. (Dropped a filter on it by mistake). It's looking good, but definitely behind. On light meter, Lux is about the 48,000 range. Will push the PPM up next feed.............................Have been feeding about every 3rd day.

I realized there may have been a bit of a light leak in the late morning. I taped everything up more. In the future I want to maintain better reflective integrity on the inside of the tent. Everything looks good. The buds are still growing a little taller and filling out. The CBD Blue Shark is super frosty. It's actually absurd. Orange hairs are coming out in all plants. I was hoping to be able to keep the exhaust window open overnight to let the overnight temps drop 10 degrees to encourage the purples in the WC genetics, but it's too humid now to have the window open without the grow light on. Otherwise the rh goes up to 70% overnight and it's not worth the risk. Next year I'll flip earlier when it's still colder and drier out for the harvest window. This flowering period has been really cool. I've really been noticing the process of flowering. The calyxes open up and turn into pistils and sugar leaves, and more keep appearing and popping every day. It's awesome.

A brown leaf revealed the moldy core of the bud. Based on this sign, I harvested most of the plant. otherwise the Plant did grow well and has some terps leaning to the sour, limone side. had to throw away about 8G modly stuff from main colar. Seems to be about 30-40g left without mold.

Pow pow and welcome in week 4 of flower. Official Week 9 🙌 What a week it was...Runtz girls are getting absolutely mental with stretching. We are hitting 54 inches now and it looks like we are done. Now full energy going into flower production - as well nice progress. Blueberry is not leaving much behind to be honest. Defoliation on weekly basis for now - two times last week to allow as much light penetration as we can. EC this week aiming for 2.0 pH 5.8 - 5.9 2 litres every 24h per pot Stay tuned with updates 🙌

A new week with new developments :). Not much to report but the girls are doing really well. Pistils are popping up left right and centre. The stretch on both plants has actually been less leggy than I'm used to from this strain. Ive just been doing straight water feeds with no added liquid seaweed and no top amendments to the soil this week. As you can see the girls really aren't in need of any more nutrients at this time but next week I'll be feeding with liquid seaweed again and the next top amendment dressing isn't due for another three weeks along with another defoliation to allow light to those lower bud sites. I have done some tying down just to ensure a more even canopy for better light penetration to the lower growth. Since I haven't got a lot to report I took a couple of videos and some photos for you all to enjoy. If you guys like the content of this diary please drop me a like or drop a comment on what you think I could do better or include in future posts? Until next week! ✌️

3-11-2019 This Northern is slowly bouncing back but the damage has been done, she is producing but not how I would like it. Hopefully she will produce some tight buds. 5-11-2019 Pump Quit- Not much I can do at this point other than go it as Deep Water Culture. Root mass is to well established to attempt a removal.

4/16: I love her structure as I said before, now she’s doing weird shit. The last few days some fan leaves have been turning yellow and falling off like it’s starving for nutes so I upped the anti hopefully that’ll fix this issue.......also a few buds started to fucking foxtail on me probably due to heat a few days ago it was 97 degrees in my tent good thing I caught it early 4/17: Today I noticed purple spots on some of the leaves mostly just on the ends.....seems like I may have a purple pheno 4/18: Giant fan leaves are still dropping off I don’t know if it’s the strain itself or not enough nutes, I’m not noticing any type of deficiencies even though I’m still new to this (my 7th grow) but the sugar leaves seem to be doing fine while increasing triches day after day 4/20: The colours are getting beautiful on this here sexy girl.

START WEEEK Day 98 4/24/22 +With the exception of the cranky girl, the room is exploding with incredible sights and smells. +Lowered ppm just a bit to 800. I guess? that I will decrease to nothing and get prepared for harvest +Kolas are exploding with neon carrot pistols. Very Beautiful +Smell is average, and increasing +light is 12" away from tallest kola and up to 24 for the very shortest. I have 4" of lift left. Should I raise? +It's summer in the South. Temp and Humidity vary greatly, daily. Days in 80's Nights upper 60's. Humidity anywhere from 58% to +Each plant has developed at it's on rate so this week I will continue selective defoliation. +Almost forgot. I am going to try some Epsom salt in an attempt to get the cranky girl to feel a little better. THINKING OUT LOUD ?Cranky girl has been weird from day one. Maybe genetics might be me. I was rough on the girls to start with. She however, was always super green, slow to grow, squatty, huge fan leaves and now (according to growmies) now possibly has a magnesium deficiency. I am critical of myself but I am actually starting to lean toward genetics. Just a note. This was the only plant that I did 0 training to. Just defoliation (light). Nice that I had 3 others to give me backup. ?Need to take a look at some trimming tools on Amazon. Bare Essentials (right :)) THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED WITH MY MOST RECENT GROW QUESTION. AS ALWAYS ANY QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS, GOOD OR BAD ARE ALWAYS WELCOME😁 SO... GOING TO TRY 4 DIFFERENT STRAINS ON THIS NEXT RUN. BLACKBERRY MOONROCKS, BLUE COOKIES, BANANNA SHERBERT AND A RE-RUN OF A PLATINUM OG. MIGHT ALSO DO IN SOIL. WHO KNOWS? I will be germinating in just a couple of days.

🌱 Ghost Train Haze — Week 4 Diary Photoperiod: 12/12 from seed Quick Recap (For New Joiners) This run follows a 12/12 from seed protocol, meaning plants are exposed to flowering photoperiod from day one. This approach typically results in: • Slower visible growth compared to veg-then-flower cycles • Earlier structural maturity • Compact, symmetrical architecture • A very honest expression of genetics Environmental conditions (temperature, relative humidity, airflow, and lighting intensity) remain identical to all other diaries in this project to allow clean comparisons across cultivars. ⸻ Week 4 Overview Both Ghost Train Haze plants are performing phenomenally. They are progressing steadily toward their 7th node, showing: • Excellent symmetry • Balanced internodal spacing • Strong apical direction • Calm, unstressed posture While growth under 12/12 is notoriously slower, this week reinforces an important lesson: slow does not mean stagnant. These plants are developing with intention and precision. ⸻ Leaf Morphology & Color One of the most striking features this week is the leaf quality: • Large, round, well-formed leaves • High surface detail and venation clarity • A lush, healthy green tone without excess darkness • No signs of deficiency, toxicity, or stress This visual expression reflects proper nutrient availability, stable root-zone conditions, and strong genetics working in harmony. ⸻ Structure & Symmetry Both plants are: • Highly symmetrical • Evenly stacked • Structurally clean and predictable This level of symmetry at Week 4 is a strong indicator of: • Stable hormonal balance • Correct light intensity for plant size • No need for corrective training at this stage ⸻ Containers & Growth Rate Observation These Ghost Train Haze plants are currently growing in plastic pots. A preliminary observation: • Growth appears slightly slower compared to plants in plastic grow bags used elsewhere in the run ⚠️ Important note: This is too early to draw conclusions. Container material, gas exchange, moisture dynamics, and root behavior need more time to show meaningful differences. This observation is logged for long-term comparison, not judgment. ⸻ Nutrition Strategy (Why They Look Like This) The plants are receiving the same locked nutritional protocol used across the project: • Balanced mineral nutrition • Root support additives • Enzymatic activity support • Controlled EC and pH Why this matters: This nutrition strategy prioritizes: • Root efficiency over forced top growth • Enzyme-driven nutrient availability • Stable uptake under 12/12 conditions The result is exactly what we see: Healthy leaves, calm growth, detailed structure, and no visual imbalance. ⸻ Studio Session Both plants were taken to the studio for a dedicated photo shoot, allowing: • Accurate visual documentation • Clear comparison week-to-week • Educational transparency for the community These visuals are part of the long-term archival value of the project. ⸻ What to Expect (and Not Expect) What to expect next: • Continued slow but consistent node development • Gradual increase in structural density • Early signs of transition in coming weeks What not to expect: • Explosive vertical growth • Stretch comparable to veg-trained plants • Immediate flower formation This is normal and correct for 12/12 from seed. ⸻ Community Note Due to YouTube community guidelines, our educational channel was taken down. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. She strong little thing this the 2nd seed I planted of this strain the 1st one didn't pop for me idk why. Only spray and bottle watering her for right now she is in a 5 gallon pot don’t want to over water the pot and cause nat or mold issues. Today is the 1st day of the 2nd week. Dome came off the past few days also.
